"Great hotel for convenience to Luton airport.. one short bus journey away... staff were incredibly helpful and patient when I had a problem with payment card (Leah you were a star!). Room was spacious and spotless, cooked buffet breakfast hot, and lots of variety for cold options. Tea/Coffee available at reception 24hrs... All in all, a lovely atmosphere and I highly recommend it, especially for stop overs for airport travellers... parking is available just outside the front door, and a large mall is conveniently located tight next door for those things u may have forgotten to pack!!"

"Molto essenziale per un prezzo basso, situato vicino all'aeroporto. Forte odore di deodorante per ambienti che copre l'odore di sigarette. Camere piccole. Ma personale gentile"

"Il soggiorno più sfortunato nella catena dell'hotel Ibis è stato l'unica cosa positiva è stata la vicinanza pedoniaria dall'aeroporto di Luton e l'atteggiamento amichevole di una receptionista femminile. Il resto è stato un disastro: il sistema di riscaldamento è assenza o non funziona, quindi l'unico modo per riscaldare la stanza è un po'di aria condizionata, ma in realtà non fa differenza nella temperatura. E'stato fortunato a non cadere malato in una notte fredda, e c'era una costruzione che andava a destra, a partire dalla mattina presto, non solo una costruzione, ma una gruvolmente rumoresa. Una tale ironia ho chiesto una stanza tranquilla prima di fare una prenotazione."

"The hotel is 15 mins walk from Luton Airport Parkway train station. And another 15 mins walk to the Luton Airport. Perfect for a night stay before a morning or afternoon flight. My room was very spacious, bed sheets were fresh and clean and the staff were nice to talk to."

"Arrived the hotel and staff at reception were very friendly, helpful and professional. Car park was easy to access but a bit tight for my car. If you drive a small car you would be fine with the car park spaces. The room, bed and bathroom was really clean and tastefully finished. We spent some time at the bar, which had good ambiance and very quiet. Overall experience was excellent and I enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place 😃"

"The Premier Inn is a decent value for money. The staff were very helpful at check-in given that we arrived a bit earlier than 3pm , they allowed us to to change into clothing more appropriate for the toasty afternoon ( sunny and 25C) and leave our belongings in storage behind the reception. The biggest drawback , in my books, was the fact the window in our room was sealed shut and we had to rely on the HVAC system for fresh air. The location made it easy to reach from Luton Airport after a 10 min walk from the Luton Station Interchange, but the surrounding area has a bit of a rough edge to it."
