這次旅行選擇本酒店，是一次還不錯的體驗。酒店位置很好，但是我們選擇的房間面積比較狹小，以至於不足以我們五個女生入住，此外客廳的部分比較臟，除此之外都是非常令人滿意的。

정말 따뜻해서 잠을 잘 잤다. 2층이라 싱크대에서는 하수구 냄새가 살짝 올라와서 마개를 닫아놨더니 괜찮았다. 깨끗하고 세탁기가 있어서 좋다. 냉장고도 큰데 우리는 음식을 안해서 쓰지 않았다. 어른 2명과 아이1명이 묵었는데 도시세를 4인치를 달라고했다. 꼭 도시세 확인하길.

我們訂的家庭房，一家四口可以住一起，有廚房還可以燒飯，不過我們沒有用。有會客廳，有一種回到家的感覺，最主要是乾淨衞生，離市區景點都不遠.很喜歡，下次來巴塞會再選擇這裏

位置很方便，房間適合多人旅遊，前台很熱情服務很好

房間很不錯，寬敞，有一張大床，兩個單人床和一個沙發床。設施很現代化，比較安靜。冷氣很足。位置不太好找，感覺巴塞隆拿城市像一座迷宮，出了地鐵站也要走好久。

Appartamento a 10 minuti a piedi dalla Rambla. Supermarket e bar a pochi metri. Reception aperta 24h. Pulito. Appartamento moderno funzionale. Cucina dotata di tutto. 2 camere 2 bagni. Pulizia veniva fatta tutti i giorni con cambio asciugamani. Assolutamente consigliato.

Posizione ottima, appartamento nuovo, modernissimo, completo di ogni accessorio (addirittura tavola e ferro da stiro) reception aperta h24 con personale cortese e disponibile, davvero un posto perfetto, consiglio vivamente!

Siamo stati qui per due notti per un weekend lungo. Appartamento molto grande e bello, con terrazza al pian terreno davvero ampia e curata. Tra i vari confort troviamo la macchina del caffè e i kit da bagno di cortesia che comprendono anche spazzolino da denti e dentifricio. Apprezzatissima anche la zona in cui è situato Casp74: estremamente tranquilla ma non lontana dal centro città! Ci sono 2 fermate della metro a qualche minuto a piedi, diversi bar, taperias, panifici, ristoranti, e anche un piccolo Carrefour. Il personale è stato estremamente disponibile, tanto da fornirci un recapito whatsapp per poterci sentire per iscritto con tempo di risposta immediato, quindi altro punto a favore della struttura! Ultimo ma non per importanza, prenotano taxi da e per l’aeroporto a chi lo richiedesse. Insomma, super consigliato!

Great hotel, and a great location. We had a wonderful time here. The only complaint is that the shower set up is not ideal - more form over function. Otherwise, no complaints.

Beautiful apartment, tasty modern decor, very spacious, lots of light, spotless clean. Friendly and helpful reception. The location is great, in a safe, central area, walking distance from most attractions.

Nice apartment, certainly plenty of room. Staff helpful. Easy to get buses to or from. Supermarket close. Only negative in kitchen nothing to cook something in oven or microwave specific. Used dessert bowls in mW. Bring your own bath gel or soap it's not replenished but laundry washing thing was. Great place for a stay

We stayed at the Hotel during October . 2023. ,Very clean, excellent service few minutes walking from Catalunya .square Our flights back home were delayed day after day and we had to add .another day each time Team was extremely nice to us , really touched our heart.They did all they could in order to make us feel comfortable , we will never forget. !!!Very recommended

Casp 74 is in a very central location. We found our apartment on level 2 very comfortable for our family of 5. It was very light and clean. 2 bathrooms was handy as was the 24 hour reception. Air con worked fabulously on the 39 degree days. Maybe a bit on the expensive side. Would stay here again.

Our family, 2 Adults and 3 Teens, had a great stay at Apartments Casp 74. We stayed in a "Chic" apartment, which was a two bedroom with 2.5 baths. I felt the rate for this unit was reasonable given its size and location. It was two floors with a double bedroom w/full bath, second bedroom with bunk bed (my son did complain the top bunk was a little difficult to access) and second full bath upstairs. Downstairs there was a living area with a pull out couch, a powder room, kitchen (including a washing machine) and large terrace/patio with a table that was great to sit out on and enjoy coffee in the morning or lunch. There were also two loungers on it. The unit we were in was clean and in good condition. They provided clean towels and made up the beds daily- for an extra fee they would clean the entire apartment but we did not use that service as we only stayed a few days. We also took advantage of their offer to arrange a taxi to meet us at the airport- probably would have been slightly cheaper to find one on our own but as it was our first time in Spain, it was nice not to have to worry about it. We also really liked the location- in a quieter neighborhood but close enough to walk to most of the main tourist areas or catch a nearby metro or bus when needed. Would definitely recommend this for families looking for accommodations with a little more space.
