This house is a single story house on just over 1/3 of an acre.It features a screened in front porch & back deck that overlooks a pond. Conveniently located 1 mile away from the Conley Bottom boat ramp.Please, be advised, this house is on a septic tank. Nothing goes into the toilet other than human waste & toilet paper. No food or grease down drains. Living room & dining room areas offer an open-air concept w/ cathedral ceilings.Family room has a smart TV, Wi-Fi, 2-recliners, & a queen size sleeper sofa. In addition, this room has a sliding glass door to isolate it from the rest of the house.Dinning room has a large rectangle table & a round table is located in kitchen area. Both tables have four chairs.The kitchen is fully equipped w/ the following: a dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer w/ ice maker & filtered water, stove, & microwave, a Keurig combo coffee maker, 2-crock pots, a mixer, dishes, glasses, utensils, & pots & pans are available. This cozy, smoke-free, 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom house is located 1/4 mile from the popular Conley Bottom Marina. Located on the last road before the resort entrance, it is just a 1 minute golf cart drive or car ride to put your boat in the water.There is a fully-equipped kitchen which includes a keurig machine, microwave, pots and pans, dishes and silverware. The handmade farmhouse kitchen table seats 6 comfortably. The back porch has a view of the neighboring pond. Trash bags and paper towels are provided.The main bedroom has a brand new king size bed and a 55 inch flat screen tv. This two bedroom one bath unit sits on a small fishing pond with its own private deck. Convenient to shopping and restaurants is the ideal location for a relaxing getaway. Called the Cozy cottage for a reason. Even though it is attached to the office, this unit has many repeat guests who like the view from the porch with a large 6 person hot tub, overlooking the private deck and pond. If you’re headed lakeside by foot, a 1-2 minute walk from Jo’s Cottage will take you to the lake access road/public boat ramp; and, in another 4-5 minutes (depending on your physical condition as the ramp is downhill and a bit steep - 30-35% incline) you can be at the water’s edge. The all-uphill return walk provides an energetic workout for those wanting a bit of exercise! This policy allows for more vehicle parking in the general area of the ramp.Additionally, renters will notice that there are two boat docks near the ramp (one to each side). Our cozy cabin is located on Lake Cumberland in Monticello close to Somerset and two great marinas, Conley Bottom being our favorite! We have partial lake views in the fall, winter and spring and a hot tub on the deck to enjoy the views, along with the fire pit below. We have 2 bedrooms, one bathroom and a pull out couch. The large wrap around deck is perfect for playing games and hanging out. Please note there is no lake access from the property. This Lake Cumberland vacation home is situated in Golden Pond resort, with it's own deck over looking a private fishing pond. This beautiful stone A frame has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths with open floor plan and modern conveniences is sure to please. With bead board ceilings in upper bedrooms and sitting area; stone fireplace in lower living room. Two of the bedrooms each have queen beds, with the upper bedroom opening up to a second floor deck overlooking the fishing pond. The lower lever bedroom also has a queen with a master bath. The third bedroom is small, great for kids, also has a bunk with a full futon on the lower with a twin upper bunk. Please be careful when using the bunks and use at your own risk. Lower level has open living room/dinning room combination. With a fully stocked kitchen with all the necessities including three decks, gas grills and washer dryer will make your stay a pleasant one.
