L'accesso facile è diretto dall'interstate e da molte linee di traffico per gestire le tonnellate di veicoli che passano. Il foyer è sempre profumo fresco e pulito - lo amo. Le mie lenzuola erano super ricche e pulite e la stanza era in ottima riparazione. La vasca era fantastica e pulita!

Il mio recente soggiorno in questo hotel è stato generalmente insoddisfacente. Sebbene le camere siano spaziose, i servizi sono obsoleti. L'hotel non fornisce acqua gratuita, ma fa pagare 6 $ per una bottiglia da 500 ml. L'aria condizionata non è stata accesa prima del check-in, il che dimostra una mancanza di preparazione. La reception è gravemente carente di personale, con un solo dipendente, il che si traduce in code ogni volta che si ha bisogno di assistenza. La qualità del servizio deve essere migliorata: non forniscono un servizio in camera di base, come la consegna del dentifricio in camera. Inoltre, gli ascensori non hanno un controllo di sicurezza degli accessi, il che solleva preoccupazioni per la sicurezza. Particolarmente deludente è stato quando il personale è entrato nella stanza con un preavviso così breve che non ho nemmeno avuto il tempo di rispondere il giorno del check-out. Considerando le tariffe delle camere, questo hotel offre un pessimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. A parte le dimensioni generose della stanza, l'esperienza complessiva è carente e non posso consigliare di soggiornare qui.

Il servizio era buono. Ho avuto problemi al check-in con le carte di credito e il personale è stato disponibile. La camera era pulita e il letto era comodo. L'unico problema era che il telefono era rotto e non si chiudeva, quindi l'ho staccato e ho informato la reception. Anche il check-out è stato semplice e la navetta da e per l'aeroporto è stata utile. Il ritiro è presso l'area navetta del Terminal 2 e porti la squadra lì. Se hai un volo molto presto, la navetta potrebbe essere una scelta incerta. Ho anche mangiato al ristorante che era delizioso e il servizio era buono.

I always book here even if it’s more expensive because they have the best team of people there who have helped me travel with ease on a regular basis so so much. I was in a wheelchair for a while and they were the only hotel who has staff that went out of their way to accommodate me and treated me like family. Andrea Dina and Joe are the best people I’ve ever had at any hotel stay. My very first stay at this location was because they had larger rooms but I went back over and over because of just how well they treated me during my first stay. I wasn’t treated as a burden and they didn’t leave me alone to figure anything out even before I got through the doorway Dina was there to get me through and my very large luggage as I rotate multiple times a year living in South America 50% of the time. She was so friendly I ended up calling her my Chicago mom. Andrea and Joe at the front desk were just amazingly nice (which isn’t common in a large city at an airport convention hotel) they helped me print out Covid and travel documents I needed and brought them to my room because I forgot them and wouldn’t have been able to fly without those documents. Dina got me up to my room and even helped me unpack what I needed for the night and made sure I securely could get into the bed and she picked me up the next morning without me calling them ahead of time she asked me my flight time and said she would handle it and be there to fetch me on time. She made sure I got my breakfast bag and loaded me up onto their shuttle all in perfect time never making me feel like a burden even though I knew how far out of their way they went for me. Every stay has been the exact same or better as they noticed the progress with my health and walking. I just can’t say enough how much I appreciate that team. This stay a friend came with me and he loved how they remembered me a received me as you would receive family you haven’t seen for while so he was impressed and also my mother was impressed the two times she stayed there also. This stay they had construction on the restaurant which is very good as I tend to order room service a lot they have a happy hour even though I don’t really drink but it’s just a generally friendly warm environment the staff bring to that place that make it a hotel that you return to even if they don’t have the cheapest rates for the airport stays. They have a great team and their management needs to know that. I don’t normally write reviews or go out of my way to write a note to a corporation about staff but I have for this team at this location they are just great and deserve recognition!

Very clean hotel and nice staff. The room was rather small (but good enough for two people) We stayed for four days in total, the nights were very quiet except for one night where we heard bar music playing from several blocks away. The hotel is close to the HMart. The lack of a kettle (in the common area or in the room) is not a deal breaker as you can use the microwave (in the common area). I wished the combination safe was larger, as neither my laptop nor tablet could fit, so we travelled with our devices which made walking very tiring. The bathrooms are nice, well-lit and spacious.

每次去芝加哥都會出發前一天住到這個酒店，因為靠近機場並有免費shuttle，所以非常方便。另外，酒店靠近機場奧特萊斯，購物很方便，而且奧特萊斯一樓有美食廣場，去那裡吃一碗湯麪對於中國胃來説真的太美妙了，哈哈哈 總之好評並推薦

Le strutture come i tovaglioli e le foglie, ecc erano di scarsa qualità. Servizio al desk povero, confuso e difficile da capire. Non molto amichevole. Colazione bar di qualità alimentare bassa e non calda

La camera da letto del re era grande e spaziosa, con divano e tavolo da caffè, una sedia a fuoco e un hassock.La TV è un po' lontana dal divano. Apprezzo il colazione giornaliero gratuito, essi variano anche le opzioni proteiche calde ogni giorno (uova scrambled, biscotti e secca, bacon, patate da salsa, link da salsa, omeletta) che è stato buono per noi da quando siamo rimasti per una settimana. Solo più basso è che l'hotel è vicino alla strada 355, quindi il rumore stradale è piuttosto costante.

L'installazione della stanza è molto semplice, non c'è trappola. La tosta da dentifricio unica deve essere alla reception. La stanza deve essere pulita un giorno prima per informare la reception, o può andare alla reception per pulire il bagno
