Hotel in zona NC500 Route start/finish, Inverness

La riserva Rocpool ha reso il nostro tempo in Inverness così speciale! Abbiamo amato tutto su questa piccola casa degli ospiti. È a buon passo da tutto ciò che vuoi vedere e fare in Inverness. Abbiamo ricevuto il complimento Prosecco all'arrivo, e ogni giorno un complimento colazione, te' e ora felice. Tutto il cibo e le bevande erano deliziose. Il personale era molto amichevole e ci ha fatto sentire così apprezzati e benvenuti. Il letto era comodo e i prodotti del bagno erano eccellenti. Poche cose da notare (non lamentele): abbiamo prenotato una stanza con un tubo caldo sul patio. Basato sulle foto del sito web ci aspettavamo una vista, ma non ne aveva uno. Ma era incredibilmente privato, che era bello. Ci sono stati un soffitto ogni sera dopo essere usciti in aria ventosa ogni giorno. I prodotti da bagno complimentari non includono condizionatore per i capelli. Non è stato un problema come abbiamo portato il nostro, ma vale la pena ricordarvi, perciò potete essere preparati.

Grande servizio e circa a 15-20 minuto a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria. Il letto è molto comodo e la bagno è una buona dimensione 👍

Un nuovo hotel con strutture relativamente nuove e un buon ambiente circostante. Il prodotto principale di AC è un boutique express hotel con uno splendido scenario che ha tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno, ma è tutt'altro che sofisticato. La camera è piccola. Se desiderate prenotare una camera con letto matrimoniale, è meglio confermare con l'hotel la dimensione del letto, che sia di 1,8 o 1,5 metri. Se sei alto, devi verificare con l'hotel e prendere nota della tipologia di camera. Abbiamo prenotato due camere per questo viaggio. Una è al centro dell'hotel e ha una tipologia di camera normale mansarda ed è particolarmente ostile alle persone alte e ai bambini.

Abbiamo alloggiato qui una sola notte in occasione di un viaggio on the road in Scozia. Il check-in apre alle 16:00 e lo staff si è dimostrato da subito gentile e molto accogliente. All'ingresso c'è una colonnina per riempire la borraccia, servizio gratis e molto utile, per l'ambiente, per la comodità ma anche per il portafoglio! La stanza era giusta di dimensioni ma un po' antiquata e un po' fredda. Per il resto abbiamo trovato il materasso comodo e il bagno abbastanza grande rispetto agli standard oltre che un ambiente pulito. Al piano terra ci sono anche una cucina comune e un soggiorno grande in cui si può socializzare. Ultimo ma non meno importante, anzi direi ESSENZIALE è il parcheggio gratuito a due passi. Una simpatica e socievole gattina arancione vi saluterà nel giardinetto davanti alla struttura. Per raggiungere il centro della cittadina ci vogliono una 20ina di minuti a piedi ma il percorso è ben segnalato. Ci siamo trovati bene e sicuramente consigliamo questa catena di ostelli (che hanno anche camere matrimoniali private. come la nostra)!

Il prezzo perfetto di questo hotel è abbastanza per il parcheggio.La colazione è fantastica! È molto perfetto per la gente di Inverness per stare a piedi per una notte! Ci sono anche cena da mangiare sotto, e il contrario è Kendki.Se sei stanco per un giorno, vivere qui è davvero fantastico!

The room is spacious and clean. The only hiccup was that, at first, we got a room with a double bed despite booking a family room on Trip.com. When I asked the reception staff, she said there was no family room per se in the building, and in the booking that they had, it didn't say that I wanted a family room or how many people would be sleeping in the room. For them, a family room is a room with a double bed and an extra bed. The staff managed to change our room to one with an extra bed ready, so it wasn't a problem.

La posizione è molto conveniente se arrivate a Inverness aereo tardi di notte. Le camere sono pulite e spaziose.

I've been coming to this hotel for around 20 years, initially on business and now for leisure, and I visit every few years. In that time not much has changed, apart from the ownership. The hotel is still a beautiful building set in tranquil and wonderful grounds. The downstairs interior is stately and is tastefully decorated with an elegant bar, Lounge and Restaurant. Staff on Reception are polite and helpful But the hotel isn't without its issues which are 1) The bedroom furniture has been the same on every visit over the last 20 years and is showing its age 2) The carpet in the room we were given was actually threadbare in places and isn't what you expect 3) The lady waiting tables at breakfast is a joy. She is attentive, polite and helpful. The same cannot be said of the older gentleman working there who is ignorant and ignores people waiting to be seated. There is no need to be so rude and dismissive of people of all nationalities who are basically paying his wages ! 4) My biggest grumble of all is the lack of a premium lager in the hotel bar. Under previous management in the early 2000's they used to stock 1664 but now it's Carling (yuk!), Guinness, Scots ale or Cider. I would have spent a lot more time in there had they stocked better beer. That's a real own goal and other guests are of the same opinion.
