La camera tipo Water House è stata al completo per queste poche notti, il servizio è molto buono e la zona è molto grande! !

Excellent through out. But with a price. I will definately return in the future.

Our family were well taken care by Waldorf. It's truly unforgettable experience. Breakfast is amazing, many options cater your any favor on the day. Dinner has 11 restaurants to choose from. Housekeeping was done in a very proper time. Staff are friendly with smile as always. Tennis court, Padel tennis court are well maintained, water, sunblock, insect repellent are well prepared too. We love everything here! Thanks for the hospitality.

幫朋友訂的，朋友反饋不錯，環境很美，設施齊全，衞生！充滿迷人的異域風情。裝修依舊採用馬爾代夫特色外觀茅草屋頂，設施都是奢侈品牌。水上別墅也將配備玻璃地板，以美妙的視野觀看下面的瀉湖。

在酒店入住期間，我們去了小童俱樂部。第一天，我兩歲的孩子在託管時被一位當地馬爾代夫員工嚇到了。第二天，他就拒絕再去那裡了。我的兩個姐姐告訴我，她們不被允許玩公共遊戲，我已經跟經理談過了，他們説希望孩子們按照時間表來，但那天的時間表是去花園玩，可他們很久都沒帶孩子們去花園，孩子們從上午 10 點待到下午 2 點，難道管理一些孩子們真正想做的事情就這麼難嗎？一個印度人，還有一個俄羅斯人。我對他們很不滿意，他們沒有耐心，也不懂得如何引導孩子。比如，當你看到一個兩歲的孩子試圖進入一個不允許他們進入的房間時，你會怎麼做？他們衹是大聲説：“你不能進去！”還是蹲下來跟孩子説：“我們去那裡玩小汽車怎麼樣，給你講些故事？”我們的孩子很聰明，我們從不以不尊重的方式對待他們。我認為酒店在聘請小童俱樂部的工作人員時不夠認真。這讓我在入住期間非常不滿。因為這些員工，我不會選擇華爾道夫酒店，也不會向我的家人和朋友推薦它。我們選擇那裡，可不是為了體驗這種不愉快的事！ During our stay at the hotel, we went to the kids club. On the first day when my little child only 2yrs in the baby-sitting, he was frightened by a local Maldivian employee. The next day, he refused to go there again. My two elder sisters told me they were not allowed to play the public games and I already talk to the manager they say they want kids to follow the schedule but in that day the schedule is play in the garden they didn’t bring them to the garden for a long time,the kids stay there from 10am to 2pm, there is no reason managing some works that the children really want right?.One Indian and other Russian. I’m unsatisfied about themselves,they had no patience and educate to leading children. For example, when you see a two-year-old child trying to enter a room which they are not allowed, what will you do? They just loudly: "You can't go in!" or you squat down and tell them: "shall we go there play the cars, ready some stories ?" Our children are very clever,we never treat them in a disrespect way. I think the hotel did not hire the kids club staff seriously . This made me very dissatisfied during the stay. I won’t choose Waldorf Astoria because of these employees, And I won't recommend it to my family and friends either. We choose there, not to experience such unpleasant things!

優點： *快艇從馬累出發45分鐘，東航直飛傍晚到達可快速當晚上島 *房間面積大，設施新，237平起，層頂開闊 *餐廳多，口味中上，推薦The Ledge（招牌漢堡，葡式烤雞，巧克力煙燻冰淇淋蛋糕）Yasmeen

人工島海洋生態不是很好，魚比較少，水也沒那麼透徹，整體比較同一集團下的康萊德港麗島要差一點，尤其服務還沒港麗島好，比大四季差不少，完全沒達到華爾道夫號稱六星的標準，優勢是這個酒店特別大，帶孩子可以玩更多

奢華酒店。服務都是中規中矩。

無可挑剔，硬件設施服務都非常好，景色又好，餐廳很多而且味道和價格都很好，孩子們非常喜歡，必須好評！

住了3天wifi每天都壞這沒wifi在島上太難受了啥也幹不了 ipad菜單也不更新有的菜沒有 除了那中國管家還行 叫攜程和她去投訴才派人來連幫我連wifi 我不懂幾萬塊一晚wifi也保證不了嗎

Che dire.. siamo tornati per la sesta volta.. tutto molto bello. Personale professionale, molto premuroso, attento e simpatico. Anche se questa volta la meteo non è stata particolarmente generosa, non c'è stato alcun momento di sconforto. Il resort offre molte opzioni per non annoiarsi: palestra, yoga, SPA, campo da paddle, aqua gym e molto altro. Lo snorkeling davanti alla camera ci ha regalato un emozionante incontro ravvicinato con delle tartarughe! Un ringraziamento speciale a Yoonus per la sua gentilezza e flessibilità nell'assisterci. Andhu con il quale si è sviluppata una sincera amicizia dopo tanti anni di conoscenza, sempre professionale, Ad Ahmed: anche con lui si è creato un rapporto di amicizia personale e sincera. A Sympli per la sua allegria e spontaneità. Non riusciamo a menzionare tutti gli altri collaboratori con cui abbiamo conversato e condiviso momenti spensierati e divertenti. Grazie a tutti!

Resort magnifico, personale fantastico non potevamo chiedere di più per la nostra settimana al waldotf astoria maldives. Grazie a Dina che ci ha coccolato per tutto il nostro soggiorno. Grazie a tutto lo staff. Villa bellissima, pulizia impeccabile, spiaggia curatissima, diving ed immersioni bellissime. Barriera corallina veramente bella. Cena al ristorante terra una esaltazione di sapori. Grazie ad Alessandro esecutive chef per la qualità incredibile del cibo e per portare in alto l'orgoglio italiano. Mauro e Giusy

Great retreat. A lots of great variety restaurants to choose from. You have your own concierge and they will look after all your needs. From arranging a buggy, making a restaurant reservations or booking any activities, they will be there to assist you. The accommodation is incredible, lots of space. No matter you stay at a beach villa or a top of water Villa, it's pretty safe for either a amateur snorkeller or experienced snorkeller. Lots of marine life to see.
