About this spaceLittle Spruce is a fully renovated cottage providing plenty of room for everyone. For the outdoor lover we are located perfectly to allow quick access to the wilderness for hiking or hunting. All water activities ( canoeing, kayaks, SUP, waterskiing, fishing etc. can be accessed within minutes. If you’re here to attend a wedding at any of the local venues we are only minutes away. For the snow lover the Village snowmobile trail can be accessed easily by crossing the street. For the skier we are within 1 mile from OAK MOUNTAIN SKI AREA and 40 minutes from GORE. Lake Pleasant and all the Village has to offer is a short stroll from the front door. Open the door, drop your bags and enjoy the Adirondacks! Check in at 4 check out 10The spaceThe Cottage is very comfortable with a large modern kitchen and bathroom. The Living room has very comfortable leather furniture and fantastic WiFi. The upstairs bedroom has 2 twin beds and one full bed and still has plenty of space. The view to the wooded back portion of the property from the master bedroom, which has a queen bed, is stellar and the room is comfortable. The large bathroom with a tub and duel vanities also has a full laundry . The front porch is screened and a nice place to have your morning coffee. The property is very flat and has plenty of room for games. The fire pit is perfect for evening gatherings. The cottage is within easy walking distance to all the local stores and restaurants. In winter there is enough space for your snow mobiles and access to the state trails is within minutes and the screened porch also has plexiglass in place to make it a warmer location to still enjoy the outdoors.Guest accessGuest have access to the full cottage and property and can check in at 4 pm with a 10 am check out.Other things to noteGuests are asked to remove their shoes after entering the cottage. The use of the washer and dryer is permitted. All used linens and towels are to be left in the bathroom upon leaving. All dishes are to be placed in the dishwasher and washed. All food in the refrigerator is to be removed and all garbage is to be placed in the garbage cans. Recycling is requested and kept separate from household trash. If staying for a week or more the garbage should be taken to the curb by 7:30 am on Mondays (and Thursday as well in the summer). Access to the basement is not permitted unless directed by the owner. For our winter guests the driveway will be plowed after approximately 3" of snowfall and occupants are encouraged to park their vehicles so that the driveway can be plowed easily. Firewood is strictly regulated in the ADK so if there is no firewood already stacked for the fire pit the firewood must be purchased from local suppliers. Guest are welcome to use any dead fall wood but cutting a standing tree is not permitted. This is a 4 season retreat with plenty of amenities in and around the camp for the entire family to enjoy! We are located perfectly for so many activities such as hiking, kayaking, SUP, boating, fishing, hunting and in the winter the main C4 snowmobile trail is on the property to permit direct access. Oak Mountain Ski area is 1 mile away for quick ski or wedding event access. Walk in, drop your bags and begin to enjoy all the Adirondacks has to offer.The spaceTowering pines has plenty of space all on one level! This spacious ranch style home boasts of a large kitchen and dining area that has a extremely large farm table (14’ x 5’) that easily seats 14 people. A newly constructed game room has a pool table, air hockey and foosball. The large screened in rear porch is the perfect place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee while looking out to the wooded rear lot. Maybe a deer or turkey will be in sight! The Living room is very comfortable and set up for great conversation and has a propane remote controlled fireplace to take the chill out or add some pleasant atmosphere. There are 5 large bedrooms, 2 have queen beds, 2 bedrooms have 2 twin beds in each and the 5th bedroom has 1 queen bed and 2 twin beds. There are also two bathrooms that have showers (one being quite large) and their is also a half bath near the library/TV room. Their is a full laundry on the premises that guests can use during their stay. The Camp also has a nice flat yard that would allow for many yard games to be played. Enjoy the star filled nights while roasting marshmallows around the large fire pit area. There is also ample parking on the property.Guest accessThe property sits on a wooded lot and is set back off the roadway. The yard is flat and provides plenty of space to set up a badminton or volley ball net, corn hole or other yard games. We just added a game room that has a pool table, air hockey, foosball and a chalkboard wall. A nice fire pit area is provided for the family to enjoy making s’mores or just sitting and relaxing and of course Star gazing and satellite counting is a must. For the winter guest there is plenty of space for snowmobile trailers and access to the trail system is on the property.
