"We stayed during Ied Mubarak holiday for 4 days/3 nights in April 2025. We booked 2 connecting rooms for my family (4 persons). I chose this hotel because it has swimming pool and gym, we used to exercise daily. In fact, the gym was closed for long term maintenance. It should be declared and crossed out from the hotel facility so we noticed from beginning, not surprised on site. The rooms at a glance were ok but when we looked to the interior were lousy. The curtain, gordyn, and bed lamps, dirty and stained. My children room has no curtain, so direct sunshine and very hot during the day. The towel seemed already used for years. not soft, looks lousy and the color not pure white as normally hotel towel. Each room provided safety box but no function at all. if you see the direction on the safety box (see the photo), it supposed has red button inside the box but no button at all. The safety box used 4 battery. In my room has only 2 batteries out of 4 and already expired since March 2018. My children' room has 4 battery but also not functioned. the button numbers and keys cant be pressed so we cant keep important and valuable items inside it. The swimming pool were crowded and the water was dirty. the hotel supposed to overall cleaning to the pool due to holiday seasons but the water obviously dirty. The parking lot is low maintenance, dirty, and rubbish everwhere. the Horison Ultima was only 3 years old last December 2024 as I saw from the stickwerck at lobby. The hotel was Star Hotel and changed to Horison Ultima. The parking lot was narrow and limited. For location is ok, near Java Mall. good for morning walk. the hotel staffs were polite and fast response. the amenities for 4* hotel is good enough. the mini fridge in the room is ok as well as the Aircon. If I may advise the management, please take serious attention to the cleanliness and maintenance also room refurbishment to the lousy interior inside as top priority."

"First time had trouble finding the hotel entrance . Because the entrance is the same as the supermarket. The hotel is clean, comfortable, drinks are available in the hallway if you run out, you can refill them yourself. Thank you Neo Hotel."

"La posizione è eccellente. Circa 15 minuti di distanza per il percorso di pedaggio Kali Kangkung. Ma il hotel 4 stelle, a mio avviso, ha molto da migliorare, come: la piscina è piuttosto sporca, il colazione deve essere migliorato, il trattamento sonoro deve essere migliorato perché i suoni dalla strada sono molto sentiti all'interno della stanza. Totale abbastanza ok"

"Overall the Hotel was okay. The location and orice was great for business traveller like myself. However, a few things needed improvements. First, the room had a musty smell which is strong at first but your nose will get used to it. Secondly, the aircon was not cold at all, it felt like a breeze. Lastly, although the breakfast varieties were great, the place was too small. We had to wait a while to get an empty table"

"È il mio primo soggiorno a Louise Kienne Pemuda. Mi piace il fatto che si trova nel centro della città e si trova letteralmente vicino a un centro commerciale, a soli 2 minuti a piedi, posso effettivamente vedere il centro attraverso la finestra dell'hotel. La lobby era pulita, la guardia di sicurezza era molto rispettosa, la signora del desk era utile, chiese una stanza sul piano alto e mi forniscono la mia richiesta. La piscina al tetto è probabilmente il fatto che questo hotel sia così famoso, a notte si può vedere l'intera città di Semarang. Il loro colazione è principalmente indonesiano e poche scelte occidentali. Non è la mia migliore esperienza di colazione, ma non mi lamento perche' essi prestano un buon servizio."
