Il peggior hotel rapporto qualità/prezzo della mia vita

The rooms are not clean and very noisy because of the sound of the air conditioning. Please get the air conditioners repaired.

Receptionist was kind enough to let me check in an hour earlier. He explained all the facilities throughly and expedited my check in and check out smoothly. The room has pretty much everything you would need in a hotel. To sum it up, this is definitely worth its price.

A standard budget hotel. Good for the price. Friendly cat

yesterday night we stay in your hotel we can't order anything but the towels is not good and the blanket also is very short then the shower gel also no have

DO NOT STAY HERE AT ALL COST! Bed linens, pillow covers are not changed. You can see the dirt and bad smell! Thing is it's a motel and you can't imagine which people are using and they don't care to change the linens, terrible! Location is far to MRT, about 15 minutes walk. But there's bus stop nearby, place is red light district.

Overall good service by the staffs. But hard to ask assistance at night as room has no telephone. And counter has no one manning. Have to go to the hotel beside for assistance. But there was no disturbance otherwise.

The room is small, old and very dirty, especially the bathroom which is very small and the tiles are covered with limestone or mold stains. The price is not suitable for the quality of the room. The location is about 800 meters - 1 kilometer from the MRT, but there is a bus service to the entrance of the alley of the room.

Me and my friend book for separate room. The room space so small and toilet oh no 😭😭😭 cant move too much small. And secondly the front desk older gentleman helpful who was stay there morning shift. But the night shift men so much stupid and behaviour also too much attitude with anger 😡 face. I was call him for ask something he wait me for call long time . Then after 2 minutes i go my room bcz still talking on phone

I would like to share that not recommended since the cleanliness very poor . 0.1 star. For the price? After tax is better come to jxin hotel or jh hotel . Very disappointed . Waste of money . Never change the pillow case and also the towel . I’m asking for changing room at the counter but they don’t want to be responsible . Even refund also dont want . So that i go to next hotel . U invest a lot of customer money but dont want to be responsible. Very cannot . I know it wasnt change because got hair and also very smelly like male smell slept before . Yakk!!
