La camera assegnata non coincideva con quella prenotata, più piccola anche se, secondo l’opinione di che ci ha accolto, sarebbe stata migliore. Inoltre, trovandosi al primo piano, il rumore della strada prospiciente fino a notte fonda era piuttosto fastidioso nonostante le finestre chiuse. Avevo scelto l’hotel per la spa, purtroppo, ho scoperto una volta arrivata che si trovava in un altro edificio ….per tale motivo non ne ho usufruito.

Ben posizionata nella zona di Taksim. La colazione davvero eccellente. Personale qualificato, gentile e disponibile. Struttura perfetta in ogni aspetto (specie in confronto con altre viste a Istanbul) e soprattutto nuova e curata! Assolutamente perfetta

Very good location , the room is very clean breakfast is ok . The front desk and housekeeper are very helpful the waitstaff at the breakfast area no helpful and their service is very poor. Overall is ok place to stay .

This was my second time staying at this property. Smaller property without a lobby or restaurants but the location is the absolute best. It’s located in the heart of Taksim. Walter and the rest of the staff are absolutely great. I love this property, I will definitely return here and nowhere else when going to Istanbul.

I stayed at this property for a hybrid vacation and remote work. Property advertised to have sound proof rooms but felt like my bed was in the club down the street and required earplugs to fall asleep - noise 24x7 and slightly quieter in the morning. Breakfast is not great. Cleaning staff are fantastic on the other hand, but could be because I tip well. I do not recommend this place if you need quiet time. Also, road to entrance is very narrow and most taxis will drop you off at the bottom of the hill even with heavy luggage so requires a good level of fitness. You can find better places for the price.

I loved the hotel’s cleanliness and architecture, the raw iron gates, the marble floors in common areas, the convenience of having an elevator, the bathroom tile floor, shower glass doors, clean restaurant, great breakfast buffet and attentive staff.

The Hotel staff at the front desk especially Volkan (I think that was his name) was awesome and very helpful. The breakfast was awesome and the people serving the breakfast were very nice & helpful. Guest relations lady who's name is Valeriia was very nice and helpful The hotel is very central and in the middle of Taksim, with a 10 minute walk to Taksim square and 12 minute walk to Galata Tower. I highly recommend staying at this hotel

Staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Area was centralized and I could easily enjoy myself at night.

Good location excellent service clean rooms

Be careful with the mini, the small fridge in your room. They'll trap you into drinking the minerals and later charge you for it.
