No one lead me to my hotel room. It took me 5 minutes to spot my room. The heater wasn’t working or maybe I didn’t just know how to use it. The receptionist for check in wasn’t at the reception so I waited 10-12 minutes to check in.

Ho perso il conto quante volte ho soggiornato al Novotel Ipswich negli ultimi due anni, ma non sono stato per sei mesi. Il hotel è molto ben situato nel centro di Ipswich per pub, ristoranti e marina vicina. L'unica influenza che ho è che il wi-fi è sempre colpito e mancato.

L'hotel è a pochi passi dall'Ipswich, il personale è molto accogliente e estremamente utile. Le camere sono di buona dimensione e molto pulite.Il personale di servizio pulisce la nostra camera ogni mattina dopo che siamo usciti, che è stato eccellente. Il ristorante è di qualità molto elevata e vi è una buona scelta, tra cui le opzioni vegetariane. Nella zona del bar, dove è di natura rilassata, si può ordinare cibo dal menu del bar o dal menu del ristorante. In ogni caso, niente è mai troppo difficile. La piscina, la sauna e la stanza di vapore sono un must. Mio marito usava la palestra di dimensioni medie e poi sarebbe venuto in piscina per un jacuzzi. Anche se hanno il trattamento spa disponibile, non posso commentare, perché non ho usato l'impianto. Se vuoi un po' di relax o visitare il mare, Felixstowe è a soli 30 minuti di cammino. Ci sono anche molte case di fiducia nazionali da visitare. Questa è la seconda volta che siamo stati all'Hotel Belstead e posso dire sinceramente che la visitaremo di nuovo.

Really great location shouldn't and the bar area is lovely-the free pool table is already nice touch too. The décor and finishing touches in all the downstairs areas Ah really nice and gives the hotel a very Homely and more sophisticated feel. The rooms were clean with really good amenities and a lovely shower. We stayed on a Saturday night but there was noise audible within the room and the hotel in general had a very chilled out and relaxed feel. Would definitely recommend and look to stay at one of the hotels in the chain for future trips.

I am not often writing reviews, but this hotel deserves my time, and especially the front desk lady, I think her name was Esther, she was like a God sent when we came to Ipswich with no plans to stay, and we where tired and really needed somewhere to stay. We booked 30 minutes before arrival, and the front desk lady met us with such a nice and welcoming attitude that we did decide to stay an extra night because the first impression was so good because of her! The hotel is clean, and have everything your need. The service is supreme! Way more than I have seen in other three start hotels before. I can highly recommend this hotel!

wij verbleven hier 1 nacht, vanaf de boot op onze auto doorreis door Engeland. We waren dus met eigen auto die we op het eigen terrein kwijt konden, erg fijn dus. De kamer was schoon, netjes en fris, met eigen toilet en douche, en niks op aan te merken. Alle waar naar zijn geld. Er was geen ontbijt, wat we wisten, maar er zit een Wetherspoon dicht bij, voor ons was dat prima. We werden heel gastvrij ontvangen door de heer Hussain, die ons van alles vertelde over de stad. De locatie ligt op loop afstand van het station, en is een prima locatie voor voetbal toeristen die een wedstrijd van Ipswich Town willen bij wonen, want het Portman Road stadion ligt op vijf minuten lopen. Voor ons zou Bridge Guest House zeker een t****e bezoek waard zijn.

We were very happy with our stay at Kings cliff hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful during our check-in and when we used the bar in the evening and the restaurant for breakfast. It's fantastically situated on the sea front and was about half an hour walk along the coast from Clacton centre. The hotel itself was very clean and tidy and generally in good condition. Overall a positive experience and a recommendation from me.

My wife and I stayed at the travel lodge as it was convenient for our visit to Regent Theatre. Staff was excellent but evening meal had limited choice as some items not available. Bed comfy but pillows very hard.
