I migliori hotel con spa a Islamabad

L'hotel è enorme e probabilmente buono per l'obiettivo della convenzione. Il buffet per colazione è pieno di scelte e gusto bene. Il personale è amichevole e utile. Molto commerciale quando si contatta con il desk o la ricezione. Non fascino del servizio. Ci ha colpito il personale del colazione, llies e altri giovani. Niva dalla sala dirigente era meraviglioso di aiuto. Ci siamo chiesti di lasciare l'aeroporto al check-in. Il personale ci ha detto di confermare il personale al check-out. Al check-out, il personale ci ha detto che non c'era nessuna prenotazione. E il programma della navetta non corrisponde al volo e ci ha chiesto di noleggiare la nostra. Infine, il ragazzo che ci ha controllati ha cercato di fare molte camere’ allo stesso tempo e ha continuato a chiederci il numero della stanza. Il ragazzo e il suo collega erano impazziti e non ci aiutavano. Purtroppo, questa è la più sgradevole esperienza del soggiorno!!! Altrimenti avremmo un bel tempo e potremmo dire agli altri di venire. Infine, ma non meno importante, non importa quale elite appartengate, non avrete alcun privilegio o onore anche qui.

Unacceptable quality of hotel and level of customer service. Disgustingly arrogant attitude of hotel staff, from Check-In to Check-Out. No concept of customer service in this hotel. At Check-In was told with a haughty and arrogant pride that they are not an international standard hotel, but a Pakistani standard - which I found hilarious. The accommodation overall is shabby, worn and old, requiring a massive programme of maintenance and upgrading. there is absolutly no pride in the cleanliness, neatness and just basic quality of fittings, fixtures or amenities. This hotel's staff think its enough to bow at you and salute you to achieve customer service! How laughable. First room given to us was DISGUSTING. Not cleaned correctly, hair all over the bathroom, and a blocked shower drain. Asked that they change our room and re-clean it in front of our eyes - the second room was arguably worse - cracked glass in the bathroom door with sharp edges, electric lamps that were not wired correctly and you could see the sparks when switching it on or off. Room heating worked then didn't work - the engineer was called multiple times but could not fix the problem. There were 2 complimentary water bottles but neither a single tea bag nor a kettle in sight. Bathroom was just OK with rotten and broken mirror frame, sharp edges and a very very worn condition. A generally dirty and grimy floor, meant we kept our shoes on all the time. Thankfuly the bed mattress seemed to allow a decent nights sleep! Breakfast was very basic and typical poor Pakistani fare, entirely unappetising - and included the obligatory Pakistani habit of cleaning staff mopping the floor around your feet as you are serving yourself. Check-out was an expected shambles with taxi booking, bell-calls and invoice requests unanswered, luckily I expected such hopeless service levels and made alternative arrangements for transfer to the airport. What an entirely forgettable and poor experience, will never make the mistake of returning here.

Il servizio dell'hotel è molto buono e costoso. Quando l'hotel è in un negozio, ha appena raggiunto il proprio compleanno. L'hotel è particolarmente intimido per preparare la torta di compleanno. Se non vedessi la sorpresa dell'hotel, avremmo dimenticato che era il compleanno. Sono molto in movimento, soprattutto per un lungo viaggio all'estero. Grazie 🙏

L'hotel è Majestic, l'atmosfera tradizionale e il design erano molto accoglienti. La nostra camera era pulita e confortevole con bevande complimentari come le bevande morbide. Il buffet del colazione aveva una bella selezione di piatti locali. In generale, siamo stati lieti di aver prenotato l'Hotel Serena per la nostra prima volta a Islamabad.

I had a fantastic stay here. The staff were very accommodating at all times, beginning with when I needed an early check-in. The staff working on the 3rd floor the week I was there (Feb 18-25) were so kind and attentive. Bilal was fantastic, as was the other man who worked there most of the week, whose name I didn't catch. I used laundry and room services and was very happy with both - the room service food was good, as was the breakfast and dinner buffet. Waleed in the hotel restaurant was also fantastic - very kind and enjoyable. Really all around fantastic stay, on all fronts! Will definitely stay here again if I am back in Islamabad.
