A very great nice friendly well located great view hotel! The staffs are very helpful, the location is great it is close from everywhere!! From all city attraction. Everywhere is walking distance! but somehow still not too busy so great for rest. I can't recommend this enough! Will surely stay here again if I'm back to Istanbul! 💚

The location is fantastic. 100m to Seikici metro station. Near tram station too. The hotel is located in a quiet corner, but a short walk will get you all the restaurants, amenities, and star attractions. The front desk officers and receptionist were very helpful. They assisted us with information of where to visit and places / restaurants to go. We were offered complimentary coffee, tea, and snacks the moment we stepped into the hotel lobby, 24/7. The hotel rooftop terrace offers a phenomenal view. This will be our top choice hotel if we were to travel to Istanbul again.

Excellent reception! Warm and hospital. Greeting drinks and traditional snacks are offered when you check in. My room has a nice view to look at the harbor. The guest room and shower room are clean.

Excellent hotel, very good hospitality from the receptionists. They were so kind and helpful, suggested us the best food restaurants, helped us to plan the day accordingly. Any day I would suggest for this hotel and 5/5 for the receptionists 100% genuine people. Thank you.

Perfect location, very clean, nice and friendly staff

the hotel is newly refurnished.the facilities are very good and advanced and caring. the charging plug have multiple choices .can used both for European and Asian standards. cable also can directly used. Location is also very good . close to metro and tram station. can easily walk to the main resorts . the attendants are all very caring and considerate. proactively upgrade for us a sea view room. and keep a big suitcase for us for several days freely. very much recommended.

정말 이호텔 너무 맘에들어요 진짜 위치도 좋고 서비스,친절도 제가 가본호텔중에 손에 꼽는거 같아요 왠만한5성도 가봤는데 진짜 여기는 넘사벽입니다 다음에도 또 묵을생각 있어요 정말정말 친절하고 호텔도 고오급느낌이에요 삐까번쩍해서 여심취항 저격되요 아 그리고 호텔앞에 가볍게 3대정도는 주차할수 잇어요 다차면 어디에 해야할지 물어봐야해요 전 제일 저렴한 방을 예약해서 노 윈도우라서 뷰는 볼수 없엇지만 뷰잇는방은 정말 좋더라고요 어짜피 비슷한곳인데 여기 묵으세요 깔끔친절합니다 !!!

我們在三月底住了這家酒店的三人海峽景觀間，房間在三層，可以看到博斯普魯斯海峽和新歐洲區的景色，雖然旁邊就是馬爾馬拉線，但酒店窗户隔音非常好，晚上非常安靜。酒店剛剛開業七個月，熱水非常好，床墊很舒服；床邊有USB充電口，插座不需要轉換插頭，並且數量充足。前台服務熱情，入住就分享了伊斯坦堡地圖和周圍的好餐廳，露台的好景色，一層也有飲料吧枱，提供免費的紅茶果汁。酒店出門向左走兩分鐘就是Sirkeci火車站舊址，穿過去就到了馬爾馬拉線，T1線車站，Eminonu的各個碼頭（通往新歐洲區，亞洲區Uskudar，Kadikoy）和Galata橋。向右穿過公園就到了索菲亞清真寺和廣場，位置非常方便。因為酒店不提供早餐，可以考慮去新歐洲區或者亞洲區吃，酒店周圍衹有前台推薦的Turgut早餐質量和服務和價格相符，但仍舊比其他區域貴很多。酒店周邊別的餐飲街也需要注意，在相同的價格下食物質量和服務不會比Turgut好，便宜的餐廳甚至有提供油炸冷凍食品。最後我們等機場送機的時候，司機錯誤的定位到了這家連鎖酒店的另外一個地址，感謝前台幫忙給司機打電話提供指導，讓我們準時到達機場。
