This private property is close to town & is very clean. The four bedrooms are setup in different configurations to meet the unique needs of your group. In total 16 people can sleep in beds - in addition to the bed arrangements there are also 4 couches and a full mattress under one of the bunk beds in the basement. Through the properties HOA you have access to a shared pool, hot tub, tennis courts, a large grassy green area & extra parking (for cars/Trailers/boats) - all within walking distance of the townhome. The marina is right across the street which makes onboarding/offboarding a boat very easy. Our kids also like feeding the big fish in front of the marina store at the docks. There is also a 26 mile bike/jogging trail that runs in front of the property which makes exercising or a family stroll very easy and inviting. The unit is setup as a plug and play to allow you to relax and enjoy your stay. You will have access to a private beach which includes a grassy picnic area, sand volleyball courts, pickleball courts, swimming pool and other miscellaneous amenities. Please be respectful to workers and stay out of building sites.We've got a prime location right downtown Garden City (especially if you have little people in tow), with a 3-minute walk to Bear Lake's famous shakes (important), restaurants, mini-golf, bike path & a few blocks from public beach access. There's also easy access to ATV trails and Beaver Mountain skiing and snowboarding is just a 15-minute drive up the canyon. This place is the definition of convenient recreation.Casita Turquesa has 3 designated parking spots - one in the garage (compact cars only), then one in front of the garage, and another adjacent to that in front of our unit's main floor window (see listing photos for a visual on parking parameters).Even though we are an end unit, parking is not allowed on grass or gravel. This is a townhouse complex so parking resembles that of a small parking lot as our unit is connected to other units. It can be tight on busy weekends!
