I travelled with my dad for a 2 day 1 night trip to Batam. Upon arriving at the Radisson Golf and Convention Center Hotel via Grab, it took about 15 minutes from Batam Center. The reception check in was seamless, and the staff were very polite. However, the lift sensor didn't work very well when pressing the button.
The amenities were good, but it would be great to include items such as a comb or cotton buds. This wasn't my first time staying here, but I hope for some upgrades of the bathroom or better cleaning, as noticed some signs of aging.
Hotel breakfast had a wide variety of options, which was impressive. Additionally, the massage services at the hotel were excellent.

La prima impressione del personale dell'hotel era eccellente. Anche se era un fine settimana occupato, rimase professionisti e potevano soddisfare le esigenze degli ospiti. Per quanto riguarda le strutture, hanno fornito tutto quello che avevo bisogno.. Un punto negativo sarebbe il wi-fi scarso, soprattutto durante la notte e il telefono dell'hotel aveva problemi. (Posso suggerire di utilizzare un sistema hotel WhatsApp scansionando un codice QR per un impegno essenziale con gli ospiti, come chiedere il ghiaccio, fare accordi di spa, ecc.) Credo che sia stato implementato per la cena in camera. Per quanto riguarda l’ambiente, è a 5 minuti di auto da Batam Centre Ferry Terminal, a piedi da One Batam Mall e il cibo essenziale stradale, Indomart e ATM proprio lungo la strada rendere veramente conveniente. In generale, sapendo che è ancora meno di un mese, ha superato tutte le mie aspettative e spero di tornare presto. Grazie alla squadra del Grand Mercure Batam Centre per l'esperienza piacevole.

The swimming pool and the ladder is too steep hope can change to wider for the elderly or young children to step on it. Hope can do a step in front of the ladder, elderly or disabled guests to step down from the platform of the swimming pool.
The toilet most of the shower head needs to upgrade.
We will inform our friends and family come over here to enjoy it. We will back here again .

Abbiamo prenotato le Suite Executive con 2 camere da letto, è stata una scelta eccellente! Il controllo in corso è stato veloce e facile, che è stato un grande inizio per il nostro viaggio.
La stanza era spaziosa, pulita e molto comoda, perfetta per un soggiorno familiare. Aveva tutto quello che avevamo bisogno e era ben mantenuta. Il giardino sotto era bellissimo, era bello andare in giro.
Il personale era amichevole, utile, e il colazione era così buono, con molte opzioni, tutto era fresco e delizioso.
In generale, abbiamo avuto un bel tempo e rimarremmo sicuramente qui di nuovo.

Ho avuto un fantastico soggiorno al Sahid Hotel Batam! Le strutture sono di alto livello, offrendo tutto quello che mi serve per una comoda e rilassante esperienza. Le camere erano spaziose, pulite e bellissimemente progettate, assicurando un buon sonno notturno.
Il servizio era davvero incredibilmente amichevole, professionale e attento a tutti i dettagli, facendomi sentire benvenuto dal momento in cui sono arrivato. Le strutture dell'hotel, comprese la piscina e le opzioni per la cena, sono state eccellenti, offrendo un perfetto equilibrio di lusso e comodità.

Sorry that I always judge a hotel provide comb and shaver … just to see they provide sufficient amenities… as I feel they are basic items …
- the room is clean…but when sleeping at night… we are shock the pillow case smell of perfume… which human use…not those use for washing… the bedsheets have blood stain…
- Breakfast was good… top up promptly… reasons was the management ate there… I knew that because one of them help me check out…. this make sure the restaurant provided tip top food …
- the hotel no provide free transport to nearby mall although they are walking distance… but abit dangerous when crossing the road…

Location near batam center port walking distance like 15-20 mins. Room amenities provided as per advertised. Service quite nice can keep luggages if arrived too early however if there is option allow to have early check in will be much better but since room no availability so we only able to proceed check on after 2pm as advertised. Breakfast as usual, bread, coffee, mie and etc. maybe can improve the type of lighting from yellowish to more clear colour. Can get grab or gojek to travel arround.overall a night stay is comfortable.

Hotel 01 Batam è l'hotel più unico, interessante n molto diverso dalla norma.Egitto decorare il tema con bellissimo dipinto sulla parete .Il tempo di giorno sembra così luminoso n è grande per le foto Instagram. Il 2° soggiorno lì n è altamente raccomandato come il personale è piacevole , posto molto pulito n è anche ragionevole.Posizione molto buono 5 min Batam Ferry , Mega n Batam 1 mall.

AAzy AbdullahSaw this and it's amenities and felt it was the best for me and my 3 kids. Decided to try this out didn't realize it was further than I'm usually used to.
We arrived in the evening but was greeted by a cheerful receptionist.
Please note there is a 1 mil rupiah deposit. I wasn't prepared for this so I thought to give this a heads up for future booking awareness.
The place was alittle hard to spot from the main road ( there was no signage) but it's landmarks are Cubezone and Ria.
Note, there is a laundry service across the road please expect 1-2 days. Express service is 1 day
The entrance is a dainty little walkway like a secret hideout into a cactus garden that somehow transports you to what looks like Bali crossed with New Mexico feels.
A small but clean pool, well maintained. They have dining table and benches outside for a chill out vibe. There's also a BBQ space where you can engage in their BBQ rental (provides charcoal n pit) with a ceiling fan n sink for your convenience and comfort.
Area is nice and spacious. Once again I just emphasize, they keep it very clean.
The place it seems is 6 container villas surrounding the garden n pool. Which is perfect if you plan to have a big group in.
Inside there's a basic kitchenette with a fridge, pot, kettle.
There were 2 rooms. Both equipped with bathrooms and tvs. Ac was perfection.you don't have to worry about the heat. It's so nice and cold. Makes you wanna just not get out of bed.
The wifi was laggy alittle, didn't bother us as we had local data but it wasn't so nice to be watching a movie and gettin disrupted.
TV is equipped with YOUTUBE and Netflix. Pretty awesome to keep the kids occupied.
Be warned they have live bands that play music till 1-2 am in the morning. Definately didn't expect that but it didn't bother us so much. Once again, another heads up.
Pool is open from 7am to 9pm.
Its also a 15-20mins drive to Nagoya. We normally do Grab roughly about 60-70k.
The host has their number in the welcome print and responds pretty fast if you need to enquire on anything.
Overall, the place is pretty charming and despite it being alittle far from massages n karaoke, I think I found a new go to place. Certainly looking forward to be back.

as dental clinic is only 5 minutes walk away .
But this hotel hot water heater is permanently turned off 24 hours a day,
so u will suffer terribly when trying to take a shower as the water is really very cold,
and there is no hot or warm water at all for my entire stay .
The wifi internet is also permanently turned off during my entire stay .
Everything else eg shower and bidet and bed is good and ok
