"We spent 4D3N at JW Marriott Cam Ranh Resort & Spa and overall had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay, largely thanks to the wonderful service from the staff. The resort itself is still relatively new and it shows — the grounds were well kept, clean, and thoughtfully maintained throughout our stay. The pools were in great condition, and the slow river was a highlight, especially drifting along on a float in such a peaceful setting. The location, however, is something to plan for. The resort is about a 40-minute drive from Nha Trang city, so it’s best to plan your days properly to maximise time spent within the resort rather than commuting back and forth. We were assigned a ground-level room, which was convenient for access, but it came with a few drawbacks. Every morning, we experienced noticeable footsteps from the room above, along with cleaning noises from the corridors and sidewalks outside. The bigger issue was the shower drainage — it was consistently poor, often overflowing and spilling water outside the shower stall. I had to manually remove the drain cover to allow water to flow. Given the visibly wet area outside the shower and the removed drain cover, I would have expected housekeeping to notice and address it, but unfortunately this issue persisted throughout our entire stay. Where the resort truly shines is its people. The ground staff were incredibly helpful and efficient — not once were my partner and I delayed or told to wait. Buggies arrived promptly whenever we needed transport around the resort. Despite some language barriers, everyone was full of smiles and genuinely eager to help. One gentleman (whose name I unfortunately didn’t get) remembered my name from the breakfast manifest and greeted me warmly whenever we crossed paths elsewhere in the resort — always with a smile. Special mentions: • Hau was extremely pleasant and welcoming. Her impeccable service made us feel relaxed from the start, and even on check-out day, she remembered my name, greeted me warmly, and checked in to see how our stay had been. • Bryan was proactive and enthusiastic, offering thoughtful recommendations to enhance our experience. He also consistently checked in with us whenever we bumped into him. • Linh and Andrew at the front desk were excellent — check-out was smooth, and all our questions were answered clearly and efficiently. Dining-wise, the seafood grill restaurant was just alright. We enjoyed some dishes, but others missed the mark. The steak, in particular, was overcooked and grainy, even for a striploin, and our preferred doneness was not checked beforehand. While we provided feedback, it was merely acknowledged without any follow-up, which was disappointing given the brand and pricing. The spa experience was very enjoyable. The therapists were skilled, the singing bowl was a lovely touch, and combined with the serene surroundings, it made for a truly relaxing session. That said, for the price paid — even with the Bonvoy discount — it may be worth exploring other spa options around Cam Ranh. Overall, this was a nice and relaxing stay. We would definitely return for the outstanding service and the genuinely warm and attentive staff. Next time, however, we would likely skip the resort restaurant and opt for a spa in town instead."

"This is a huge resort, so it has pros and cons. The service was very good considering the size, check in was fast, room service was not longer than usual. The food options are limited per time, so lunch at the beach has a small menu and near the buildings there is a food court with some of options. The other restaurants are not open for lunch. For dinner you need to book the restaurants in advance, otherwise it might not be available. The Atlantis food was very good, Asiana was ok and the Italian buffet was not worth it, we didn't try the Italian A La Carte. Breakfast buffet was chaotic!!!! Just too many people and the room was completely closed I felt claustrophobic. The next day we tried the A La carte breakfast in the other restaurant and it was the BEST hotel breakfast I have ever had! I would go back just for that! I guess All inclusive guests can only go to the buffet, so I wouldn't recommend All inclusive food. There are many swimming pools which was nice, but the service was a bit limited. The bar at the beach pool only opened at 10:30am and the other bar at 11am. We couldn't order anything before that. Lots of things are extra charge, activities, pool toys.....the farm visit was worth it. That are some free alternatives as well, such as the water park and the kids play. The room was big and clean The hotel is big so you need to walk a lot to arrive at the beach or get a buggy."

"Questa è la mia seconda visita e ogni foto che scatto è come un dipinto con lo scenario esotico e il bellissimo paesaggio. È un ottimo resort per rilassarsi e sentirsi davvero guariti‼️ Senior duty manager – Min è stato molto gentile e professionale durante il check-in. Si è preso cura di me non solo durante il mio soggiorno, ma anche fino al giorno in cui ho lasciato il resort, il che ha reso il mio soggiorno ancora più piacevole.😊 Le condizioni della camera erano buone e sono rimasta stupita dalla splendida vista sull'oceano dalla terrazza non appena ho fatto il check-in con mio marito.😄 Di recente ho utilizzato la piscina appena aperta, Axi Pool, ed era spaziosa e confortevole. L'erba verde e il mare erano proprio di fronte a me, quindi ero davvero felice di sdraiarmi sul lettino e rilassarmi. 🥰 Questa volta ha piovuto e quindi non ho potuto partecipare, ma in base alla mia esperienza dell'ultima volta, Sunrise Yoga è davvero professionale e istruttivo, quindi provatelo sicuramente. Il menù della colazione non ha molti piatti, ma nel complesso era delizioso. Per cena, siamo andati al ristorante del resort ed era davvero delizioso. (L'Anam Burger, le Linguine ai Frutti di Mare, il Banh Xeo, il Bun Cha e l'Iced Coconut Coffee sono deliziosi!)🥹 Sono rimasto così soddisfatto di questa visita che penso che tornerò la prossima volta che visiterò Nha Trang.🧡"

"We got a very relaxing holidays at this hotel. Room’s settings made you feel like at home, cozy and spacious with a pool. If you are looking for a quiet holiday retreat, it’s the perfect spot for you. Far away from the busy city. Location is perfect less than 10 minutes from airport without any noise as it’s a small airport. Check in is smooth and fast, within no time after you landed, you are already in your room or swimming at your pool. Daily Spa massage is professional, therapists are efficients and the whole area is well managed. You just need to contact them to book in advance your schedule during your stays as soon as you booked your room. Yoga’s place is in an amazing setting, yoga’s teachers need to improve their English skills. Gym place is ok. Can improve a bit more the setting. Breakfast a la carte at Breeze restaurant is nice and professional. But the breakfast at other restaurant call Fresh restaurant needs to be improved in terms of locals foods variety( very few local dishes to discover…) and services, sometimes can be hard to find a table or waiter to attend you, due to lacks of management. As the hotel is far away from city, no other options for dining around, we decided to stay and used all our meals at the hotel, which is fine for us as we don’t want to wandering around neither. But sometimes we feel it’s a bit limited, as there is only one restaurant is open most of the time and the Breeze restaurant is open only on weekends… and on Wednesday we have to opt for bbq dinner buffet and nothing else as the only restaurant is open for that bbq day, if you’re not keen on bbq, then you are free to go somewhere else to eat out of the hotel or stay in your room to order a la carte, which give us a feeling of being trapped. Kid’s club and activities have to improve, especially for kids above 6 years old. There is a farm but it’s about 20 minutes wandering and discovering are enough to spend there. Especially when it’s hot. Not much more to do. Same as spa, we can’t order a foot massage or anything for children below 16 years old. Even if it’s private order. Kind of limited for family with children, as this hotel is a resort. The Staff in general are courteous, friendly, smiling and have very good attitude. The surrounding areas and equipment are well maintained and clean. Buggies are available all the time to drive you from your room to others spots within the resort, they are friendly and thoughtful with guests. All in all, we do remember about the friendly hospitality of the staff at the hotel whom made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We will be back again soon. Hope those small details will be implemented and improved by then. Cheers"

"Questa è la nostra seconda visita. L'hotel è carino, ma avrebbe bisogno di qualche ristrutturazione. Non è lontano dall'aeroporto. Ha una spiaggia privata, pulita e regolarmente curata. Il cibo è vario, quindi non morirai di fame: frutti di mare, coccodrillo, rane e carne alla griglia. Ci sono intrattenimento, spettacoli serali, musica dal vivo e una discoteca in loco. Il personale è molto cordiale ed educato e parla russo."

"Отель шикарный . 10 из 10! Все новое , стильное , красивое . Кровать очень удобная мягкая , белье белоснежное . Персонал вежливый и улыбчивый. Стремятся помочь. Ресторан выше всех похвал , еда очень разнообразная и вкусная . Никаких очередей , очень чисто , постоянно персонал убирает. По системе «все включено» напитки алкогольные (местные) и безалкогольное в барах у бассейнов , лобби и в самом ресторане. Детская игровая отличная , тренажерный зал хоть и не разнообразный , но все необходимое самое имеется . Территория большая и зеленая , очень красиво. Детские площадки есть , дети вечером играют . Море и лежаки на пляже все прекрасно , места полно . У бассейнов тоже ни разу не почувствовали нехватку лежаков. В самом отеле есть магазинчик сувенирный и немного одежды и снэки можно приобрести , там конечно дороже, чем в городе, и выбор не велик. Анимация в отеле есть , не впечатлила , но мы не жалуемся , потому что в остальном просто супер все. За пределами отеля только другие отели, поэтому скучно , если хочется посмотреть окрестности и пошопиться. Нужно ехать в город примерно полчаса. Есть трансфер по времени 60 тыс донгов с чел в один конец . Поэтому после 5 дней проживания нам стало не хватать цивилизации . Ну, мы так и задумали , отдохнуть вдалеке от суеты в тихом месте сначала, потом переехали в центральную часть нячанга . Нам отель ооооочень понравился , мы точно вернемся"

"I slipped and fell in the shower room, and the hotel team did not know how to deal with it properly, and some of them were having not acceptable attitude. The bathroom had no anti-slippery met and I was wearing my own anti-slippery slippers. But still the shower room floor was way too slippery and I fell on my right hand. I immediately felt the pain and could not move my hand. After I got out of the shower, I called one touch service. The lady who picked up initially wanted to send someone to clean my bathroom. I told her that I did not need it to be cleaned since I was done with it, but my hand was hurting. She probably did not understand what I was saying and kept saying she would send someone to clean. then I told her I would like to talk to the duty manager. It was not even 10 PM but she told me it was too late. I insisted to talk to the duty manager because I did not care how late it was. It was my hand that was hurting. Eventually, a male manager came to the phone and asked me again what happened, sounding impatient. After I had to repeat the situation again, he promised to send a nurse to check me out. However, when the nurse came, I figured that he did not say a word of English, and it was very hard for me to communicate with him. And duty manager did not even show up. I called one touch service again a male picked up. He said he was not the manager who talked to me and said that I can use Google translate to talk to the nurse. I mean if a guest was hurt in your room at least you need to have the courtesy to visit apologize and check out what happened. But no, they sent me a nurse that could not even communicate with me. After I insisted to have the manager to come to my room because I know such a huge resort would definitely have a night manager on duty. At this point, it was not about me falling in the shower room, but the irresponsibility the team showed dealing with the situation. Eventually, Viktor the night duty manager came when the nurse finished examining and treating me. He said that it was the afternoon shift manager who picked up my phone. I stated the situation again to him and I did not need any compensation. I wasn’t complaining about him but the afternoon shift manager who did not show responsibility. It seems to me, he was about to get off duty and did not want to take care of anything. This was a safety concern and I’m surprised about the negligence the team displayed."

"Это был второй отель на время нашего путешествия в Нячанг. Отель удовлетворил наши потребности в пляжном отдыхе максимально. Номер с видом на море на 7 этаже был отличным. Вечер на балконе с видом на океан - полный релакс. Все, кто писал про то, что это тюлений отдых были правы. Тут действительно нужно просто отдыхать и расслабляться. Вечером расслабленная игра в бильярд и прогулка будет кульминацией тягучего ленивого дня. Если вы любитель такого отдыха, вам однозначно сюда. Переехав сюда из центра Начанга, мы сначала остолбенели от того как медленно тут идёт время, но за дни прибывания тут даже привыкли) Плюсы: 1.Завтрак, час Амианы и ужин. Мы уже сравнили это с Амианой Нячанг, поэтому можем уверенно сказать, что в Амиана Камрань гораздо лучше. 2. Большой собственный пляж.3. Достаточно большой номер. 4. Отель поздравил нас с годовщиной свадьбы тортиком. 5. Хорошие свежие фрукты каждый день. Минусы: Хорошо бы почаще мыть стекла ( они почти матовые) на балконе. Но, если бы была возможность, мы бы вернулись туда сейчас, после выезда. В Амиана Камрань было очень душевно."

"Mi è piaciuto molto. Era decente. I giardini sono bellissimi e ben tenuti. Il personale fa del suo meglio. Le camere sono enormi. Il letto è eccellente. Anche il bagno è meraviglioso. Le onde sono state un po' una delusione. C'è una bandiera rossa sulla spiaggia. La colazione è buona. Si può trovare cibo per tutti i gusti. Ho visitato la spa. La consiglio. Il servizio è da 5 stelle. Ho mangiato al ristorante sulla spiaggia. L'hamburger era nella media. Era accettabile. Ho ordinato il servizio in camera. Mi è piaciuto di più. Gli ospiti sono quasi esclusivamente coreani. E con loro, l'hotel è sempre confortevole. Ero di passaggio per una notte, ma sarei felice di rimanere per una settimana con la mia famiglia.
