"五一期間帶孩子入住馨樂庭。確實超出預期。首先酒店位置很好。步行就可以到海灘。步入酒店大門，辦理入住手續的同時，工作人員會貼心的遞上水或咖啡。入住後，給我們帶來的驚喜可以説源源不斷。前台的Sunny姐姐超級好。耐心細心且專業，解決一切合理範圍內的需求。電梯旁的售賣機幾乎可以提供所有出行所需的一次性必備物品。因為是公寓式酒店，對於帶娃的家庭，功能齊全的洗衣機，解決了媽媽的洗衣訴求，每日一趟的海灘挖沙，烘乾功能可以讓孩子每天都可以穿上乾淨清爽的衣服。第一次入住，真的好感拉滿。性價比極高的一家酒店。"

"比預期好很多的酒店！設施齊全，房間非常非常大，有獨立的衣帽間，衞生間和淋浴間分離，額外設有浴缸，整個房間的空間都很大。雖然房間不是落地窗，但卧室窗户的面積依舊很大，拉開窗簾就可以看到煙台港，無論白天還是夜晚，海景都非常不錯！ 交通:酒店就在主幹道，打車或自駕都很方便，酒店提供免費停車。公共交通不太清楚 衞生:房間乾淨整潔，沒有異味，洗浴室也打掃的很乾凈 環境:窗外就是海港，景色很不錯！ 設施:所有設施都很齊全，寫字桌，沙發，獨立衣帽間，大浴缸的浴室，配套都很齊全，房間內插座也很多，對攜帶多個電子設備的朋友很友好。 少數的不足是，可能酒店開業時間比較久，部分傢俱比較老舊，比如房間門還是舊式的鏈鎖，裝修風格稍顯老派，似乎也沒有機器人等智能化設備，比較傳統。但這些問題在這個房間的價格上看來絲毫不是問題，優點要遠大於缺點！很推薦！"

"L'hotel è situato nel castello di Wanda, accanto al centro commerciale, dovrebbe essere considerato un hotel a stile appartamento. La ricezione è molto semplice, è un tavolo. Il ricevitore non è sempre seduto lì. Nessuno ha bisogno di un pulsante quando si chiama. La stanza è molto spaziosa, le strutture e le condizioni igienico-sanitarie sono buone, il ventola è molto inefficace. La temperatura massima è in movimento tra pochi secondi. Chiede alla reception che è una protezione di sovrariscaldamento e che devi aspettare la raffreddamento prima di riavviare. Non pensare ai capelli corti del ragazzo che non hanno avuto il tempo di cucinare, e i capelli lunghi della signora. Non c'è bisogno di rinunciare al lavaggio dei capelli 😭"

"The positive attitude and service performance of the staff ranging from front desk, concierge/security to breakfast restaurant and house keeping is excellent. The classic hotel personal service with a modern twist makes the stay a memorable experience. On my check-in, Ms Xiao Jiao and Ms Xiao Cong gave me and explained briefly the leaflet on the hotel’s suggested tourist attractions in Yantai. They also enthusiastically exchanged small RMB notes with me. They also gave me a piece of mooncake of my choice (and during my check-out too). The restaurant staff is attentive, replenishing food and drinks and attending to requests promptly. Due to my lack of command of Mandarin and accent, the chef cooked the wanton instead of the mackerel dumplings for me, he immediately served me the dumplings when he realised the miscommunication. The next morning, after serving me the mackerel dumplings, he, I think, recognised me, suggested I could add soup and condiments to the dumplings. I find their fleshly cooked dumplings are even better than the dumplings from the most famous dumplings restaurant in Yantai. The concierge staff on 2 days helped me book taxi using her phone app, paying in advance on my behalf as booking via internet cannot be settled in cash. The concierge/front desk lent me umbrella without question. After a delayed and tiring flight, Mr Xiao Gao brought me to my room and explained the mechanics of the switches in the room. There was a hand-written welcome note from Ms Liu, with 2 cups of white fungus/goji drink beside it. The drink together with the note and fruits in the room, not only soothed my dry throat but also lifted the mood. House keeping provided fruits, white fungus/goji drink and dried chrysanthemum/rose flowers (to prepare for drinking) and 4 bottles (500 ml) of water daily, with up to 14 bottles at the lift lobby on my floor, and guests can also request house keeping for more bottles. On my check out day, during my breakfast, they left at the door handle, a bag of goodies, fruits and bottles of water and souvenirs (4 key chains with various types of sea shells), together with a hand-written farewell/bon voyage note from Ms Liu. Well done The Center Hotel staff, you are a pride to the hotel, the hospitality industry and Yantai!"

"房間乾淨整潔無異味看着非常精緻有回到家的感覺，房間也挺乾淨整潔的，不足之處是這個酒店在個小山坡上，兩個樓就共用一個前台，走上坡就很累了，結果走到樓裏還沒辦法辦理住宿衹能在跑到那邊那個樓去辦理入住，是個缺陷。"

"Questo hotel ha una vista molto buona sulla spiaggia e sull'oceano, la sua posizione è molto vicina; camminare a distanza dalla spiaggia e dall'oceano. Le camere sono ok ma si date, non urla per la riabilitazione, ma si avvicina. La stazione ferroviaria è a circa 20 minuti di auto da taxi. La colazione è buona con una grande scelta e c'è un bel bar e un caffè all'interno dell'hotel."
