Fomos bem atendidos. Um quarto ótimo, limpo e bem espaçoso. Gostamos de ficar lá. Mas é um hotel e talvez seja moradia para algumas pessoas. Zero turista. Apenas nos.
O resto das pessoas q lá estavam hospedados eram moradores. Achei ruim isso.
Em relação a limpeza dos quartos, se você não pedir, eles não fazem.

LLA CasselsAbbiamo goduto tutto di questo hotel storico: la stanza, il lobby pieno di arte e i riferimenti al suo passato facile da parlare, il pastore, il bar, il confortevole, coperto di fronte, la piscina e le fontane, Il cibo e le bevande servivano la piscina, il personale amichevole e gli ospiti amichevole che abbiamo incontrato. Inoltre, l'olandese è perfettamente situato a St. Pete, che si trova nel centro storico della città vicino al quartier generale della mia azienda e vicino a grandi destinazioni come il Museo Salvador Dali, la galleria di vetro Chihuly e il centro d'arte Morean. Amo le città storiche e gli hotel boutique come i Hollander. Le camere degli hotel storici sono spesso più piccole di quelle degli hotel in catena, ma sono più che compensate con le loro personalità uniche e le loro atmosfere intime, che mi lasciano con vivaci ricordi dei miei soggiorni in questi dolci alloggi e nelle città che hanno Chiamate a casa.

UUtente anonimoIl parcheggio richiede un pagamento aggiuntivo e un parcheggio di 25 giochi al giorno.L'hotel è a 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia, molto vicino, a 10 minuti a piedi dalla maggior parte dei ristoranti.Se non vuoi camminare, ci sono anche auto da golf inviate alla spiaggia e al ristorante.Il personale è molto amichevole!La colazione è semplice ma molto buona. La stanza è pulita e consigliata di stare.

UUtente ospitemi piace molto l'hotel Marriott, e questa è davvero bella dentro e fuori. Le sue moderne e pulite hall, palestra, piscina e camera. Molto bella selezione di colazione anche, tonnellate di scelte per colazione effettivamente. La sala da giardino è bella e moderna e molto pulita. È anche un ascensore molto bello e puzza bene in corridoio quando uscite dall'ascensore. Anche il bel quartiere è importante, non abbiamo visto nessuno scorrere intorno all'hotel o nelle strade! ci sentiamo molto sicuri e l'hotel si sente molto sicuri per questo motivo. Anche amo il massimale alto all'interno della stanza. Il bagno è moderno e bellissimo. L'unica cosa che non mi piace è la loro piscina, ma i bambini sono ancora nella piscina e si sono divertiti perché sa che sono bambini. Il più importante per me è che il posto è molto pulito, una scelta fantastica di colazione, una bella sala da ginnastica e una bella stanza.

CCarolI’m going to start saying that this family vacation was sweet and sour.
After looking around and have my concerns because some of the reviews I decided to stay here anyways.
I’m going to start with the positive things.
Breakfast- pretty nice, there was a variety eggs, pancakes, fruit, cereal, bread, etc. Ms Penny at the breakfast station was nice and polite.
The room that was assigned was clean, the bed was comfy.
*now let’s go with the next…
1. We arrived around 6pm, I proceeded to check in the lady at the front desk agent I’m not going to say her name but stars with Y (very unprofessional) told me that I was checked in. I was (what?) no I’m sorry but we just arrived, she was yes you are, I was no, then she mentioned another person name with my last name and said are you sure you are not _ _ and I was so now I don’t know my name :/ I was no ma’am that’s not my name. So the other person showed at the lobby because they assigned the wrong room… that means they assigned somebody else to my room without check and compare the name on the id and the credit card :| si the hotel manager came and reassigned another room for me and for the other lady, at this point the front desk lady said but there is no more housekeeping personnel and I was OMG, so after we finally got our room (finally), Sunday afternoon I told my husband we are having a good time with the kids let me see if I can extend one more day, so we can do something else with them, I proceeded to the FD and talked to the gentleman (Don’t remember his name) he said well to extend a night is 149, I said ok let me talk to my husband I’ll be back, when I went back who was there again Ms Y, so I said Hi I want to see if I can extend one more night and she was well is 159 and I was OMG here we go again. I was Ms Y! I came here a moment ago and he told me another price and she was no, he was incorrect, I was online is 136 and you are telling me that is 159. You know never mind. At this point I was so upset that I call Guest relations and explain everything from the beginning, they call the hotel and the lady told the Guest Relations agent that non of that happened and I was like whattttt, so now she was calling me liar ???
To put the cherry on top when we were ready to checkout and put our luggage in the car, we noticed that someone hit our car in the parking lot ( I thank God that wasn’t that bad) at this point I was so frustrated!!! We asked the Front desk and guess what?!?! There was no cameras in that side of the building! Yes, no cameras in a side where there a door with no lock and anyone can enter to the premises and have access to the rooms.
I worked with hotel industry for more than 15 years and this was a terrible service and experience !

La vista dal balcone era anche grande, anche se avevamo una stanza in alto, potevamo sedersi fuori dalla nostra porta anteriore e guardare la vista. Il colazione è stato fantastico ...a offerta fantastica di molte opzioni da cibo caldo o freddo. Tutto da waffle fresche, vera mangia di ovo con tutti i tacchi che potresti desiderare, omelete di formaggio, uova spezzate, tosta, danese, bacche, cereali, frutta, yogurt e un bar di caffè e succo. Le mie sole due lamentele erano che il letto non era molto comodo per me. Era troppo forte. Potrebbe essere grande per qualcun altro, ma la fermezza mi ha tenuto alzata, ancora una volta, e' solo perche' preferisco un letto più morbido. L'altra cosa non così grande era che la doccia avrebbe messo fuori acqua calda o solo acqua fredda ... niente tra. Penso che il divertitore acqua calda/ fredda potrebbe avere bisogno di manutenzione. Le bevande al bar di fronte all'acqua erano deliziose anche. Siamo stati nella stanza 223 il 24 settembre, se la gestione vuole guardarla. Oltre a questo, tutto è stato grande ....siamo sicuramente rimarremo qui.

EEmilyWhile researching hotels, I visited this property a month before my arrival to make sure the accommodation would work for my purposes. At that time, I was shown a specific layout for the 1 bedroom queen beds configuration. The front desk attendant specified the description of the room that I should book when I made the reservation.
I made the reservation based on their information and the room I was shown.
A month later when I check in, I am given a room half the size of the one I was shown. I tell the front desk that it was not what I was told and I am unhappy with the room and I need the bigger room. The gas let me and told me that they had already given me the biggest room they had. I'm not kidding when it was literally half the size of the one I previewed.
I walked the front desk attendance to the door of the room I was shown and was assured that those rooms are the same size and they couldn't be shown to me at that time because they were occupied.
I had to cancel most of the event I had planned due to lack of space and lost revenue I would have earned giving a workshop to paying pupils.
Complete bait and switch. Avoid this property.
