"From when we arrived the staff straight away attended to us by carrying our bags in and opening the car door for us. We couldn't check in before 2pm but we were allowed a pre check in while they set aside our bags. And when we came back to the hotel after our room was ready, they kindly sent our bags up for us. The hotel room was really spacious and clean and they set 3 single beds like I requested. The beds were really comfortable. The air-conditioning was strong. However the trash cans were bare without any plastic linings, which I wished they had because throwing stuff inside without the trash bag felt a little icky. I wasn't really impressed with the shower and shampoo/conditioner dispenser. It was really quite inconvenient to use, and I'm pretty sure both dispensers were the same shower gel because the shampoo dispenser didn't really feel like shampoo or conditioner. It'd be better if they just used a travel sized bottle. Other than that the toilet was clean. I didn't have a chance to use the bathtub though. The breakfast buffet had a variety of foods of which I thoroughly enjoyed, from breads, desserts, local food. Overall highly recommend, the staff was attentive, the food was great, the room was spacious (but bring your own soap/shampoo). It's worth the price and enjoyed my stay. I would book this hotel a second time if come to Batam again."

"Hotel stay was good, booked a Family room. Services were excellent and the location was ideal, all within walking distance. We had a very good sleep. My 2nd time staying here and the breakfast buffet has since improved with a wider spread. Keep up the good work! Worth mentioning is that we requested 3 single beds, although 1st night it was a full house, 2nd day morning they really prepared it for us. But since we slept well, we declined the good offer. Thumbs up!"

"L'hotel è molto pulito e nuovo! Mi piace come il centro commerciale è proprio accanto all'hotel e abbiamo avuto un piacevole soggiorno sarebbe tornato! Una parte è la camera tranquilla e la camera tranquilla non vicino all'ascensore ma la mia camera è così rumorosa in mezzo alla notte e non dormivo bene ): il colazione non è per me piacevole :/ ma il tè alto è buono! Tutto altra è prefetto! Personale super bello e amichevole! E' molto vicino a ogni posto dove voglio andare! E anche mi piace la vista anche l'ex edificio c'è ancora la vista super bello può vedere il cielo~"

"La stanza è stata molto piacevole.  L'unica questione che avevo era i punti di alimentazione e i porti USB per il caricamento. Inizialmente il punto di alimentazione funziona ma usb non lo ha fatto. Poi lo hanno sostituito. Dopo che il punto di alimentazione non funziona, ma i porti USB funziona.  La stanza ha voluto molto tempo per raffreddare, nonostante l'assegnazione a 17 gradi.  Oltre a questo, è stato un piacevole e divertente soggiorno. Molto consigliato di rimanere qui per la comodità di negozi, cliniche, spa e cibo. Ci sono 4 hotel in questa zona ...."

"Hotel is new and very clean with basic amenities. I like the room with spacious shelves that we could put our luggage bags. A lot of varieties for breakfast, and normally with quite a number of local dishes. Overall the egg station and bread are those i preferred since some food was not up to standards. Staff are courteous, pleasant and helpful when i asked for recommendation. Lobby has a huge sitting area for meeting up with friends and right at the end, a small lounge which serves drinks. The only inconvenient part is the swimming pool - it is not in the same building and cannot reach with a connecting lift. Swimmers has to move out of the hotel to go to the next building, move to level 6 and there's the swimming pool. There are changing rooms available. Perhaps the hotel is new, our taxi driver could not locate the hotel. As there are a few Harris properties in Batam, best to inform taxi driver including address. Btw, getting Grab to any other shopping malls are convenient and low cost. There are plenty of eaterie around. Within minutes walk, there are minimarts, cafe, food court, restaurant, massage parlours, skincare and hair salon! These are 2-3 storey high building. Nagoya Hill is the nearest shopping mall which is about 10-15 minutes walk. There is a school nearby so you could hear some noise when they are conducting activities. Also on-going construction nearby, can't really hear from room, so it doesn't bother us. Over all a great stay!"

"Location: Great! Just across the road from Grand Batam Mall, and in the morning you can easily explore local products and the traditional marketplace nearby. Within walking distance to A2 Foodcourt and popular Kueh Lapis shops like Lapisa and Little Box Premium. Hotel: Artotel Hotel is new and stylish. However, the room’s air-conditioning wasn’t cooling enough to beat the afternoon heat. Amenities were also limited — only 1 bath towel provided, unlike other hotels that usually include face and hand towels. Another downside was the floor mat condition. As shown in the picture from our first check-in, it looked already used. Unfortunately, this was the same during our second night’s stay. It seems like a laundry issue, as the mats weren’t maintained clean and white, possibly due to lack of proper bleaching. Breakfast: Choices were rather limited, and there was no egg live station to prepare omelettes or fried eggs, which most hotels typically offer. Service: Overall, the staff were friendly and helpful, which made the stay more pleasant despite the drawbacks. ."

"La colazione era impressionante e buona in termini di gusto, con una varietà di opzioni da scegliere. Le camere erano pulite, comode e ben mantenute. Il flusso libero di piccole acque in bottiglia. La TV è intelligente, quindi puoi accedere a youtube/netflix (devi firmare per conto proprio). La posizione è grande con molti posti di lavoro e negozi di comodità intorno e un centro commerciale vicino."

" I stayed here for one night and had a great experience overall, though the facilities are quite limited—no gym, bar, or lounge. The room itself was comfortable and very convenient, with easy access to restaurants and malls nearby. However, breakfast is served in a public area, which felt a bit off. The staff were friendly and accommodating to my requests. The only downside was that my room was on level one, which made it a bit noisy in the evening."

"Overall, extremely pleasant experience. Location was near Nagoya Hill area with many essentials stores nearby that were accessible by a designated pathway that leads out from the hotel lobby lift area. There’s also a Starbucks cafe downstairs at the lobby of the hotel that comes with a pool table. Room was great. Service was excellent and even satisfied my extra requirement of having a birthday cake surprise for my partner which was greatly appreciated. Room amenities were all alright. Toiletries were more than adequate which was really great! Comes with a bathtub big enough for two. TV was big enough and comes with Netflix. Breakfast had a widespread of cuisines and pool and gym amenities were really satisfactory. E-hailing services such as Grab and Gojek were easily booked from the hotel lobby. Security assuring and tight with every car entering the hotel premises being subjected to a security check. Hotel doorman was extremely friendly and helpful.Room service was extraordinary and was very good and relatively cheap! Some areas for improvement include: - Some of the light switches in the room were either not functioning or it was difficult to switch the light on or off probably due to the electrical contact issue. - The peephole was loose and was not functioning properly. Overall, a very pleasant and satisfactory experience. Definitely recommend!!! :)"

"Le strutture dell'hotel sono buone. La piscina era vuota (nessuna acqua), quindi non può essere utilizzata. Per quanto riguarda la camera, il letto e le mutandine sono sporchi con tinture, giacche e cabine sono indossate, quindi sono incastrate o in buone condizioni. Il personale è amichevole e utile, un piccolo ostacolo linguistico, ma tutto è stato lavorato. La colazione è in stile buffet ma le opzioni sono limitate."
