Good hotel but, for their regular double room, over priced. The Glen Mhor is basically a collection of former B&B establishments which have been taken over and redeveloped. This means that the majority of rooms are in neighbouring buildings so a bit of a walk is involved! I have stayed here before and each time found myself in a small double room. They are clean, well decorated and fine for an overnight stay. On the downside, they tend to be so small that there is no room for a chair or workspace. This time around we opted for the breakfast package. The restaurant was right at the opposite end of the complex but the walk along to it was pleasant. The breakfast itself was excellent. Staff were incredibly attentive and the range of food on offer was very good.
Would I stay again? That would depend on the package on offer. I wouldn't opt for a 'room only' given the small size - there are plenty Premier Inns around which, to be fair, are of an equal, if not higher standard to the standard double rooms at Glen Mhor. Location is excellent for the city centre and depending when you travel, there is plenty parking available.

Hotel is great and the stay was comfortable. It's quite convenient to walk to the bus station as well at the train station. The room is clean however the toilet shower doesn't has a door and the water slashes out causing whole toilet to become wet after shower. The hotel do provide bottled water in room and has a restaurant on the ground floor. The staffs are friendly and overall stay experience was amazing.

Una meritata locanda nelle Highlands scozzesi può essere descritta come una buona opzione per il pernottamento. C'è un parcheggio di fronte all'hotel che può parcheggiare una decina di auto. I camerieri sono cordiali, cortesi e disponibili. Il colore principale della stanza è tenue e i letti sono generalmente comodi. Niente pasti a causa dell'epidemia

Grande posizione con facile cammino nel centro della città.
Stai tranquilla a notte.
Situato proprio sul fiume Ness con favolosi viste sul fiume dalla nostra stanza.
Costruito con molte caratteristiche originali come tetti alti, finestre di sash e pannelli in legno.
Le camere sono pulite e i letti sono fatti ogni giorno.

Bella bar con personale amichevole.
Equipe di ricezione utile.
Stoccaggio dei bagagli da effettuare il giorno di partenza.
Camera a letto con due persone assegnata che abbiamo chiesto.
Vale il prezzo e molto più bello di hotel generici moderni localmente.

Le strutture sono molto buone, ma se sabato venerdì dovete riposare in un bar vicino, ci sono persone che si sono notte e non sono amichevole per persone sensibili al rumore.

Amazing stay, the hotel is excellently located just off from Inverness center with parking and a beautiful garden. Breakfast was cooked upon order with many creative and delicious options. Staff very friendly. Clean and well-maintained hotel. We stayed in a family room. Very big and bright room. I highly recommend it.

Beautiful building with Beautiful scenery. Close proximity to Inverness. Beautiful food. Rooms could do with being slightly updated but that is my only issue. Staff were all lovely, friendly and helpful.

SSeow Hong TcheauCheck in was quick and easy. Our room was beautifully decorated and equipped with all the comforts of home. We were welcomed with delicious lemon drizzled cake, chocolate and a range of tea bags, coffee and hot chocolate. Both our hosts are so warm and friendly. We had wanted to have our takeaway dinner in the village green to enjoy the spring air but it was drizzling. Our hosts kindly provided cutlery for us to have our food in their dining area. Breakfast the next morning was delicious. I definitely recommend this place which is conveniently located near the Loch Ness Hub & Travel centre, gift shops and restaurants.

AAlyseFirst let me say that the owners were incredibly kind and accommodating. It pains me that to even write this but I thought fellow travelers should hear my experience. First, there are two aye stays in Inverness. My gps took me to the wrong one first. That was awkward. After I finally figured it out, the place was very cutely decorated with Scottish and Loch Ness decor. Contactless check in was easy however a board with everyone’s name and room numbers does not feel super safe for me a solo female traveler. But over all easy enough. Next I stayed in room 7 which is up a flight of stairs so make sure you pack light! (Which you should do anyway in Scotland.) My room had just been renovated with new carpet but it smelled like off gassing and I had to open the window (which was broken) there was a radiator for heat which I had no idea how to use. So it got a little chilly. Now here comes the problems: the rooms are very close together and the walls are paper thin. I was kept up until 3 in the morning hearing conversations and snoring. We were only given the choice of receiving breakfast between 7:30-8:30 in the dining room. So I woke up earlier than I would have liked to eat breakfast. Which was just okay. Nothing too outstanding to write about but again the hostess was very sweet. Overall I could see that they’re trying their best. But I would recommend sound machines in each of the rooms or something so people can have a good nights sleep. The location was pretty good and just over the bridge from the high street.

UUtente ospiteExcellent hostel! Great common self-catering facilities; there were two full kitchens with plenty of tables and seating so multiple parties could be cooking at a time. Staff were very helpful and let me leave my bag before check-in and after check-out to accommodate my bus times.
The room (4-bunk female dorm) was very spacious so plenty of room for sorting through my bags. Bunk was large and included a USB plug and power outlet there. Room had large attached shower and toilet rooms.

Il prodotto principale di AC è un boutique express hotel con uno splendido scenario che ha tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno, ma è tutt'altro che sofisticato.
La camera è piccola. Se desiderate prenotare una camera con letto matrimoniale, è meglio confermare con l'hotel la dimensione del letto, che sia di 1,8 o 1,5 metri.
Se sei alto, devi verificare con l'hotel e prendere nota della tipologia di camera. Abbiamo prenotato due camere per questo viaggio. Una è al centro dell'hotel e ha una tipologia di camera normale mansarda ed è particolarmente ostile alle persone alte e ai bambini.

UUtente ospiteEvening event dinner was at best poor. Starter which should have been hot was cold, main course just warm, the desert had run out by the time our table was served.
The hotel toilets were in need of an attendant checking regularly .
We ended up laughing about it with references to faulty towers.
However our room was beautiful, clean, well presented, the bed was very comfortable. We had a great night sleep.
At breckfast the arm of my chair was loose and lifted up when I would go to move my chair in/out from the table. When I was looking around the continental breckfast counter I could hear a male member of the kitchen staff shouting and swearing using the F word, not at all what I expected from any Hotel.
Lasting impression I would not rush back.

The biggest is the doors on the rooms. They are heavy wooden doors and slam really loud. As you can imagine that’s quite annoying when people go in and out waking people up
Bathroom door rotten at bottom from damp, needs replaced, looks awful.
Cleaning under sinks and taps in bathrooms, the things you see when you sit in the bath!!
Painting of the room could be a bit tidier, white paint all over grey radiator pipes.
Cleaners could be a bit more gentler when hoovering, they batter the radiator pipes in the rooms and it vibrates to the room your in , next door!
Out of stock of some flavours for cocktails, young staff seen with mobile phones very casually. Move out of sight, the customer / service are important
Food is expensive for the quality you get too

JJimmyLa posizione è molto conveniente per tutto. Al di là della stazione ferroviaria, così tanti taxi lì. Lobby è bello. Vedi molti cani all'interno dell'hotel. Se sei più di 100 kg, sarà difficile fare una doccia. Così piccolo. Il colazione continentale è poorly done.
