Just little over an hour outside of Dallas our tiny house is nestled between Lake Tawakoni and Lake Fork in East Texas. Unplug from the city life, enjoy local cattle auctions, shopping or rent a boat at one of the lakes. In addition to the one bedroom the house has 2 additional sleeping lofts with floor mattresses, one has 2 twin beds while the other has a queen size air bed. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, and dinnerware. Being away from the city you will be amazed at the number of stars and constellations you can see in our wide open sky. Located just 30 mins from Canton, it’s a great location for first Monday trades days. The floating dock with a ladder provides easy access to the water. (The lake does have stumps, so you need to be extremely cautious of where u are going in the boats). You can also rent boats from Lake fork Boat Rental and they will deliver and pickup at our dock.There is a private boat ramp in the community, so you can easily launch your own boat. Our boat lift will not be available for your use, but our dock has space to tie off your boats during your stay.Other things to noteNo Parties or Loud Music - This place is perfect to relax and rejuvenate, and enjoy the lake and nature. This is a residential neighborhood, so absolutely no loud music at any time of the day and no noise, especially after 10 pm. Sound carries far and easily, so the neighbors will call the sheriff/police.Pool is not available and covered from November to April for the off-season.
