I had a really pleasant experience staying at PARKROYAL Yangon. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and welcoming, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would be happy to stay there again. As a solo female traveler, I truly appreciated the hotel’s professional travel information and thoughtful safety reminders. They made me feel well-supported throughout my entire stay in Yangon. The staff were always kind, attentive, and ready to help whenever I had questions about transportation or places to visit. Thanks to their guidance, everything went smoothly and I felt very safe exploring the city on my own. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the view from the hotel was absolutely beautiful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other solo travelers looking for a comfortable and reliable place to stay in Yangon.

Sembra un nuovo hotel, ma non soddisfa nemmeno lo standard di 3 stelle. I piccoli voli vengono fuori dal bagno infinitamente e la stanza ha un odore strano. Il rumore musicale dall'esterno è stato terribile fino alle 23:00. La colazione è molto economica e di qualità simile a quella del cantina studente nella camera da letto.

Rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated, featuring polished teak floors, four-poster beds, and traditional Burmese textiles that reflect the building’s heritage. The service is consistently warm, professional, and attentive without being intrusive, with staff eager to share local knowledge and assist with arrangements. Dining is a highlight. Breakfast under the wide verandas, with tropical birdsong in the background, is especially memorable. Afternoon cocktails by the pool or an evening meal by candlelight evoke the romantic grandeur of a bygone era. Chatruim Lake View Hotel was a superb experience - I stayed here twice for about 8 days in total. The process from Check in to check out was second to none. We loved the hotel grounds, big rooms with a lake view, the breakfast was great too with a good selection of food.  The service from the bellboy to reception I can't really complain as they responded to all our requests. We checked out early for a flight to Mandalay and they provided us with a packed lunch. The pool facilities were great - alhough I think the water needs a bit of chlorine for cleaning as it was a bit musky - The hotel was nice and quiet with not too many guest, but service was still there. I'd like to mention the receptionist who is always smiling and so kind and welcoming and listening to our travel stories and requests - La Min and Mr Simon were so helpful, but I can't remember the other names. One thing to note- if you don't have a car, then it's not that central to the center of the city, however, you can easily take a Grab to Shwedagon Pagoda or the center, you can also walk to Kandagwyi Lake Graden and enjoy the sunset - which is only a 15 min walk and there is a mall there, too with a great supermarket. If you need to change money - the hotel recommended 126 Grocery Store - great rates no passport needed just new crisp USD notes. It's near Myanmar Plaza. I will definitely stay there again. We stayed in the Lake View but if you prefer the morning sun on your balcony then you can take the Pagoda view.  There is a presendential suite if you have the cash which I was told has a good overall top floor view. I hope you enjoy your stay. This was definitely much better than the Chatruim in Bangkok

La struttura era pulita e mi sono sentita molto a mio agio. La palestra è grande ed è possibile utilizzare anche la sauna e la jacuzzi. La vista del cortile e della piscina dalla sala colazione mi ha fatto dimenticare che ero in Myanmar e ho potuto godermi un momento di relax. Tuttavia, forse perché aveva appena riaperto o perché gli ospiti erano pochi, la colazione era scarsa e scarsa, alcuni prodotti erano usati il ​​giorno prima e non erano buonissimi. Sono rimasto molto deluso perché il voto sarebbe stato dimezzato se il livello della colazione fosse stato basso in un hotel a 5 stelle. Spero che verrà migliorato in futuro.

In generale, era un buon soggiorno. L'hotel era pulito e il colazione era decente. L'unica cosa che ha davvero bisogno di migliorare è che il sentiero ha un odore sgradevole.Non sono sicuro che sia dovuto all'umidità o a qualcosa di diverso.

Il personale di ricezione era estremamente utile, da guidarmi intorno alla città a qualsiasi altro richiamo che avevo Ero malato negli ultimi giorni a Yangon e il personale mi ha aiutato con un checkout tardivo. Apprezzo il loro aiuto e l'assistenza e il loro servizio estremamente buono. L'hotel è nel centro della città cinese e molti negozi e piatti per cibo e frutta fresca sono intorno L'hotel è a piedi dal centro e sul pagoda

L'hotel è semplice, ma la posizione è classica, molto colorata area, molto di tutto interessante, le principali attrazioni sono vicine! Stare in hotel piacevolmente, buona vista dalla finestra alla via centrale, il personale è molto gentile.
