sono venuto qui all'inizio di Feb 2023. Pensavo fosse solo un normale hotel a lotti/bilancio. Tuttavia, quando sono entrato nel lobby, ho avuto shock con l'interno e l'atmosfera, mi sento come in un hotel 4 stelle. Il nome del personale di custodia ha fatto davvero un grande lavoro per fare un giro in camera con noi. ci mostra un paio di tipi di camera e spiega ogni dettaglio e strutture dell'hotel. la ricezione (Indian guy, non ricordo il suo nome) È stato molto gentile e utile al check-in. Questo hotel ha una banda in diretta ogni sera, parcheggio gratuito per gli ospiti (ma bisogna camminare un po'), un bel ristorante e un piccolo giardino. Il letto e la pigiama erano così gentile, ha anche condotto e fan! Hanno fornito anche un caricatore USB nella stanza. La doccia era spaziosa e molto pulita. Mi piacerebbe consigliare questo hotel a tutti se tutti volete un viaggio all'IPOH!

L'aspetto e il senso di Sarang Paloh sono bellissimi. Ha un vecchio stile mondiale che ci piaceva. La posizione è anche grande, a dieci minuti dalla stazione e vicino a molti ristoranti e punti nella città antica. La stanza è molto elegante, come il giardino che passi, e non ha nessuna frigorifero e nessuna cassaforte che ci aspettiamo a questo punto di prezzo. L'acqua calda nel doccia non dura molto e forniscono un 3 in 1 lavastoviglie, shampoo e condizionatore, di nuovo qualcosa che non ci aspettavamo a questo punto di prezzo. Questo può essere stato perché abbiamo soggiornato solo per due notti ma questo non è comunicato sul sito web o al check-in. Ciò significava che i tazze usate o le bottiglie d'acqua non sono puliti né il rubino bin vuoto. Non siamo stati informati anche dei sconti disponibili localmente per soggiornare in hotel. In tutto un buon soggiorno, ma alcune piccole cose non hanno fatto questo valore per i soldi che abbiamo pagato.

Nice little simple hotel for our family to spend the weekend in Ipoh. Size of the room is surprisingly big, even the toilet is big. Super generous with giving bottles of water and bed was big and super comfy as well. Will definitely head back if we are going back to Ipoh

This used to be my favorites hotel before MCO, but now after MCO, everything changed, I booked the room 1 week earlier, when I check in, 2 indian lady staff ask for my booking ID, I passed them my booking details and my IC(as my booking name is same as the IC) but they just said they can't find my booking,they didn't receive my booking! They don't even search for my name to check properly. After they confirmed with their manager, my booking has been transferred to Expedia, but actually booking name is still same, just the booking I'd changed, why they still can't find the booking? Then, this 2 staff speaking Tamil Infront of me for few minutes to discuss their check in thing, .. they asked for my phone number, when I'm telling them my phone number, don't even finish my number yet then they speak Tamil again, discuss for something else. Then I stop and wait them to finished their discussion in Tamil language which I can't understand at all, then she ask again my phone number, then I have to repeat all over again. This is so rude to speak their own language Infront of guest somemore we can't understand it at all! After check-in,I realized they assigned me a twin bed room, they said they received my booking is with twin bed, but what I booked from agoda is double bed! Which is 1 big bed for 2 person! U tell me that u received booking stated twin bed, do u think this is my problem?! There are 2 different room type twin bed and double bed, I paid more expensive price for double bed, twin bed is cheaper! and I'm not saying that I choose the preference for double bed,The room type I booked is STANDARD DOUBLE BED ROOM. The next day I checked out early morning around 6/7 am, the front desk staff changed shift, is a Malay girl, she don't even say any word for the whole check out process, no greetings, no thank you at all and with dirty look. I stay in this hotel couple times before, everything was great back then, even though it located far from the Ipoh town I still choose to stay here but now no more next time, I know I should not have high expection for budget hotel but the staff really need to be train well on their knowledge and how to respect people..

Very comfortable bed. Room size is just nice for overnight stay. Breakfast buffet is reasonable and afternoon hi-tea (canapes, sushi) was impressive! Wifi is strong. Room decor is grey and added in yellow dim lights, the setting is somewhat depressing even when it's a sunny day outside. Also need to close curtains all the time as room window faces inner mall and you can see ppl walking past :(

Overall it’s a comfortable stay. The location is quiet and plenty of parking. Unfortunately the room was quite dusty when we entered, our feet is full of dust and a small cockroach at the corner. Then again, for this kind of price we truly didn’t expect much. The lobbyist is kind enough to lend us the cleaning supplies to clean the floor again. Toilet is good and everything works well. Bedding is clean as well and there are a lot of electrical ports at both side of the bed for us to charge our phones. There’s only a bar and a high class restaurant nearby, so in order to have meals we must drive out.
