Thank you for the excellent services during our stay at the hotel. The hotel’s location is convenient, as it’s just a 15-minute walk from Masjid Nabawi. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and polite.

The staff here are absolutely amazing. They go above and beyond to help and even preempt their actions and go the extra mile.
The hotel itself is directly next to Masjid Al Ghamamah, and a very short walk from the gate of Masjid An Nabawi. There are convenience stores, standard shops for souvenirs and food all within a two minute walk from the hotel door.
The only issue I would say is if you have a pram (stroller) or wheelchair, the ground floor only has an escalator to the mezzanine floor, no elevator is available. If that’s a concern you may want to consider another option, otherwise this is great and I highly recommend it.

In generale, era un soggiorno decente, ma il processo di check-in era frustrante e poco professionale. Ho prenotato due camere con due nomi diversi, ma il ricevitore ha solo controllato per un nome e si è rifiutato di verificare l'altro. Questa mancanza di servizio clienti di base ci ha costretto a contattare Trip.com il supporto clienti, e il problema ci ha voluto quasi un'ora per risolvere tutto mentre aspettavo con mio bambino e mia madre in sedia a rotelle. Questa è stata una esperienza molto deludente. La maggior parte del personale era insopportabile e non era cortese.

Lifts were too busy, check in wasn’t smooth, had to wait for a while, staff wasn’t as friendly, water wasn’t hot in the shower.
Besides these, rooms were descent, location was good and overall experience was good enough.

Abbiamo prenotato una sala dirigente con vista sulla moschea Nabawi e sono stati concessi in modo da accedere al Salone esecutivo sul quattordicesimo piano. Abbiamo pagato il totale, un anno in anticipo. Era la nostra seconda permanenza a Movenpick durante il Ramadan. Siamo stati in questo hotel per 18 giorni nel 2024. Quest'anno abbiamo soggiornato per 8 giorni.
Il salone esecutivo ha fornito snacks leggeri per Iftar da Magrib a Isyak. Le snacks leggeri sono fornite anche dopo le preghiere terawih fino alle 2:00.. La nostra camera è spaziosa e molto comoda. Abbiamo amato il nostro soggiorno così tanto. Se si deve migliorare una zona, suggeriamo di servire alimenti migliori durante il Sahoor, e abbiamo trovato che ogni volta che si serve pesce e prato, l'odore del cibo marino è ancora evidente. Lavateli bene e lavateli bene e lavateli bene e lavateli bene e lavateli meglio, e poi, quando si servi il riso briyani o simili, lasciano solo ossa, come se il riso fosse un resto di cibo di Iftar. UUtente ospiteMolto buon hotel, ottima posizione. Il personale era incredibilmente amichevole e attento, rendendo il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. La nostra camera ha offerto una vista stupenda della linea cieca della città, aggiungendo un particolare contatto alla nostra esperienza. Ogni mattina, ci indulgevamo in un delizioso colazione con una varietà di delicazioni locali, e in generale, era una visita memorabile che avremmo consigliato molto agli altri.

UUtente ospiteNon sono mai rimasto in questo hotel nonostante visitare Medina in numerose occasioni la posizione è ok it’s near both the ladies and men’s gate to access at prayer times I’d say a brisk 10 min walk there is a lot of food places the mini stalls and also grande cibo pakistano sulla porta dell'hotel
Ora l'hotel stesso ha bisogno di un piccolo riparazione le porte nelle camere sono in pelle e i mobili sono vecchi
D'altra parte, i bagni usati sono un marchio sorprendente BYREDO....gli ascensori erano molto occupati e ci vorrebbe molto tempo per arrivare al nostro piano e anche lo stesso sul pavimento.
La colazione era standard ma fresco non posso colpire il servizio ricevuto dai membri del personale, soprattutto Feras alla ricezione e casa tenuto anche tutti in un piacevole soggiorno

The location was perfect. As soon as you exit the hotel you cross the road and are literally in the premises of Masjid al Nabawi. Obviously the mosque is a large complex so from there it takes a few mins to reach the actual building but that would be the case wherever you stay. In terms of distance from hotel to masjid, you couldn't get any closer.
The room was clean, comfortable bed, nice bathroom. I could hear the adhan from my room, which helps to wake up for fajr, and I was very fortunate to have a beautiful view of the masjid from my window. The attached photos were taken from my room.
The restaurant was very good with a wide range of delicious food to suit everyone.
Staff were helpful and friendly.
I genuinely can't think of a bad point and would definitely book with them again. It's worth it just for the location.

AAbrar2483One of the best hotels near Masjid Al Nabawi! The staff are incredible! From the moment I arrived, Hassan from concierge assisted me with my bags and the staff at the reception were very friendly and they not only allowed me to check-in early but also upgraded my room with a partial Haram View! All the staff spoke English perfectly. The rooms are nice and spacious with modern furniture and the amenities provided in the room are perfect from bathrobes to multiple kits! The room was relatively clean however I’ve notice multiple finger prints on the refrigerator door as well as the bathroom door which shows those 2 areas weren’t wiped after the previous guests had left. The shower was perfect with nice hot water and the bathroom was spacious enough.
The hotel has 2 towers and we didn’t know which tower to go to so we ended up going to tower 1 were the receptionist informed us that our booking is in tower 2. I had an elderly guest with me and moving towers like this was very inconvenient. The hotel should inform the guests about the tower number and parking instructions before arriving at the hotel.
The hotel is very close to the Haram with just 6-7 minutes walk to both the men’s and the women’s entrance (door 11 and 12). Upon returning to the hotel, the staff were promptly situated outside the elevator doors assisting guests with the elevators.
About the breakfast. It was fantastic! The options available were great and included selections of
cold appetizers, bakery items, main courses including french toast and pancakes. The breakfast staff were very friendly and efficient and they never said no, especially Riaz he served us coffee and hot chocolate. The items were being refilled quickly. The 2 ladies welcomed us for breakfast with a huge smile.
Suggestions to improve breakfast:
1) there was no live cooking counter for omelette. The omlette was being cooked in the kitchen and was being stocked in the hot plate. It would be great if the hotel could consider introducing live counter for omelette as it really would help us guests to make the perfect omelette for ourselves and eating it warm and fresh. Other hotels do have a live counter.
2) Though all the breakfast items were great, the French toast wasn’t good at all! It didn’t taste like a French toast. The sambosas were undercooked and very chewy so wasn’t able to eat them. Improvements on this will make the breakfast experience perfect!
One more thing to add is that the staff not once said “No”. They always accommodated our requests whatsoever. I asked the reception for a plastic chair for my elderly mother to sit and take a shower, thought they didn’t have it, they offered us to switch to an accessible room with no additional costs!
The hotel is not very busy and crowded as I didn’t see any groups here. I hope the hotel can maintain this very same standard or else it’ll be very easy to be like the other hotels who don’t care about guests.
All in all, I’ll definitely choose Al Manakha Rotana again on my next trip to Madinah and wishing this hotel success!

FFAISAL AMIRThis hotel was supposed to be 3.5 kilometres in a straight line to Masjid Al nabawi but due to road works we ended up travelling 9 km each way.
The hotel itself is a converted apartment building that turned into Suites probably because the owner couldn't sell the apartments due to the area not close to any business centres or shopping malls.
Prices were reasonable and the staff was friendly and communication is great
No USB charging ports provided anywhere including lounge or bedrooms.
No towels or any cleaning supplies provided to keep this little apartment clean.
Bathroom floors were extremely slippery to the level I would call dangerous.
Bathroom fittings, kitchen ,bedrooms and all furniture in living area also large and comfortable , but we booked for six beds they only provided us 5 beds plus a thin single mattress , which was a great disappointment.
But for us, the biggest drawback was that it's too far from Masjid Al nabawi and not suitable even at low prices.
I would recommend paying more to be closer to Masjid Al nabawi there are plenty of options within 15-20 minutes walk at good price, but if your reason to stay in Madina is not Masjid Al nabawi, then this hotel suite is okay, just consider all the notes I made above.

SShehnaz KhalidWhile the location of the hotel is excellent and convenient, there are several areas that need improvement to enhance guest experience.
Firstly, allocating 4 beds in a room meant for 3 guests does not make practical sense. The beds are placed too close to each other, leaving barely any space to move around. This makes the room feel cramped and uncomfortable.
The cleanliness of the room was average, especially in the washroom. Specifically, in Room 529, the toilet seat appeared very old and partially broken, which is unacceptable for a property aiming for high guest satisfaction.
Another major issue is the elevator. Getting into the lift is often a challenge, particularly for guests who are not familiar with the system. Having a lift attendant or staff to assist and monitor the lift usage would make things much easier, especially for guests from different regions who may face language barriers.
The hotel has great potential due to its excellent location, but addressing these concerns is essential to attract more guests and earn better ratings.

Rooms felt outdated, cleanliness was lacking, and staff were slow to respond to requests. Parking is free .While the location is a big plus, the service and facilities need significant improvement.
