This unit is located on the 11th floor and has everything you will need for your beach getaway. Unit has one bedroom and one bath and a living area (PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS UNIT DOES NOT HAVE AN OCEAN VIEW OR A BALCONY AND HAS A $50/CAR PER STAY PARKING FEE). Although there is not an ocean view, it has beach access. Just take the elevator down the 11 floors and you are right on the beach. Orange Beach is a family friendly beachfront town. Escape to Orange Beach 1102 has beach access but not beach direct beach views. It is very close to dining, shopping and other beach activities. Escapes to the Shores is a lower density complex with only 100 units. So the beaches and pools are not overly crowded like other bigger resorts. Although it is a lower density building, it DOES NOT lack in amenities (see below).
