In the colder months, you can walk onto the ice from our deck and ice fish, ice skate, snowmobile, or visit with the pilots that hang out with their planes on the only ice landing strip in the US (which is amazing to watch from the warm house as well!). This well-kept house has an open concept: a fully applianced kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, a 55" smart 4K Roku TV, 1 gig fiber internet/wi-fi, a jacuzzi in one of the bathrooms, a grill, all the comforts of home, and so much more.This house is across the street from Lake Winnipesaukee, but nothing other than stairs and crossing the street is in your way.
