"Ho soggiornato in hotel una notte in una stanza accogliente. La stanza ha un design fantastico, è pulita, il letto è comodo e il personale è cordiale. Un bel posto vicino a Rottedam blaak👍"

"All'inizio mi è piaciuto tutto: buone capsule, un ampio posto letto, check-in automatico tramite schermi mobili. Ma il secondo giorno del mio soggiorno ho notato che era un po' sporco. O briciole sui tavoli o capelli in bagno. La donna delle pulizie parte la sera oppure durante il giorno, naturalmente, un centinaio di ospiti hanno il tempo di lasciare traccia del loro soggiorno. Ma in un luogo dove gli spazi comuni sono tanti, vale la pena prestare particolare attenzione alla pulizia. A proposito, quando la donna delle pulizie arriva la mattina, pulisce tutto molto velocemente e bene, chiaramente non è colpa sua, ma del fatto che in sua assenza di notte e al mattino presto gli amministratori non toccano nemmeno il lavandino intasato e non pulire i tavoli."

"Le stanze erano polverose quasi ovunque, come se non fossero pulite prima di entrare, mentre sotto la luce del sole le polveri fluivano nell'aria e la pulizia arriva solo una volta alla settimana. Il riscaldamento è stato anche continuato a cambiare dal calore al freddo, quindi il caldo è piuttosto freddo in generale.C'è un caffè di servizio autonomo al lobby che è molto bello e la posizione è molto buona."

"The location: superb 15 mins on foot from the Rotterdam Centraal Station / 8 mins by Tram The metro station Eendrachtsplein is just right next to the hotel, and it’s just one stop away from the World Trade Centre. Walkable distance to the supermarket Albert Heijn or Dirk and the famous shopping areas called Lijnbaan 🛌Room: spacious and nice sound proof, my room is located on the 10th floor, can’t hear any sounds from the street / tram 🫠However improvement is needed for the hygiene, stains are found on the couch and the tv remote control is quite dirty. Can tell either the previous hotel guests had very oily hands/ like to eat chips/ popcorns/ biscuits while using the remote. I had to use the alcohol wipe to clean it before using it🤢 🛀Bathroom: hygiene is acceptable, shower gel, conditioner, shampoo, dryers are provided but not the tooth brush / paste. I brought my own so I didn’t ask for it. 🚿Sufficient water pressure from the shower and the bathtub did help me a lot after a long day. 🥋Bath rope and slippers are provided. There’re a mini fridge, coffee machine, and an electric water broiler. 🤢however I found there’re some sediments in the broiler so I just brought the bottle water from the supermarket instead. 🍞🥖🥐Breakfast: average to good, a wide selection of pastry, and cheese. With salmon, ham, sausages, scrambled eggs, hard/ soft boiled eggs, yogurts and some grannolas 💁🏻♀️Staff: attentive and kind - i didn’t wait for too long for check in, waiting time was just around 5 mins, since I arrived at around 12 and I just asked whether my room was ready and the reception was kind to help me to see whether early check in was possible! Lucky me, I could get my room earlier. - The reception also helped me to receive my delivery and stored it for me until I returned to the hotel. Thank you so much for helping me out. 🫤The day before the last day, I checked with the counter at the breakfast receptionist that she said she didn’t find my record for the breakfast on my last day (the check out day), she advised me to purchase for the extra breakfast, if I wanted. However, when I looked at my hotel booking that it’s included. so if you are also booked with the breakfast, make sure you double check with them."

"super nice location in centre of Rotterdam reminder : not everyday cleaning house ! my room and toilet light is not on ,but i stay 7days 6nights ,no one come to fix it ! and if u want to parking car ,is so terrible,don't park in this hotel, stupid and old school function, u have to call receptionist to open the lift , then u park inside ! but the lift is always out of services , sometimes cannot open ,sometimes cannot close ! almost every time waste 30mins for parking !"

"L'intera stanza è molto piccola, la vasca non è grande, ma la stanza è pulita, non c'è frigorifero nella stanza, l'acqua da mangiare deve essere presa al piano di check-in.Ma la posizione è conveniente, e il cibo è conveniente"

"La posizione è buona, molto vicina alla stazione ferroviaria della stazione della metropolitana, può raggiungere a piedi, molto adatta per viaggiare o viaggiare.
