Look no further! Your cabin oasis awaits you. This two bedroom, two full bathroom one floor unit does require stairs to get up to the home. Spacious deck with views of the entire lot and bay. Inside is a living room with a large comfy couches ready for everyone to gather and a TV that has the local channels. The kitchen area includes a full fridge/freezer, stove/oven, cooking utensils and food storage (see list of kitchen amenities below.) This is a water front lake home that is ready for you and all of your memories. This place is great for family gatherings, little children, girls weekend, hunting, snowmobiling and fishing weekend, unplug and unwind. With space of 1.5 acres, it gives you all the space you could ask for to relax and with the town of Ottertail 1 mile away, there is plenty to do and enjoy!! Includes a dock to tie up floaties. bring your boat and use the public landing (remember to drain your boat before and after to avoid unwanted water life transferring!!) Enjoy the spacious water front area to relax or float or even catch a fish right off the dock! The deck is perfect for viewing throughout the day and a bonfire pit (not during extreme drought fire hazards conditions, please check local weather/news before use). We are including firewood at no cost (near firepit).
