Hotel a 4 stelle popolari a Islamabad

Unacceptable quality of hotel and level of customer service. Disgustingly arrogant attitude of hotel staff, from Check-In to Check-Out. No concept of customer service in this hotel. At Check-In was told with a haughty and arrogant pride that they are not an international standard hotel, but a Pakistani standard - which I found hilarious. The accommodation overall is shabby, worn and old, requiring a massive programme of maintenance and upgrading. there is absolutly no pride in the cleanliness, neatness and just basic quality of fittings, fixtures or amenities. This hotel's staff think its enough to bow at you and salute you to achieve customer service! How laughable. First room given to us was DISGUSTING. Not cleaned correctly, hair all over the bathroom, and a blocked shower drain. Asked that they change our room and re-clean it in front of our eyes - the second room was arguably worse - cracked glass in the bathroom door with sharp edges, electric lamps that were not wired correctly and you could see the sparks when switching it on or off. Room heating worked then didn't work - the engineer was called multiple times but could not fix the problem. There were 2 complimentary water bottles but neither a single tea bag nor a kettle in sight. Bathroom was just OK with rotten and broken mirror frame, sharp edges and a very very worn condition. A generally dirty and grimy floor, meant we kept our shoes on all the time. Thankfuly the bed mattress seemed to allow a decent nights sleep! Breakfast was very basic and typical poor Pakistani fare, entirely unappetising - and included the obligatory Pakistani habit of cleaning staff mopping the floor around your feet as you are serving yourself. Check-out was an expected shambles with taxi booking, bell-calls and invoice requests unanswered, luckily I expected such hopeless service levels and made alternative arrangements for transfer to the airport. What an entirely forgettable and poor experience, will never make the mistake of returning here.

È un hotel boutique con un servizio altamente personalizzato. La posizione è perfetta nella zona F6/4 con i migliori ristoranti come Nando's, Chop Chop Wok e Chaaye Khaana a un tiro di schioppo. Anche per lo shopping, i negozi di souvenir, tappeti e moda sono a 5 minuti a piedi. La posizione è molto sicura e la guardia di sicurezza apre il cancello con un sorriso. Il direttore dell'hotel effettua il check-in in modo efficiente e fornisce una panoramica delle strutture. I maggiordomi ci hanno informato della struttura per il lavaggio dei vestiti che viene eseguita presso la lavanderia del Marriott. La camera era pulita e dotata di tutto il necessario inclusi caffè e tè, wifi veloce, molti canali tv e articoli da toeletta adeguati. La pressione e la temperatura dell'acqua erano perfette per una doccia rilassante. La colazione era deliziosa e comprendeva ommellete e stile pakistano. Il direttore dell'hotel Faraz è stato molto gentile e mi ha aiutato a ottenere le stampe. Mi ha anche guidato nelle aree turistiche. In breve, questo posto è ottimo per un prezzo abbordabile e ci tornerò.

Il servizio dell'hotel è molto buono e costoso. Quando l'hotel è in un negozio, ha appena raggiunto il proprio compleanno. L'hotel è particolarmente intimido per preparare la torta di compleanno. Se non vedessi la sorpresa dell'hotel, avremmo dimenticato che era il compleanno. Sono molto in movimento, soprattutto per un lungo viaggio all'estero. Grazie 🙏

I had a fantastic stay here. The staff were very accommodating at all times, beginning with when I needed an early check-in. The staff working on the 3rd floor the week I was there (Feb 18-25) were so kind and attentive. Bilal was fantastic, as was the other man who worked there most of the week, whose name I didn't catch. I used laundry and room services and was very happy with both - the room service food was good, as was the breakfast and dinner buffet. Waleed in the hotel restaurant was also fantastic - very kind and enjoyable. Really all around fantastic stay, on all fronts! Will definitely stay here again if I am back in Islamabad.

Il hotel è un hotel carino in una posizione tranquilla, vicino a caffè, ristoranti e negozi. La stanza stessa era spaziosa con spazio di guardaroba, bellissimo super grande, comodo letto. La stanza aveva anche un frigo. La suite in camera era anche una buona dimensione. Alla sua arrivo la stanza era molto pulita. Ma è dove è finita! Non esisteva la custodia, non erano state vuote le casse, non erano state sostituite le tovaglie e il carta da bagno, a meno che non si fosse chiesto, le tovaglie non erano cambiate, a meno che non si fosse chiesto! C'era un menu per colazione e cena, ma era solo servizio in camera, fortunatamente per noi siamo stati nell'allegato e era un'area comune che potevamo mangiare un bel colazione, ma nella parte principale dell'hotel c'era una sala da pranzo, non capire perché non poteva essere utilizzato? La colazione è stata cucinata per ordinare e è stato molto bello. Il personale dell'hotel è stato molto utile e amichevole. Quando i problemi che ho menzionato sono risolti questo hotel sarà molto buono!

Se questo hotel è a Ginevra, scriverò alcuni commenti come ”Grande stanza, un po'sciocca, molto spaventosa, molto conveniente”, ma, questo hotel è a Islamabad, devo descriverlo più in dettaglio. Un hotel di lusso è stato invecchiato negli anni e il numero di dipendenti è più alto di quello dell'hotel europeo, quindi non devi aspettare che i dipendenti affrontino le tue richieste. Inoltre, non essere bloccati dall'ingresso del castello. L'hotel e il ristorante sono molto entusiasti. La scelta del colazione è diversa. Anche se per i viaggiatori europei, la maggior parte del colazione è cibo ”estero”, e, a piedi, può raggiungere molti negozi e macchinari di raccolta automatica, ma alcuni sono un po' nascosti.
