Our charming and cozy studio offers guests the sun-soaked simple pleasures of a seashore vacation outfitted with the comforts of home. Guests are able to access all areas of the condo with the exception of the owner's closet near the bed. We ask that you make yourself comfortable and be respectful of the home. Excessive trash within the home or damage to the home / the contents within will result in penalty fees being assessed. In the pool out building there are credit card operated washers and dryers for guest convenience. I am nearby and can certainly help if there is need. From Peddler's Pavilion (shopping area in front of The Village) turn right onto 30A. You'll pass High Pointe resort on your left. The beach access is shortly thereafter on the left side of 30A (directly across from the Seacrest Beach entrance). This is a monitored access where guests 8 years of age and older will be required to wear a wristband to gain entry. PLEASE NOTE: Golf carts, bikes, skateboards, and roller blades are not allowed through the beach access. Per noise restrictions, wheeled coolers are permitted, but they must be carried down the pedestrian pathway, which leads to the beach through Sunset Beach. Strollers are permitted through the beach access as long as they are used to transport children and not beach gear. Beach tents are not permitted on any deeded beach access along 30A. • Tram Info: Free tram service to/from The Village and Sunset Beach access is available to all guest(s) of The Village from March to October, 9am-5pm CST. Tram departs from The Village resort pool area every 20 minutes. All guests 8 years of age and older will need to wear yellow wristbands to access the tram. For tram service November through February or for questions about the tram please call. • Beach Chairs: Two beach chairs are at the condo for your use. Please do not leave them on the beach overnight. It is asked that prior to departure the chairs get wiped clean for incoming guest(s) use. Should you desire to rent beach chair service (chairs and umbrellas) the company that provides these amenities is La Dolce Vita. La Dolce Vita also offers kayaks and Yolo Board rentals on the beach. To rent this gear see the La Dolce Vita beach attendant at the base of the stairs for the beach access. • Propane Grills: Weber propane grills for guest use are located within the pool area. When using a grill, do not leave it unattended. • Groceries: Need something quick? Just head to Seacrest Sundries at the front of The Village. The closest grocery stores are Publix or Aldi, both are 5 minutes away (by car). From The Village, turn left onto 30A. At traffic light, turn right onto Hwy 98. Fitness Gym near your resort: Paradise Fitness Gym in Carillon Beach is the closest fitness center. It's about 10 minutes from the condo by car. The club offers monthly, weekly, or daily rates. Situated on the first floor, our home at Seacrest Beach Resort is positioned at the back of the complex, leading directly to the award-winning 12,000 Sq Ft Pool. The pool area boasts incredible fountains, and a special toddler/kiddie pool. The renowned 30A beaches, voted the best US Beach in 2020, are a short distance away and can be reached by a free beach trolley service (operated March-October) or by walking or biking. Parking: No rental golf carts are allowed at Seacrest Beach. All guests staying at Seacrest Beach Resort need to pre-register, in advance of arrival, by going to their website. For this resort, you will be given parking passes for 2 (and no more than 3) vehicles. Wristbands for additional guests may be provided. All Seacrest beach guests must have a parking decal displayed on the dashboard of their vehicle(s) for the entirety of their stay. The parking decals will be provided at guest services. To find guest services, you simply park in the parking zone with the number of your unit. Enter the main condominium building; walk out the patio doors, straight back to the roped off area, at the back of pool deck, labeled Guest Services. They will provide you with all the requisite information, wristbands for pool and beach access, along with the parking passes. Outside of the parking areas on your property, the gravel bays aligning the streets throughout the community offer a common area parking. Do not block driveways when parking there.
