È una splendida e fantastica esperienza con questo hotel e personale cortese. Io e mio marito siamo stati a casa dal 07 Giugno al 11 Giugno 2024. Da check-in al check-out , siamo stati pienamente curati dal personale straordinario. Afsal è un personale divertente, divertente e di guardia insieme a Devika (la mia bella Kutty) e Amuritha - si sono davvero occupati dei nostri cibi e sono vegetariani - hanno offerto le scelte per il cibo vegetariano. Il capo Arun è una persona fantastica e carina, ha ascoltato la nostra storia e, come mio marito ha appena completato il trattamento di 24 giorni o Ayruveda, deve prendere continuamente il suo farmaco e il cashyam che devono essere bevuti per un po'. Il capo Aurn si è occupato di questo, e anche Mahesh ha gestito questo e lo ha mandato in camera nostra. A causa dell’iniziativa del capo Aurn, il mio hubby ha continuato il suo farmaco senza fallimento, tutti sono ospiti e ci ha fatto sentire a casa. Il servizio in camera è fantastico da fornire bisogni all'acqua e sostituire il cassetto in sicurezza. Il 6° piano di manutenzione di casa (non ricordo il suo nome, ma è sveglio e ha capelli curli e una personalità molto piacevole) è fantastico e ha preso cura delle nostre esigenze. Mio marito si sentiva in un paese di miracolo, e come la jeanne nella lampada, lei chiede qualcosa e le sue esigenze sono soddisfatte, sono molto tempestive e soddisfacenti. Infine, ma non meno importante, vorrei congratularmi con la direzione del Hilton Garden per aver accresciuto il suo personale e la sua squadra e per aver accresciuto il servizio al cliente verso l'eccellenza del cliente. Desidero a tutti, compresi il personale frontale, la sicurezza e le guardie, il migliore augurio e il buon lavoro in questo fantastico ambiente orientato al cliente.

The location of the property is amazing, all staff have an amazing and well cultured attitude especially try the best hospitality and amazingly tasty food at the restaurant. Thank you so much Bipin Balan for introducing us to the new line of Kerala dishes they have been so tasty and we loved it. Thank you the restaurant crew for your wonderful customer care especially to you Bipin for taking care of so well. Sure we will come back to enjoy Le Meridien Kochi again.

Ha avuto un soggiorno meraviglioso per 6 notti. Abbiamo aggiornato in camera con vista sulle acque di fondo. Grazie al personale che sempre si sono accolti con sorriso. Buffet è stato buono con opzioni diffuse. La loro dosa Bangalore e l'omelette di formaggio sono un tentativo da fare. Anche il loro ristorante interno Meen, da capo Pillai, non deve essere perso.

Una delle migliori opzioni alberghiere che è molto vicino all'aeroporto con buone opzioni di mangiare sia all'interno che all'esterno delle strutture. Le camere sono ben progettate, un grande controllo di esperienza e sono state soddisfatte dal servizio offerto in termini di aggiornamento delle camere e di opzioni di checkout tardive.Ha un buon ristorante con deliziosa cucina cinese che ho provato. Sta attraversando una qualche rinnovamento, ma non ha molta incidenza sul soggiorno. In generale, un piacevole soggiorno, tranne che il fatto che ho lasciato dietro un costoso cioccolato nella mini frigo e non potevo ritrovarlo quando lo chiedevo lo stesso giorno.

I recently stayed at the Courtyard Marriott near Kochin Airport, and what could have been a stressful trip turned into a truly heartwarming experience, thanks to the incredible staff. My wife had a small mishap at the airport and hurt her leg, requiring immediate medical attention. In an unfamiliar city, this was understandably overwhelming, but the hotel staff went over and beyond to help us. They quickly arranged transportation to the hospital and assisted us with every detail, making sure we felt supported and cared for during the ordeal. Their kindness made all the difference. Despite the unexpected circumstances, our stay at the Courtyard Marriott was exceptional. The breakfast spread was extraordinary, offering a wide variety of delicious options to suit every palate. Special mention to Anjulika, who was incredibly sweet and kind. She ensured we had everything we needed, making us feel truly at home. The service, hospitality, and care provided by the Courtyard Marriott staff made our stay memorable, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for not just a place to stay, but a team that truly cares for its guests. Vivanza Ernakulam. La posizione è fantastica, vista sulla marina e sull'acqua. Molto generoso del personale per aggiornarci in una vista sul mare, che era l'accento mentre guardavamo il sole da soli. Le feste di Natale erano grandi - il personale vestito come Santa eccitava mia figlia, la stanza era spaziosa e confortevole, la diffusione del buffet era anche fantastica.

Gave me an upgrade to a suite which was really nice when checking in. Buffet was very crowed in mornings so breakfast is not a great experience especially when in a rush for work. Staff generally nice and accommodating and also helped arrange transport.

We booked our stay in Cochin at the last minute. I was concerned that the hotel was not in Fort Cochin itself, which is where the guide books recommended, but appeared to be booked out that weekend. I really should not have worried. The location is great. Wonderful views south and east across the busy shipping harbour - and to the west to the old fishing boats berthed on the waterfront in Matancherry, with beautiful sunsets to enjoy too. The 6₹ ferry runs frequently to Fort Cochin, a block away from the hotel (or you can take the Taj speedboat for 1700₹!). So you can enjoy the buildings and history of the old port, without having to spend all your time in the very busy tourist streets of this part of Cochin - and can enjoy the tranquility of being on Willingdon island instead. We saw dolphins every day in the harbour and loved the beautiful infinity pool, which appears to flow directly into the backwaters. Abin took care to ensure we were well looked after and happy. One area to improve is the restaurant and bar service, which seems a bit hit and miss for a Taj and a hotel at this price point.

The stay at saj earth resort was fine. Its a beautiful property with poor maintenance. The reception team was excellent. The check in and check out processes were swift and hassle-free, front office staff were friendly and professional. Especially Indraja. She have service skill is exceptional, really good at taking care of us and also she assisted throughout our stay. There were some negative sides, They have large pool but is not maintained well. The rooms were average and did not reflect the standards expected of a 5-star property. Rooms are having stain on floor, spider web on walls. Overall the resort main attraction were front office team and location only.

Abbiamo avuto un bel tempo al resort! La posizione, la camera e le strutture erano perfette per quello che cercavamo. Ci è stato particolarmente piacere la colazione continentale ogni mattina. Il personale ha fornito un servizio eccezionale e è stato incredibilmente amichevole e umile.Grazie a tutti desk front, servizio personale, e sicurezza per rendere il nostro soggiorno così piacevole!

Siamo stati in marzo 2023 in questo hotel. Davvero molto bello, curato nei dettagli, a cominciare dalle parti comuni, fino ad arrivare alla camera. Segnalo una stanza del bagno che non dimenticherete, così come il letto king-size. Menzione particolare per il personale, molto professionale. Nello specifico vorrei segnalare Akash, un ragazzo simpaticissimo, molto preparato e cordiale che ci ha aiutato per tutte le nostre esigenze. Segnalo anche il cibo, è davvero ottimo, a cominciare dalla colazione.

A pochi passi dal mare questo hotel molto bello e con personale accogliente e premuroso è un'ottima soluzione per una visita a Forte Kochi. La nostra stanza era immensa e molto comoda e si affacciava sulla corte con piscina. Nella via dell'hotel ci sono negozi molto interessanti di artigianato e cibo locale e ad appena 200 metri c'è il mare con le famose reti da pesca cinesi. Il personale dell'hotel ci ha trovato un autista di tuk tuk molto serio e professionale che per pochi soldi ci ha portato a fare un interessantissimo giro della città e ci ha fatto vedere la famosa e affascinante lavanderia pubblica. Abbiamo cenato nel loro ristorante interno perché aveva fatto un bel temporale e non si poteva cenare fuori. Abbiamo mangiato benissimo e, per la prima volta nella vita, dopo una settimana di cibo buonissimo indiano, abbiamo provato la pizza (indiana): incredibile ma vero era eccezionale! La mattina avevamo il volo presto e ci hanno fatto trovare due buonissimi cestini da asporto con la colazione.

L'hotel ha lasciato impressioni molto controverse. Da un lato, è assolutamente affascinante - la progettazione dell'hotel, delle camere, del cortile interno - tutto questo è morbido e immerso nell'atmosfera di riposo e relax. D'altra parte, ci sono molte carenze che possono sovrappeso la dignità. Per esempio, le camere sono molto fredde anche quando il condizionatore d'aria è fuori. Sì, e i condizionatori d'aria funzionano costantemente ovunque, quindi non sono uscito dal caldo con un cappello. Non mi piacevano i cibi. Capisco che sia l'India, ma ci sono di solito menù europee in grandi hotel. Ci sono anche opzioni, ma ancora peppery e sharp, o tutti i cibi veloce (pizza e hamburger). In generale, se siete un gastrici, una rapina o per qualche altro motivo limitato nel cibo, dovrete essere molto duro. Il personale è molto arrogante (non tutto, ma la massa totale), sempre pensando che si dovrebbe essere qualcosa. E l'ultima osservazione sull'atteggiamento e la sensibilità del personale: siamo venuti al compleanno di mio marito e in Cecenia non abbiamo nemmeno sentito il banale ”Buon compleanno”. Amazing quality of stay! we got a room upgrade that was spacious, had a beautiful view, and a clean, well maintained bathroom with a bath tub. The staff was polite and hospitable and they made our stay very comfortable for the short duration of our stay there. The complimentary breakfast was also very pleasant. Overall, our stay at the hotel was pleasant and we would love to come back again when we visit kochi again!

The Leela, Kovalam is an amazing hotel, which my 11 year old son and I would highly recommend! It is on a cliff top overlooking the Arabian Sea. We upgraded to Club Room, which provides you with access to The Cafe, a restaurant serving Club members complimentary breakfast 7-10:30am and High Tea 5-6pm and additional a La carts chargeable lunch and dinner. The Club room is exceptional, with a balcony with table and chairs overlooking the Arabian Sea, King bed with very comfortable mattress and bedding, fantastic walk in shower, sink and toilet, with all the toiletries. Rooms are cleaned well and the food is wonderful. We ate everything safely with no upset stomached here and the staff were wonderful! We would happily return!

Hotel di recente apertura, staff molto cordiale. Ristorante prevalentemente con cucina indiana ma con qualche piatto internazionale. Colazione internazionale. Camere moderne, e ben insonorizzate, con tutte le comodità che un albergo di questo livello deve offrire. Ottima posizione a circa 15 minuti dal Technopark e circa 10 dall’aeroporto.

La posizione è buona e l'hotel è semplicemente buono. È necessario un certo rinominamento intorno al percorso che conduce alla spiaggia. ***y optare per questa posizione per un facile accesso alle spiagge, se non mantenuto, porterà dellusione. Il SPA non è per la speranza e la manutenzione del Spa è molto cattiva. La cibo è superiore alla media. Il buffet è buono ma manca la varietà per coloro che rimangono più a lungo. In generale è stata una buona esperienza. Il signor Babu è un buon amico, dovrebbe essere premiato per il suo bel servizio. In generale, il personale dell'hotel è gentile e ben noto e ascolta le nostre preoccupazioni.

Recently we want for a weekend to Varkala. We have been going to Varkala for weekend getaways for the past 5 years… unfortunately we never knew of this beautiful place before-BCanti Beach Resort. It is a very beautifully laid out property next to the beach. We stayed in their highest category room with the best view of the ocean. The cleanliness and comfort was exceptional beyond doubt, but what stands out even more is their food. They have an amazing team of chefs who dish out such authentic delicacies. Cherry on the top, what is most important for anyone I guess, is their warm hospitality. If you are planning stay at Varkala, just don’t think twice- BCanti is the best there.

We would like to give shoutout to Noel, Abhishek, and Gopi for their service. The ”High-tea” were excellent with stunning views of the sunset. Rooms were surrounded by plants and heavy vegetation growth. They made all the effort to cater to my wife's special dietary needs. Their vegetarian Kerala Curry was finger licking. Whenever we requested a buggy (golf cart) to transport us to and from our rooms, they were available within 10 mins or less. Overall experience was excellent.

Solo la posizione, incastonata in un lussureggiante promontorio affacciato su due splendide e solitarie spiagge, fa di questo resort un must. Il resort si compone di unità per lo più differenti inserite in mezzo alla vegetazione tropicale, tutte dotare di vista mare. Ci hanno offerto un gradito upgrade in una splendida suite tutta in legno nello stile tradizionale del Kerala dotata dotata tra l'altro di un ampio bagno con doppia doccia di cui una open air. Grande, bellissima e con una magica atmosfera esaltata dal rumore delle onde del mare antistante e dai suoni della natura. Il resort, facente parte della catena Relais Chateaux vanta una SPA molto bella, una piscina a sfioro affacciata sulla spiaggia sottostante ed un incantevole ristorante sempre aperto sul mare in cui si consumano ottime colazioni, pranzi e cene di eccellente livello. Il servizio in particolare al ristorante è davvero curato, anche se talvolta un po' lento. Alcuni dettagli sono migliorabili considerato il profilo che la struttura giustamente vuole darsi, in particolare sul piano della manutenzione e di qualche disattenzione nell'approccio con il cliente a livello di reception e di SPA ... come condividevo con l'onnipresente e cordialissimo General manager del resort in particolare a mio avviso dovrebbe essere maggiormente curato il coinvolgimento di turisti non avvezzi alle prestazioni ayurvediche di cui la struttura vanta grande esperienze, con maggior cura della presentazione delle peculiarità dei vari trattamenti e possibilmente utilizzo di personale parlante inglese. Comunque nel complesso l'atmosfera del resort è impagabile ed il soggiorno molto piacevole e rilassante. I prezzi sono piuttosto alti ma non proibitivi, rendendo il Niraamaya Retreat un lusso possibile.

the views were beautiful and the bed was perfectly soft and provided and excellent rest seeing as I came from the airport at 3 am. I also noticed the kind treatment of the staff here, as even at 3 am to the hottest hours, they consistently served humbly with a smile on their faces. The interior design was beautiful and unlike any I've ever seen! The food was also absolutely scrumptious, and was great to enjoy with family overall.
