LOCATION Excellent location. In the immediate vicinity of the central train station. A 15-minute walk from Sule, with all its bus lines. A good starting point for exploring the city on foot. Shopping centers are in the immediate vicinity. A 30-minute taxi ride from the airport. SERVICE Excellent welcome and service. Excellent attention at every moment, whether from the housekeeping staff, restaurant staff, concierge, or the gym/spa/pool staff. PS: Please note the $200 USD security deposit required for some reservations. This should be anticipated, although it is payable by credit card (check if this option is worth according to your bank's terms and conditions applied for transaction in Myanmar). ENVIRONMENT Quiet and safe neighborhood. Elegant and comfortable hotel. Harmonious and high-quality layout. Impeccable maintenance. ROOM Superior King Bed Room: Perfect for one person, with a desk area and a small sitting area. Bright. Well laid out. Comfortable. Very good quality bedding. Clean, high-quality linens. Spacious and clean bathroom. Hot water with good pressure. Very good Wi-Fi. Conveniently placed electrical outlets. Excellent lighting. Luggage storage available (for one bag). Pleasant city view. Central air conditioning system. It worked perfectly, but I didn't find the adjustments very user-friendly. BREAKFAST Large dining room. Well-spaced buffet area, open from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Elegant dining room. I preferred the back of the room for its quietness, privacy, and comfort. Attentive and courteous staff. A well-stocked and varied buffet. Yet, there was a noticeable difference in quality between the buffet, the kitchen staff, and the buffet presentation between weekdays and weekends. Some of the glass-fronted areas in the dining room were not clean at all: cobwebs, long-standing dust, and general grime. This needs improvement, as it's not what you'd expect from a hotel of this caliber. The buffet occupied most of my mornings; however, I'm not sure I would have wanted to pay an additional $20 USD for it if it wasn't already included in the reservation. FACILITIES *The hotel has all the facilities one would expect for a hotel of this standard. In conclusion, I benefited from a very good price offer through Trip.com, which accurately reflected the hotel's value for money. I was truly delighted with my stay and will keep the PARKROYAL on my list of favorites for a future trip.

In particular, I really loved the view of Shwedagon Pagoda from my room. You have an excellent location as well, and the breakfast is hearty and satisfying. A fabulous experience from initial check in to the outstanding service we recieved. Probably the friendliest staff I’ve met. The room and hotel grounds are second to none. I rebooked the place for another 5 nights since I needed a relaxing place to work. Breakfast is international and access to the city is a grab away and near the lake.

Avviso: Principali barriere linguistiche e problemi di fumo in questo nuovo hotel Mentre questo è un hotel di nuova costruzione, mi ha colpito la mancanza di competenze in inglese in un 5-star stabilimento a Yangon. Il personale del desk front parlò solo Mandarin e Burnmese. Ironicamente, l'inglese era l'unica persona che comprendeva un po' di inglese, che era l'unico fattore di rimborso per la comunicazione. Our recent visit to the Governor's Residence was an absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish! Everything, from the moment we arrived, was truly exceptional. The food was nothing short of phenomenal. Each dish was expertly prepared, showcasing incredible flavors and presentation. It was clear that immense care and culinary skill went into every bite. Equally impressive was the fantastic service. The staff were attentive, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and enjoyment. Their genuine warmth and efficiency truly elevated the entire meal. Overall, the entire experience at the Governor's Residence was out of this world. It was a memorable occasion that exceeded all expectations. We can't recommend it highly enough for anyone seeking a truly premier dining and hospitality experience.

Un hotel di fama internazionale ha i suoi standard. Lo spazio delle camere è opportunamente configurato, la piscina è ampia e comoda da usare e la spa della palestra è piccola ma perfettamente funzionante.

In generale, era un buon soggiorno. L'hotel era pulito e il colazione era decente. L'unica cosa che ha davvero bisogno di migliorare è che il sentiero ha un odore sgradevole.Non sono sicuro che sia dovuto all'umidità o a qualcosa di diverso.

Il vestito di fronte era molto utile e gentlemen che alla porta molto amichevole in generale un grande soggiorno è un grande luogo. Lo consiglio di sicuro a chiunque.

L'hotel è semplice, ma la posizione è classica, molto colorata area, molto di tutto interessante, le principali attrazioni sono vicine! Stare in hotel piacevolmente, buona vista dalla finestra alla via centrale, il personale è molto gentile.
