Our end unit townhome is located on the second fairway of the Black Bear Course at Bear Trap Dunes. The Community is located just two and half miles from Bethany Beach with convenient bus shuttles (in season) that take the hassle out of parking. Or you can enjoy the 27-hole championship golf course with practice facility, pro shop and clubhouse. The clubhouse features a bar/grill area for golfers and the Bistro restaurant which is great for families. There are also two outdoor pools, one indoor pool (for those rainy days), fitness center basketball course and 5 tennis courts available to our guests. All are within walking distance of our home.
