"We had a generally very comfortable stay here. The room was new, clean, and bright, which made it pleasant to come back to after a long day. Overall, the stay was comfortable and the facilities well-maintained. Location-wise, it was a little far from most of our main itinerary spots, so do factor in extra travel time if you’re planning to move around a lot. Service from the staff was alright for the most part, but on the last day, we had a small hiccup. I requested bath towels and bottled water before checking out, but after waiting over 20 minutes, nothing was delivered. When I called again, another staff member answered and only then informed me that additional bottled water is chargeable. I found this surprising, as I’m not sure if it’s common for 5-star hotels to charge guests for water bottles, and it would have been better if this was clearly communicated during my first call. Aside from that, the stay was enjoyable, the room comfortable, and overall it was a nice experience."

"Despite there isn't much around the hotel, it is quite near the city center by Grab. The hotel is clean with nice greenery view. The breakfast range to me was limited but not bad. The staff are friendly and nice. I would stay in this hotel again as I have not got the chance to check out the gym and the swimming pool!"

"Non è il mio primo soggiorno, e Panbil consegna perfettamente ogni volta. Come sempre, il personale è meraviglioso, l'appartamento è pulito senza spot, e la camera stessa è incredibilmente comoda, spaziosa e confortevole. Molto consigliato per un soggiorno costantemente grande!"

"Staff: Very helpful and attentive. Asked for iron and ironing board, and they send it to the room right away. Breakfast: Good normal breakfast. The nasgor is delicious and the egg staff did a very good job. Room: For room 8115, please check the floor trap in the shower area, it is blocked, water flowing very slowly and it's not comfortable to shower with the stagnant water. There's a buzzing sound at the plug socket for the fridge so we turned it off because we're afraid something might happen. TV not good reception (but we don't care that much for tv). The floor is also not property cleaned (you can see soil at the back of the room slipper we left behind. Please check this room thoroughly for the convenient of next guests. For a 1 night stay, it's okay except for the shower situation. Good luck Alltrue Sydney"

"As always, Hotel Harmoni One did not disappoint. I have been here many times already, and it remains one of my favourite in Batam Centre. The proximity to the key locations there is an asset, but also the price-quality ratio, and above all, the amazing staff makes all the difference. Especially the staff at the front desk, at the Bamboe Restaurant, and house keeping are fabulous, without exception. Oh, and I just love the Indomie station at the restaurant for breakfast! It's a classic. The restaurant is underrated by the way, I warmly recommend everyone to eat lunch or dinner!"

"Saw this and it's amenities and felt it was the best for me and my 3 kids. Decided to try this out didn't realize it was further than I'm usually used to. We arrived in the evening but was greeted by a cheerful receptionist. Please note there is a 1 mil rupiah deposit. I wasn't prepared for this so I thought to give this a heads up for future booking awareness. The place was alittle hard to spot from the main road ( there was no signage) but it's landmarks are Cubezone and Ria. Note, there is a laundry service across the road please expect 1-2 days. Express service is 1 day The entrance is a dainty little walkway like a secret hideout into a cactus garden that somehow transports you to what looks like Bali crossed with New Mexico feels. A small but clean pool, well maintained. They have dining table and benches outside for a chill out vibe. There's also a BBQ space where you can engage in their BBQ rental (provides charcoal n pit) with a ceiling fan n sink for your convenience and comfort. Area is nice and spacious. Once again I just emphasize, they keep it very clean. The place it seems is 6 container villas surrounding the garden n pool. Which is perfect if you plan to have a big group in. Inside there's a basic kitchenette with a fridge, pot, kettle. There were 2 rooms. Both equipped with bathrooms and tvs. Ac was perfection.you don't have to worry about the heat. It's so nice and cold. Makes you wanna just not get out of bed. The wifi was laggy alittle, didn't bother us as we had local data but it wasn't so nice to be watching a movie and gettin disrupted. TV is equipped with YOUTUBE and Netflix. Pretty awesome to keep the kids occupied. Be warned they have live bands that play music till 1-2 am in the morning. Definately didn't expect that but it didn't bother us so much. Once again, another heads up. Pool is open from 7am to 9pm. Its also a 15-20mins drive to Nagoya. We normally do Grab roughly about 60-70k. The host has their number in the welcome print and responds pretty fast if you need to enquire on anything. Overall, the place is pretty charming and despite it being alittle far from massages n karaoke, I think I found a new go to place. Certainly looking forward to be back."
