The hotel itself is very new and clean, but it's worth noting that the on-site restaurants are not particularly impressive. For a more satisfying dining experience, you may want to consider dining outside the hotel or ordering food from nearby restaurants. The location is decent but does require access to a car or taxi. The customer relations team is generally kind and accommodating, although there are occasional lapses where they may overlook or forget your requests.

Here is not sheraton. Like a three star hotel .

Fast and friendly service. But i got the room right next to construction site which was noisy and dusty.

The hotel is super nice and modern . The service is great and room are very comfortable.

整體還行，中規中矩，離伊斯坦堡新機場較近，離馬斯拉克商務區車程10分鐘，可以遇到幾個航空公司機組成員。房間比較小，但服務態度好，停車免費，無景色，正對的是工地，未來應該就是商品房了，灰塵和噪音較大。早餐也一般，種類不多。周圍有Axis購物中心和加油站、家樂福等設施。總之將就一下還可以。

還是非常不錯的，乾淨衞生，服務人員也挺有禮貌，已經多次入住，這次一次定了6間，一如既往的舒適，很好的體驗

設施：房間設施比較新， 衞生：整體還可以，還算乾淨 環境：酒店還可以，健身房比較小，但是體驗感也還行～ 服務：可以幫忙聯繫靠譜出租車，這點很不錯～其他的服務，比如送水啥的會比較慢，也可能是因為語言問題。

房間很寬敞，停車也不收費，對面就是大商場但是走過去還是有點距離。

酒店還是挺新的 出差可以推薦

房間設施可以，早餐一般！ 我一早到了酒店可以提前入住，這點很感動前台小哥，可以洗澡解乏，不必等到下午。 對面有個shopping mall, 可以解決吃飯問題。 適合短住。

服務很好，這已經是我們第二次住這兒

Hizmet maalesef cok akilda kalici degildi, yani resepsiyona ulaşım ve geri donusler cok tatmin edici degildi. Fakat odalarin konforu, kahvalti, lobi ve ic dizayn cok guzel ozellikler barındırıyordu.
