I recently stayed at Time Square Hotel and had a mostly enjoyable experience. From the moment I checked in, I was impressed by the helpfulness of the staff. They were attentive and went out of their way to ensure my comfort and convenience throughout my stay. The room itself was lovely – clean, spacious, well-appointed, and comfortable, offering a wonderful retreat after a day of exploring the city. It was evident that the hotel takes great pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Breakfast at the hotel was reasonable, with a decent selection of items that catered to different tastes. While it wasn't the most extensive buffet I've encountered, the quality of the food was good, and it provided a solid start to the day. However, my stay wasn't without its issues. The most persistent problem was the constant cold calls from the hotel's spa. Receiving these calls almost daily became quite bothersome. It's something the hotel ***agement might want to reconsider or at least provide guests with the option to opt out of such communications. Additionally, there was an unfortunate incident with one of the staff members who berated me for not informing them in advance that I would be missing the buffet breakfast on one occasion. This abruptness was surprising and not in line with the otherwise excellent service standard set by the rest of the team. In summary, my stay at Time Square Hotel was delightful on ***y fronts, with commendable staff, lovely accommodations, and reasonable dining options. However, the spa's marketing tactics and the isolated incident with a staff member did mar the overall experience slightly. I hope the hotel takes this feedback into consideration to ensure an even more pleasant and seamless experience for future guests

Even though we stayed here just for one night in March 2023, yet we are carrying wonderful memories of stay and the culinary experience @ this little gem of Hilton chain. I asked for a veg burger for in-room dining to Lijo. Even on phone this guy was very polite, alert and energetic. The burger was really out of this world. Please try this Curried veg burger if you are here. Chef Rajneesh created this burger and he deserves my compliments. For dinner we were well served by a very polite and young *** Jayakarthick. The restaurant manager Vignesh was taking rounds of tables and it was very nice of him to ask about our food experience. We had ordered Meen Mulkittathu ( fish curry ) with Appam. It was high spicy to our taste and we rate it as one of the best. It was made by chef Sanal who deserves our compliments. We ordered Elaneer Payasam as dessert which was also top class. I would also like to thank Chef Arun to carefully note our precise instructions on the food. Mr Sarvanan was also very attentive and took good care of us. We were looked after so well by these gentlemen that it made our evening unforgettable. Thank you Hilton for suo-moto giving 10 per cent discount as Hilton Honors member.

I took a three day trip to Illikulam, must say the resort was super awesome, my family really had fun and it was fun experiencing a beach like place were no other land was present except for an endless lake and boats running around. The food was really good just like what you make at home and the staffs were super nice but the food is a little bit expensive but besides that they gave us complementary fruits to eat which were fresh and were produced there only. They also provide place to sit outside which enhances your experience and also we get to eat food there. Rooms were clean as well as the outdoors. Overall a fun place to hang out with your family and experience the beauty of nature and Kerala. Will recommend

Ho soggiornato con mia moglie e mia figlia, ma nel complesso il mio soggiorno era perfetto, ma vorrei sottolineare poche cose che possono essere migliorate. Il servizio del ristorante è lento, le opzioni alimentari sono grandi, ci sono state molte varietà o nel buffet abbiamo sempre avuto l'opzione di ordinare dal menu Ala carte. Era bellissima, appena entrammo nel ristorante, ci aspettava con un sorriso sul viso. Purezza La pulizia della stanza è stata effettuata ogni mattina quando andiamo a colazione.Il nostro puliziatore di stanza, il signor Afazzudhin, era l'accento. Ha sempre assicurato che la nostra stanza sia pulita prima di tornare dal colazione. E' un amichevole e molto professionale che darei 5 stelle per la pulizia. Hassan & Family

La casa di Allèppey offre una eccezionale esperienza per chi cerca di esplorare le tranquille acque di fondo di Kerala. The Leela, Kovalam is an amazing hotel, which my 11 year old son and I would highly recommend! It is on a cliff top overlooking the Arabian Sea. We upgraded to Club Room, which provides you with access to The Cafe, a restaurant serving Club members complimentary breakfast 7-10:30am and High Tea 5-6pm and additional a La carts chargeable lunch and dinner. The Club room is exceptional, with a balcony with table and chairs overlooking the Arabian Sea, King bed with very comfortable mattress and bedding, fantastic walk in shower, sink and toilet, with all the toiletries. Rooms are cleaned well and the food is wonderful. We ate everything safely with no upset stomached here and the staff were wonderful! We would happily return!

Ottimo posto dove stare. Camere: 4/5. Buone camere con tutti i comfort di base, cosa puoi aspettarti da un breve soggiorno. Buon letto, biancheria pulita, asciuga***i puliti e bagno. Potresti non avere acqua molto calda; Solo acqua tiepida a causa del sistema di riscaldamento solare. Posizione: 4/5. Facile accesso alla metropolitana, taxi e auto. Colazione: non l'abbiamo inclusa nel nostro pacchetto. Molte opzioni disponibili nelle vicinanze. Personale: 5/5. Sempre attento e solidale. Ritorneremo sicuramente.

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte al Flora Hotel prima di tornare a casa. Ottima la posizione vicino all'aeroporto. La camera comoda e pulita. Lo staff fantastico e il cibo ottimo. Grazie davvero a tutti, dalla reception al ristorante tutti davvero molto gentili.

L'hotel è più adatto per i viaggiatori di business, come suggeriscono gli uffici delle società vicini. La selezione del pranzo e del pranzo era un po' limitata, ma bella. In una delle notti non c'era nessuno all'albergo per fare domande come l'uno e solo il terapeuta era coinvolto in un appuntamento! Quindi, cosa si aspettano ore per essere ascoltato?
