Very convenient because its next to 7eleven and Subway, also only 5minutes drive/10min walk to AEON KINTA CITY. Cleanliness - it is clean, just that the place had mosquitoes so luckily there’s 7-e next door where we bought insect repellent. Basic budget hotel amenities - tv, aircond & water heater all working, there are towels,, little Hotel soaps, toilet paper rolls, drinking glasses and a water flask which are good. The beds and pillows were comfy, and clean. Bring your own toilet slippers because the toilet is typical Malaysian wet toilet. You get your money’s worth for what you pay for :) would recommend for people on a very small budget who just want a place to stay for the night.

So far not so good

Everything was good.. Its just the space is too small.. But still okay and comfortable 👍

The location is strategic just near Ipoh Night Market, Aeon & McD , but the cleanliness not satisfied and the tv channel is limited but is quite good especially the staff was so friendly 👍🏻
