Home is located on the Dooney creek cove behind the 5mph buoy. Anchor or beach your boat for the duration of your stay at your own risk. Water levels vary greatly year to year and throughout the summer as they draw the reservoir down. Driveway will accommodate approximately 6 full size vehicles or 4 vehicles and 2 trailers. Additional parking is available in the cul-de-sac on a first come first serve basis. An RV also fits in the side driveway. Water and power can be provided to the RV at an additional charge, but no sewer hook ups are available on-site. The garage is also available for coolers, water toys, and has an additional refrigerator for your use. The well equipped kitchen should provide all the necessary items to get your large group fed. In addition, a gas BBQ and pellet smoker are onsite for the outdoor chef in the group. Most of the days are spent on the water or enjoying the large outdoor deck. But should you need to get out of the heat and into the comforts of the air conditioned house. You will find two separate spacious living areas where groups can relax and beat the heat. At the end of the day choose from one of the four bedrooms. The master bedroom is upstairs and has a king size bed, fireplace, bathroom with shower, toilet, and dual sinks. Bedroom two is located downstairs with a king size bed and easy access to the ½ bathroom. Bedroom three also upstairs offers a queen-bed. The last bedroom upstairs is great for housing the kids with one bunk bed (twin & Full), and a trundle bed (2 twins). These two bedrooms share the remaining full bath. Antlers Marina and Sugarloaf Marina are both located within 1 mile of the home and have public boat launches as well as boat slips for rent, gas docks, and convenience stores on the water. If you are planning on boating the dock is only 10 minutes away. The house is stylish, bright and inviting that suits the whole family. It's a four bedroom two bathroom house with a fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom, the second bedroom with two full size beds and a full bathroom is upstairs. Downstairs you'll have two bedrooms with queen beds as well as the second full bedroom. There is a bonus sunroom with a foosball table , yoga mats and weights. Max capacity at any given time is 7 people. If you exceed this amount you will be fined. There is nothing between you and the Lake except your desire to get there! The lake is full this year and the water is right behind the house! Currently, you can not get a boat under the bridge in Doney Cove. The closest marina to moor your boat is Antlers. The house sleeps 9 adults in very comfy beds with plenty of room for additional children. There is plenty of room in this house to accommodate large groups. You will be more than pleased with our well-stocked home. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and serve gourmet or quick easy meals. There is a second full-sized refrigerator in the garage. A large shaded private deck looks directly into the forest and the lake cove behind the property.
