1. Il ferro nella mia stanza è difettoso, deve chiedere un cambiamento.
2. Aggiungiamo letto, ma il personale ha dimenticato di fornire un asciugamano, quando richiesto, il ricevitore ha bisogno di tempo per processare che la loro squadra ha commesso l'errore.
3.Abbiamo trovato un grande cazzo morto vicino al cortile al check-in.
4. La nostra camera è di fronte alla finestra dell'ospedale direttamente.C'è uno specchio grande vicino al bagno, all'opuscolo del vasco e in linea con la finestra dove la luce sopra lo specchio non può essere spenta, a meno che non tolga la carta di alimentazione. In pratica non si può aprire la tenda, dove si deve passare la zona durante il vestito/scongiunto, in/ fuori bagno, il movimento viene evidenziato attraverso la finestra.
5. Il personale rumbiano sembra stanco e non ha alcun interesse per il suo lavoro."

"Stayed at the Swing and Pillow Hotel and found it to be an acceptable option, particularly given its price point.
The location was convenient, and the staff were friendly and efficient during check-in and throughout my stay. The hotel has a pleasant, modern aesthetic, and common areas were well-maintained.
My main observation, however, was regarding the room size. As a larger individual, I found the room to be a bit on the smaller side, which made navigating and getting comfortable a little challenging at times. While the level of comfort was just adequate, it might be more suitable for guests who don't require much space or are of a smaller stature. The bed and linens were fine, but not exceptionally plush.
Overall, if you're looking for a budget-friendly option in Shah Alam Section 3 and don't mind a more compact living space, Swing and Pillow Hotel is a reasonable choice. However, if room spaciousness or superior comfort is a high priority, you might want to consider other options. The price was certainly acceptable for what was offered."

"A great place to stay if you’re planning to visit i-City — it’s just a short walk away. As a bonus, guests enjoy complimentary access to the water park when staying at Wyndham. The nearest shopping malls, Central i-City and AEON Bukit Raja, are both easily accessible. There are also plenty of eateries nearby, all within walking distance. If you’re driving, parking is abundant. The room was clean and exactly as advertised. However, some amenities, such as the dental kit and shaving kit, need to be requested separately. I also enjoyed the breakfast. Overall, a very convenient and comfortable stay!"

Idk if they're short staff or what, only one receptionist and one housekeeping at that time, the receptionist had to help the housekeeper to clean and ready the room. Receptionist good at handling crisis even we are still mad. Otherwise all is good. Room is very clean and no noisy sound. Elevator is available."

"This is one of my favourite hotel in Shah Alam. The hotel was very nice and had a lot of great eateries just a walking distance from the hotel. The room is spacious and comfortable and the staff is friendly and welcoming. It has all what I need and meet my expectations. I would recommend this hotel and I will be staying there for my next visit."

YYuelingWent there for a spiritual retreat. Staff service is good, no complaints. The room is slightly old. The carpet seems to need some deep cleaning. The basin has poor water flow but the staff are not aware at all even after I stayed there a few days. I had to unclog the basin by removing a piece of tissue because I just can't stand it anymore. If you place the toilet cover down, staff would not open and clean it. So if it is dirty, you have to keep the cover lifted for them to realise it.
Not much amenities.. gym is very simple. There is also a pool. Location is just within 10min of Subang Airport, very convenient.

The only problem is tmpt dia jauh sikit drpd bandar thats all but anyway it is very worth it and affordable for a big and very very comfortable room. Layanan drpd staff sangat baik, respon sangat pantas dan membantu. I will definitely repeat to stay here next time if I came to Shah Alam. Thankyou for your great service :)

WWilson SGLa seconda volta che io sono in questo hotel. La posizione è buona, ma è ancora necessario guidare o prendere al centro commerciale più vicino. Camera tranquilla e pulita. Check-in e check-out era piuttosto veloce.
