I would describe the duplex as a budget travel stay. I want to be as honest about what it might be like to stay here. This is a duplex and all of the furnishings and TV's are new. The bathroom and kitchen are outdated, but the appliances in kitchen are new. There is a hospital a mile down the road. It is generally quiet and peaceful. The neighborhood is located in a medium crime risk area. Its a place to sleep, relax and watch TV on a budget. You will have plenty of room and it is priced way below the nearest hotel. This type of experience may not be what you are looking for and it’s not for everyone. The price reflects the location.The duplex is located within minutes from the area best attractions. Only a 10-15 minute drive to Anderson Japanese Gardens, BMO Harris Bank Center and the Coronado Theater.
