the view is nice , and breakfast is fantastic.the front desk staff very useful. They help me go arrange meeting room for a urgent meeting. especially a guy I can't remember his name, he guide me to the nice food n place.

We had a wonderful two-night stay at the hotel. From the manager to Ms. Shun and the entire staff, everyone went above and beyond to make our visit memorable. They kindly arranged complimentary pickup from Yentai Train Station, provided helpful itinerary recommendations, and even assisted with booking local transportation for an eight-hour sightseeing trip. The property is clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and cozy, making it the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. A standout feature was the in-room jacuzzi, which was large enough to comfortably accommodate two adults and provided a great way to unwind. The room also featured a massive 85-inch TV, adding to the overall comfort and enjoyment of our stay. The hotel is tucked away in a quiet alley, yet it is only a two-minute walk from Chaoyang Pedestrian Street, where you'll find a wide variety of eateries, cafes, and shops. Its excellent location also offers convenient access to many nearby attractions, making it an ideal base for sightseeing. Breakfast was simple yet delicious, with a good selection of well-prepared dishes to start the day. Overall, the exceptional hospitality, comfortable accommodations, and attentive service made our stay truly enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

Excellent modern hotel with well laid out rooms, good amenities, friendly service, and a great selection for breakfast. There was a small issue with the first room I was assigned but this was quickly addressed when I brought it to the attention of the front desk - well done! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone.

My stay at Holiday Inn Express Yantai was very comfortable and pleasant. The staff were polite, friendly, and always helpful, showing excellent hospitality throughout my stay. The room and food were clean, hygienic, and well maintained, reflecting good quality standards. The hotel’s central city location is very convenient, making it a great choice for both business and leisure travelers.

Dalla nostra arrivo, siamo stati impressionati dalla pulizia impeccabile delle camere e delle aree comuni tutto è stato senza spot e ben mantenuto. Il personale è stato incredibilmente amichevole e ha fatto sentire il benvenuto, soprattutto per organizzare il trasporto a tutti i principali siti turistici, rendendo la nostra vista senza problemi. Il servizio di pick-up sul posto è stato un enorme bonus e ci ha risparmiato così tanto tempo! Come stranieri, spesso siamo superati da essere in un nuovo posto e da vedere il layout della terra, il personale dell'hotel è stato sorprendente e comunicato con noi lentamente per assicurarci che comprendiamo tutto! Senza dubbio, questo è il miglior posto che abbiamo visitato durante i nostri viaggi. Lo consigliamo fortemente a chiunque cerca comfort, comodità e ospitalità eccellente. Non possiamo aspettare di tornare! 10/10 – Un soggiorno davvero perfetto!

Excellent hotel — definitely the best hotel experience of my entire China trip across 3 provinces! The room was beautiful, modern, and very comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the room included many premium features such as a refrigerator with complimentary drinks, automatic curtains, and even a heated toilet seat. The breakfast was also excellent. As a Muslim traveler, I was initially confused about what food was halal and was only eating fruits. One of the hotel staff members kindly came to help me identify halal foods, allowing me to enjoy a much wider variety of delicious breakfast items. Their kindness and hospitality truly touched me. Before I left, they even gifted me two famous Yantai apples to enjoy on the road — such a thoughtful gesture! Highly recommended for both comfort and hospitality. I would gladly stay here again.

The positive attitude and service performance of the staff ranging from front desk, concierge/security to breakfast restaurant and house keeping is excellent. The classic hotel personal service with a modern twist makes the stay a memorable experience. On my check-in, Ms Xiao Jiao and Ms Xiao Cong gave me and explained briefly the leaflet on the hotel’s suggested tourist attractions in Yantai. They also enthusiastically exchanged small RMB notes with me. They also gave me a piece of mooncake of my choice (and during my check-out too). The restaurant staff is attentive, replenishing food and drinks and attending to requests promptly. Due to my lack of command of Mandarin and accent, the chef cooked the wanton instead of the mackerel dumplings for me, he immediately served me the dumplings when he realised the miscommunication. The next morning, after serving me the mackerel dumplings, he, I think, recognised me, suggested I could add soup and condiments to the dumplings. I find their fleshly cooked dumplings are even better than the dumplings from the most famous dumplings restaurant in Yantai. The concierge staff on 2 days helped me book taxi using her phone app, paying in advance on my behalf as booking via internet cannot be settled in cash. The concierge/front desk lent me umbrella without question. After a delayed and tiring flight, Mr Xiao Gao brought me to my room and explained the mechanics of the switches in the room. There was a hand-written welcome note from Ms Liu, with 2 cups of white fungus/goji drink beside it. The drink together with the note and fruits in the room, not only soothed my dry throat but also lifted the mood. House keeping provided fruits, white fungus/goji drink and dried chrysanthemum/rose flowers (to prepare for drinking) and 4 bottles (500 ml) of water daily, with up to 14 bottles at the lift lobby on my floor, and guests can also request house keeping for more bottles. On my check out day, during my breakfast, they left at the door handle, a bag of goodies, fruits and bottles of water and souvenirs (4 key chains with various types of sea shells), together with a hand-written farewell/bon voyage note from Ms Liu. La nostra scelta di questa volta era Aloft Yantai. Naturalmente, abbiamo raggiunto il 100% dei nostri obiettivi di viaggio. Abbiamo mangiato bene, ci siamo riposati confortevolmente e abbiamo avuto un tempo incredibilmente piacevole. Eravamo in nube nove durante il nostro soggiorno a Aloft Yantai! Ciò che ha reso questo viaggio ancora più significativo di raggiungere i nostri obiettivi di viaggio è stato incontrare un grande amico, Eva Tong, il miglior hoteliere a Westin & Aloft Yantai! L'hotel era convenientemente situato, e con il centro commerciale Wuyue proprio al contrario, che ha aiutato a scegliere cibo, soprattutto per un occidentale come me. Alcuni degli arredamento erano un po' spaventati intorno ai bordi, ma per il tasso che mi ha prelevato ero molto contento. Il personale del front desk è stato utile nonostante le carenze nella nostra comunicazione linguistica. L'unica domanda che ho avuto è che ho avuto vicini molto rumorosi che hanno preso due o forse tre camere vicine e lasciato le loro porte aperte, permettendo ai loro bambini urlando di girare in corridoio. Non è stata ovviamente la colpa dell'hotel, ma credo che i ricevitori dovrebbero prendere in considerazione più in generale quando assegnano camere; se prenoti una stanza d'affari, non si aspetta che vengano abitati accanto alle famiglie con bambini rumorosi (e in effetti A parte quella questione, sono stato felice di rimanere.
