L'hotel è buono e il essere un lato molto buon servizio 

Es ist fast nah zu allem . Zimmer sieht genau so aus wie auf dem Bilder . Service sehr nett . Alles eigentlich super , außer dass es das Zimmer auf der Straßenseite lag und man morgens etwas den Lärm von Verkehr mıtbekommt aber es hat nicht gestört . Alles war gut .. Es ist reichlich für die Leute die sich nicht die ganze Zeit im Zimmer aufhalten ..

I have booked at Pera orient hotel because it offers what I want from an hotel during my travels and the feedbacks were in its favor. Just after my booking was done I stumble on a negative review that was posted on trip advisor. I was worried about my choice. But when I went to Istanbul and stayed there, I felt compelled to share my own experience, which was entirely different and absolutely fantastic! I believe it's essential to give credit where credit is due. First of all , if you are seeking a resort , Pera Orient is not a resort and it never claims to be one! My stay at Pera Orient was comfortable and pleasant. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the friendly and attentive staff, who made their best to help me in every possible way and to answer my queries during my 5-day long stay. Their warm smiles and genuine willingness to assist truly set the tone for my stay. The location of the hotel is ideal. A 6 min walk from the hotel takes you to Taksim square where you can take the Metro or bus to reach your desired destination. And it allowed me to make regular daily walks on istikal street . The street is a little narrow yes, but there are plenty of hotels all around that I have never felt scared or unsafe ( as it was mentioned in the negative review). And I always took the upward direction then turn right towards taksim. I was greeted by a spotless clean room with a tasteful decor. The bed was incredibly comfortable, The housekeeping staff was attentive and meticulous, making sure that my room was impeccably cleaned each day. Coffee and tea were left daily next to the kettle (sometimes with a bottle of water). When I will visit Istanbul again , I will definitely chose Pera Orient to stay in.

Posizione dell'hotel: i trasporti a Istanbul sono relativamente convenienti. Servizi dell'hotel: guarda tu stesso le foto, sono state scattate il giorno del check-in. Guarda le foto di biancheria da letto e biancheria. Vengono fornite pantofole monouso. Servizi in camera: è presente l'asciugacapelli. Decorazione dell'hotel: guarda tu stesso le foto. Bagno: può essere considerato come una separazione a secco e a umido. Colazione: è self-service guardare le foto, quindi puoi mangiare abbastanza. Personale di servizio dell'hotel: personalmente ritengo che siano molto attenti al servizio e piuttosto negligenti durante il loro soggiorno. My wife and I had a wonderful 6-night stay at the Sanasaryan Han on our first trip to Istanbul! From the moment our car pulled up to the front door to the moment it left, we were treated with the warmest hospitality and felt like cherished guests throughout our stay. The staff throughout the hotel from the housekeeping staff to the concierge were extremely friendly and accommodating. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and included a tour of the hotel. The concierge recommended and booked a great hammam for us and offered to recommend local restaurants and tours as well. The Sini Restaurant within the hotel was exceptional. As a Marriott Bonvoy platinum member, we were offered a welcome amenity choice between breakfast or Bonvoy points and we opted for the breakfast. This was a great decision as we enjoyed an excellent Turkish style breakfast at the restaurant each morning of our stay! The servers at the restaurant were fantastic and made great recommendations. The food itself was exceptional. The location of the hotel was perfect for our first trip to Istanbul. We were within walking distance to some of the most popular sightseeing attractions and we very close to several metro options as well. Overall we could not have been happier with our choice and hope to stay again!

E'solo un orribile terrore.Ero stato sistemato al primo piano nel 102, è considerato una stanza standard. Con la porta del cartone, e sento assolutamente tutto quello che accade sul stand di resepshne e costantemente tutti hanno bisogno di parlare al telefono dietro la mia porta, parlando a voce alta con il personale. Sulla parte della strada, il flusso infinito di auto con musica alta, che sbagli pneumatici e grida della gente. E il più idiota è il cane infinitamente cera in questo hotel. Giudizio per la legge è una sorta di cera di aragoste che si cera senza stanchezza. Il personale non fa nulla con esso. L'ultima goccia era lai alle 4:00 (!!!), la gente non sopravvisseva e andò a comunicare con l'amministratore. Il cane non poteva essere rassicurato per molto tempo. E le richieste di rumore - non si preoccupano. Voglio - muoversi per 30 euro più alto. In breve, non ti consiglio affatto. Ti aspetto di trasferirti da qui a un altro hotel. Pulizia - non ci sono richieste, tranne per capelli lunghi neri su asciugamani. Mobili vecchi. Muri uccisi tutti. La matrice è solo insoddisfacente.Il secondo giacca è doppiamente piegato per dormire in qualche modo mentre le fonti sono pompate in fondo (D'altro canto, le norme sono più che WiFi.

Abbiamo avuto un piacevole soggiorno in questo accogliente hotel. Il personale è molto amichevole e utile. Anche se non c'è colazione in tasso, l'appartamento offre un semplice colazione per iniziare. Vi è una navetta per due aree commerciali vicine - che rende facile iniziare se non siete familiari con Istanbul. Ci sono alcune visione che è passeggiabile - che permette un'alternativa agli acquisti. Ma la vecchia città è lontana e richiederà taxi per tornare e uscire. I pochi ristoranti del quartiere sono sotto il par. Quindi si deve contare sulle consegne o sulla zona di Nishantashi per il cibo. Purtroppo, abbiamo notato solo alcuni nomi della squadra che ci assicuravano il comfort - tutti in squadra erano eccellenti: Cahit dal desk, Cirkan e Essen dal custode, Suar e Soner dal desk front - tutti assicuravano un soggiorno pulito e confortevole. Le appartamenti dell'appartamento sono di buona qualità. La doccia è potente e rinfrescante. E il servizio di navetta è una grande struttura. L'appartamento stesso è molto piccolo. Eravamo 3 adulti in un appartamento “grande” a due camere e ci sono stati convulsi. Di tutti gli appartamenti di Ascott e Marriott che abbiamo soggiornato, questo era di gran lunga il più piccolo.

Ho soggiornato qui molte volte, ma questa volta non sono rimasto per niente soddisfatto. Nella stanza, i capelli di una vecchia erano sparsi ovunque. La pulizia non ha avuto successo. Si è verificato un problema con l'acqua calda, l'acqua stava diventando estremamente fredda e calda mentre si faceva la doccia e si lavavano i piatti. Normalmente non sono una persona che sceglie i cuscini, posso dormire con tutti i cuscini, indipendentemente dal fatto che siano duri, morbidi, alti o bassi. La stanza è riempita fino all'orlo di un cuscino abbastanza grande da piegare la testa con un angolo esagerato di 45 gradi. Ho preferito dormire senza cuscino.
