Gentilissimi

I capi sono due ragazzi turchi. Sono molto gentili e aiutano a portare i bagagli fino al 5° piano. Non c'è ascensore🛗 Dopo il check-out la mattina, i nostri bagagli potevano essere depositati presso la reception. La posizione è molto comoda: ci vogliono solo 5 minuti a piedi per raggiungere Piazza Taksim. Strutture: 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Igiene: 🌟🌟🌟🌟 Ambiente: 🌟🌟🌟🌟 Servizio: 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

This hotel is very nice location.Easy to come to stay here from the center

Arrived early so got a complimentary drink. Bigger room than expected. Everything excellent. Steep streets around the square but very handy for the airport bus. Lots of restaurants and cafes. Good kitchenette in room. Nice comfortable double bed.

To reach the hotel is hard. Is no elevator there. The manager is a nice guy. The room was spacious

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Doesn't really feel like a hotel experience but the place was clean and appliances are all brand new. 10 minutes from Taksim metro.

Close to Taksim Square

the service is poor no towels what so ever and it was so nouisy even in the early hours

It is closing to Taksim square walking around 5-10 mins but it is difficult to walk if you carrying luggages as there is a very slope in front of hotel and the way to Metro and Taksim square is full of stone way. The room is clean and having heater. Nearby the hotel you will be finding restaurants easily One of disappointed is the staff didn’t help to find the airport bus location thought another staff told me he will helped when the day before.

环境：就在塔克希姆廣場附近，很晚到店，12點之前都有人在小房間職守 服务：沒有啥服務，就入住和退房給一下鑰匙或者退一下鑰匙 设施：設施OK，其實那個廚房對我們來說沒任何作用，衛生間乾濕分離 卫生：衛生一般，已經知道作為旅遊國的土耳其普通酒店類最堪憂的就是衛生了。 重點是真的太吵了，給的一樓房間窗戶正對著街道，一晚上任何人說話哪怕放個Pi都能聽得到！更不要說不是開過的汽車和摩托車！反正一晚上沒睡，一刻沒睡！睡眠質量差的建議慎重！

前面衞生和環境那兩個五分是給老闆的，因為他真的很能幫忙。5月30日晚上8點快9點去到民宿辦理入住，老闆的朋友也是個小哥哥，但是他們給我安排錯了房間，説因為樓上的四人房廁所壞了，導致給我們安排三人房。最後還得聯繫攜程退錢，你説煩不煩人?

Отель расположен в 5 минутах от автобусной остановки в аэропорт. Мы жили в номере на 1 этаже. Из плюсов-в номере свч и мини кухня. Сам номер небольшой, мини шкаф и в нем почему то выключатели света. Нет прикроватных тумб, приходилось ставить стул. Туалет и душ отдельные и очень тесные(особенно душ). Но самый большой минус это шум-вы будете слышать ВСЕ! Всех людей которые идут по улице мимо, кто заходит в отель радостно хлопая дверью. В соседнем здании идет ремонт полным ходом. Спать пришлось в берушах. Сотрудник рецепшн очень доброжелателен и готов помочь. В номере было чисто.
