Great hotel. Very stylish with excellent customer service. The food in the restaurants was great too! The only thing they need to fix - the gym. No towels in the gym and the running machines switched off after 20 minutes. Otherwise, a great hotel!

This was the best hotel we have stayed in ipoh. We had a fantastic night for our anniversary, thankq so much for the hotel arrangement. It’s was so lovely and extremely comfortable stay. The hotel location is very convenient and the front desk officers are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended 👍

Like their hotel concept as it is nice place to take photos. Vintage outlook. Room is small but comfortable. However, cleanliness can be much better. Bedsheet has stained even it has been washed. Toilet is small too. There are 2 coffeeshops nearby for breakfast and lunch and they serve good local food. The Japanese restaurant located in the hotel is excellent. My girl loves their garlic rice rice. 😂 The hotel is easy to access to local attractions via grab.

My father was really pleasantly surprised with the birthday deco & the slice of good choc cake in his room. TQ very much!

If let me choose again, I will definitely choose back this hotel for my next trip. I only wrote that I celebrate my anniversary with my wife ,they prepared all the things for us,very surprise and feel warm.

I recently stayed at a very charming hotel, beautifully antique and adorned with intricate decorations. The unique ambiance added a special touch, making it perfect for a relaxing and inspiring getaway.

M Boutique Hotel really made our stay the best ever. They were able to accommodate to my birthday decor for the room request and even have balloons and a slice of cake prepared for us on our special day. We really appreciate the hospitality and effort. The stay overall was very impressive. We checked in 30min earlier and the staff are very friendly too, parking is free at the back and the room despite it is a bit small but it’s actually good enough for two person. The place is also in the city centre where we can drive to nearby popular coffee spots and attractions within few minutes. Definitely a great recommendation to those who want an affordable and quality stay in Ipoh and will book again on our next visit for sure!

Location okay as it’s near my events venue. Stay at this hotel for numerous times.

Every is good just difficult to locate the entrance after 10pm, no indicator show have to enter from back door

There’s a smell in the hotel lobby. Room is small. Not well mantain. Toilet door in the room is broken. We ask to change room. They rejected us. Next time won’t come again

Pleasant stay

Location is good, free parking but on first come first serve basis. Bed is really not comfortable, blanket is too small. Room is not very spacious and sound proofing is very bad. You can hear your next door neighbour and the karaoke opposite at night. Internet depends on your room - ours was far from the router/extender and hence receive very unstable wifi
