A mahogany deck and wood front door provide rich detail upon entering the home. Inside, hardwood floors run throughout all three floors as well as an incredible trim package, which includes transom windows and wainscoting with ship lap accent walls in every bedroom. The first floor boasts 9 ft ceilings and includes a junior master suite (queen bed) with private bath and access to the front deck. Two additional bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bath (1 bedroom with 2 twins and a bunk room with 3 twin beds). To the rear of the first floor sits the laundry room and a family room that overlooks the pool and cabana area. The family room has a new pull-out couch with comfy gel memory foam mattress and a deck to enjoy the backyard view.Located on the second floor is the gem of the home, a huge light filled living room with gas fireplace, multiple windows, 2 sliding doors and cathedral ceilings.
