Il secondo controllo in questo hotel, il controllo di check-in è migliorato. La stanza è ancora la stessa migliore.. i miei figli come il bagno così tanto. Anche questa volta visita la piscina superiore del tetto. Questa volta con colazione, ma il colazione non è molto scelta. La cena non era calda. Devo migliorare la sezione del colazione, ma la squadra di servizio era molto gentile. Cinque stelle in tutto.

Nel complesso la camera dell'hotel è fantastica. Il servizio è reattivo quando chiedo informazioni. MA povero pasto per la colazione che ho. Non vale la pena aggiungere il set colazione con pacchetto hotel. Non ho idea di come un pasto sia così. Rendi il mio umore giù quando mi aspetto di fare una colazione brava in un bel caffè con un ambiente che categoria in bellissimo. Mi ha insegnato che non si aggiungerà semplicemente a qualsiasi colazione con il pacchetto hotel. Grazie.

Non mi dispiaceva di prenotare qui. Le camere sono pulite. Le camere sono spaziali. Solo emette bis al parco auto stretto e gli spazi limitati. Ma a parte questo, questo è il mio andare all'hotel in ipoh. Come coppia o famiglia o anche affari, non si può andare male con eccsitor. Le camere sono dotate di bagno separato e doccia .

Paloh was a malay & orang asli (“native”) kampung (“village”) that has been around from at least the 18th century. Apparently the names comes from the founder of the village itself Toh Paloh. Paloh, or palung, also means a depression in the ground that holds water, or a fishing hole to catch fish. It is believed that Paloh was also a boat dock in the past. Some other views hold that the Hakka were the founders of Paloh, and only later came the Cantonese. According to this theory, the origin of the name is a symbolic reference to the dams that were constructed along the Kinta River for fishing purposes. These dams were referred to as “Pa-Lo” in the Cantonese dialect and eventually the area became known as Paloh. Paloh today has of course become the heart of the city of Ipoh. In this old part of the city pre-war Shop Houses line the streets, with a predominantly Chinese character. “Sarang” is a malay word meaning nest, hence “Sarang Paloh” means “The Nest in Paloh”, evoking the image of the hotel as a place of rest for the weary traveller. Located on Jalan Sultan Iskandar (formerly Hugh Low Street), Sarang Paloh is located in pre-war two storey shop houses that originally were the premises of a Goldsmith and a Bank more than 90 years ago. The façade of one of the buildings still has the name of the Goldsmiths on its façade in English, Chinese and Malay (jawi script), with the stately bank building still has the name of Overseas-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited on its front. Across the road, Sarang Paloh has another shophouse of which the ground floor has been converted into a carpark. If you have a car, this is where you would park. Parking is complimentary, but you must exercise caution, turning right into the shophouse entrance as Jalan Sultan Iskandar is a pretty high traffic road, and the building inside is quite narrow, with the cars having to be parked bumper to bumper, in two rows. Exit is out through the back of the shophouse into a back lane. Do bear in mind that if the shophouse is full of cars, you may get boxed in by other parked cars and not able to exit! Fortunately this did not happen to us while we stayed here. Getting to the hotel means having to cross the busy road again on foot, with your luggage, from the car to the hotel. The main reception area was in the former Goldsmith’s building, and the entire front of the shop house is dedicated to the reception. To get in the front door, you will need your access card, or the staff inside will have to let you in, if you have yet to check in. The central part of shop house is a courtyard with a spiral staircase going upstairs to the 2nd floor, and in the back is a sort of pantry area with dining table. Staircase at the back also leads upwards. We had booked a room at the back of the shophouse on the 2nd floor, as we were aware of reviews that rooms in front may have some street noise. Overall a wonderful experience at Kinta Riverfront. I booked 2 units of 3 bedroom apartment. The aircond in the master bedroom wasn't powerful enough to cool the entire room, we had to push the bed a little to the right so that the AC blows cool air directly at us. Cleaner only cleaned what can be seen, upon moving the bed by about an inch and a half, I was able to see how dusty the room actually is. There were ants at the pantry, no dishwashing liquid provided. We wanted to wash our cups to avoid ants, had to use the shower gel instead. Poor soundproofing, you can hear the upbeat music from coming from Kinta Riverwalk open space where they have perform fireshows at night. Our units were on level 17 and 18 respectively. On the second night, there were construction going on until 1am. We even saw sparks coming out from one of the balconies. Drilling and hammering sounds, no, not the spooky type. We complained to the receptionist around 9pm but the noise happened again between 11pm and 1am. You will have neighbours who have dogs that will bark at strangers. Parking was plenty and easy to access. Bellboy greeted us with welcome drinks. Receptionist was warm and friendly. Wished I had the chance to try their breakfast. Perhaps next time. Will definitely come again but request for higher floors.

Ottimo soggiorno per un viaggio di una notte per motivi di lavoro. La camera è abbastanza decente per una persona come me. Hanno una sala da stiro che è comoda se vuoi stirare i tuoi abiti da lavoro ed è anche vicino alla stanza. A parte questo, la signora del front office è molto gentile e parla dolcemente durante il check-in. Mi ha aiutato molto perché mi ha suggerito un ristorante halal nella zona della città, ma purtroppo è PKP, quindi posso solo ordinare da asporto. Oltre a questo, hanno anche un parcheggio sotterraneo GRATUITO. Un giorno verrò di nuovo in questo hotel. Grazie mille.

Ci piaceva stare al Brownstone Hostel!! Uno dei più carini ostelli che abbiamo soggiornato a. Tutto era perfetto! Il proprietario era molto amichevole e bello per chattare con. La camera di famiglia era spaziosa e confortevole per la nostra famiglia di 4. Amo il design dell'ostello; un posto così bello e divertente per soggiornare a. Acqua filtrata, tè e caffè disponibile per gli ospiti. Grande posizione; passeggiata a Ipoh Old Town (forse 15mn con bambini in tow) e grandi ristoranti e caffè vicino. E i gatti del proprietario sono così carini!!!

L'hotel era davvero buono, la camera era enorme con grande letto matrimoniale, suite e schermo informatico e con con aria condizionata. Sembrava pulito, posizione ok, le aree comuni dell'hotel sono grandi e spaziose. Solo in fondo è che la sedia era rotta, non potevi sedervi, non c’era molto rullito, e io avevo una stanza davanti alla strada, così hai avuto un bel rumore dalla strada.

La grande posizione e il personale erano molto confortevoli. Mi hanno dato consigli su dove mangiare e mi hanno conservato la borsa dopo averla controllata. Ci sono cose che sembrano che la gente vivesse in dormitori semipermanenti. E' stato disorganizzato in conseguenza. Forse sarebbe meglio uscire in una stanza separata.

Why glorify these dark alleys which look like the neighborhood where Jack the Ripper lurk for his next victim? The ”hotel” is supposed to be ”designer hotel”. It's a prison. Period. Full of hazardous corners and dangerous pits. Pool was so heavily chlorinated that the water stung. Door handle came off, stupid latch on the outside of the room, multiple key card systems that could potentially kill if a fire breaks. I almost got stuck in the common bathroom because the latch refused to budge when I wanted to get out. Sink at the common area was greasy. The reception was almost impossible to find. Do not take your elderly family members or small children to this hotel. I booked it coz I had no choice at such a short notice. Not worth the money either. Seriously, MPI should re-inspect that place and take back the accommodation license. Look at the ”barrier” from the rooftop pool to the ground below. No banister. It's lower than my knee if I stand next to it. One wrong move, you'd plummet down. Steps made out of metal grating. No safety yellow stickers to differentiate the levels. Totally NOT safe! Never again!

Un soggiorno molto medio in questo hotel. Il prezzo era un po 'alto per quello che era disponibile. Purtroppo le camere non erano pronte fino alle 11:00, quindi abbiamo dovuto aspettare mentre erano pulite. Tuttavia, le docce erano calde e c'era un'area comune per fare pranzi leggeri. Si raccomanda se il prezzo fosse più ragionevole.
