Whether you are looking for a couple's retreat, space to make memories with family and friends, or a home base to explore attractions or attend local events, this property may suite your needs. Located on Bullhead Lake near Brillion, WI, the goal of this property is to provide a relaxing atmosphere with adequate space to gather with the family and yet be able to find some privacy as you sip your coffee, read your book or catch a nap on a porch. The ranch home with walkout lower level includes over 4000 square feet of space. The well-appointed large kitchen is perfect for preparing that family meal. Within the house there is space to either gather in a group or spread out a bit. Relax in the 2 family rooms, 3 seasons room or 4 seasons room. Although the house is large, please note that local regulations restrict the maximum number of overnight visitors. Yard includes 200 feet of lake frontage and 2 private docks. There is space to play catch, frisbee, cornhole toss, bocce ball (all included) or other yard games. It is also a great place to hang out in a hammock or by the fire. Bullhead Lake is 70 acre no-wake (no fast boating) lake, making it particularly good for kayaking, canoeing, and fishing. Paddleboats (2), kayaks (3), canoe, rowboat and paddleboard included! The lakeshore bottom is muck, so any swimming needs to be done from the included swim raft and swim mat. Water clarity and quality vary unpredictably throughout the year. Those looking for sand beaches and generally clear water could take a trip to Nashotah Beach (Lake Michigan) in Two Rivers, just over 30 minutes away. Bullhead Lake is generally good for largemouth bass and bluegill fishing, though northern pike and a few other species can also be caught. The public boat launch on Bullhead Lake is less than a 1/4 mile from the property. Those interested in waterskiing or tubing can bring their own boat and travel 4 miles to neighboring Long Lake to enjoy those activities. In winter there is ice fishing, snowmobiling on the lake or on nearby trails and you can bring your ice skates if the lake freezes smooth. It is also a great place to gather for family games. The location is less than 5 minutes from the Ariens Nordic Center and Round Lake Farms.Up to 2 pets are welcome to be housed in the lower-level porch and/or lower-level common areas for an additional fee. Guest will need to clean up after their pets and leash them when outside. The spirit of this home is to provide a comfortable, intimate, highly crafted interior that is great for a family getaway, a golf retreat or simply to clear your mind from everyday stresses. Located just off Lake Michigan, and convenient to Whistling Straits and Lambeau Field, the farm is just 3 hours north of Chicago. Our farmhouse is located in Northeim, a crossroads farming community that dates back to the mid 1800s. The rental unit is attached to a barn built in 1875. The home is newly renovated - thoughtfully designed and crafted to be a respite from everyday life. The home is situated on 5 acres and a future orchard (coming spring 2023)! Living Area: Cozy up by the fireplace and enjoy our well-stocked library, including vinyl, turntable, and an excellent selection of board games. In lieu of a TV, high-speed internet and a projector are provided for movie watching, just bring your laptop. The large dining table is great to host a family dinner or game of ping-pong! Kitchen: The kitchen and dining area is set up for cooking and entertaining! Fully stocked with cooking necessities, full size refrigerator, gas stove/oven, coffee maker & Keurig, toaster, top line cookware and cutlery. Clean-up is easy with the built-in dishwasher; detergent is provided. There is no garbage disposal so if you could please throw waste in the garbage under the sink.
