You'll also have a formal dining area & in-house laundry.This house is in a neighborhood and very close to another house, however we have built a 6' privacy fence between the homes to give this house a large private backyard. On rare occasion you might even hear the volunteer fire department siren go off. If you are a really light sleeper you might want to bring earplugs, but we don't get any complaints about noise.
