Comfortable with new furniture, mattresses and bedding throughout house. Also, updated HVAC heat and air conditioning upstairs. Electric heat downstairs. Cozy propane fireplace in living room. Upstairs has 3 lovely bedrooms and oak floors throughout and two nicely renovated full baths--master bedroom bath with shower and hall bath with tub and shower. Spacious, newly renovated kitchen with stainless appliances, including new dishwasher and electric glass top range with convection oven feature. Large solid oak dining table seats 6 and counter height table in kitchen seats 4.
