During the summer months, place the fans on the window ledges right when the sun starts to go down and the room will be nice and cool! this is the coolest room in the house! Both in temperature and in vibes!Upstairs you will find the "Cubs Den" furnished with 2 full beds and a 60" TV with ROKU! Turn on the twinkle lights and this makes the perfect theater room for the little ones!Across the hall is another bedroom with a queen bed, rocking chair and pack-n- play in the closet! This room also has a portable AC unit. Please attach the vent to the screen and plug it in, prior to turning on the power button. PARKING + DRIVEWAY:*On site parking for up to 3 vehicles.*Our driveway slope is accessible for vehicles during the winter months with snow/ice.*There is one security camera facing the driveway for your safety.ACCESSIBILITY:*Our space includes STAIRS to reach the front door entrance + third bedroom.HEATING/AIR CONDITIONING:*We do not have central heating/air BUT we do have ductless AC/heating mini splits in every bedroom for your comfort.*Our fireplace is electric, providing some heat for the living room area.
