"It was an absolute pleasure staying at the Campanile hotel in Xining! From the moment I arrived, I felt incredibly welcomed. Despite my early arrival, the staff, especially Marie, Xiaojing, and Xiaoma, were so kind and accommodating, allowing me to check in without any hassle.
The thoughtful touches throughout my stay truly made it exceptional. The welcome fruits upon arrival were a lovely surprise, and the complimentary breakfast was a fantastic start to the day. My room was not only sparkling clean and incredibly comfortable but also offered a great view of the city – a real treat!
What truly sets the Campanile apart is the exceptional service. Marie, Xiaojing, and Xiaoma were always ready to assist with a smile, going above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. The added bonus of free laundry facilities was also incredibly convenient.
To top it all off, the farewell gift was such a sweet and unexpected gesture. It's clear that the team at the Campanile in Xining genuinely cares about their guests' experience. "La stanza era pulita e spaziosa ma riservata e sotto mobili, c'è una grande tavola, ma si apprezzarebbe più spazio contro. Ci era costante rumore di traffico, non fermare auto e il treno occasionale. La posizione è conveniente, a meno di dieci minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria. Se ordini dal sito ufficiale di ihg, sembra che ci sia yogurt per i membri.
È molto comodo mangiare in giro e c'è un KFC al piano di sotto. Consiglio i noodles di manzo dall'altra parte della strada."

"Ho soggiornato in tre hotel IU durante il mio viaggio nella Cina nord-occidentale, gli altri due a Golmud e Dunhuang. Nel complesso, l'hotel di Xining era peggiore degli altri due. Innanzitutto, il soffione della doccia e il raccordo del tubo dell'acqua perdevano. L'asciugacapelli non era all'altezza degli altri due hotel. Dopo aver asciugato i capelli per un minuto e aver smesso di pettinarli, si è surriscaldato e non si è più acceso. Persino i miei capelli semi-asciutti non si sono più accesi finché non si sono asciugati naturalmente. La strada accanto all'hotel era in costruzione, quindi non potevo parcheggiare nel parcheggio originale. Ho dovuto chiamare la sicurezza dell'hotel per farmi accompagnare lì, e poi sono riuscito a trovarlo. Era un po' lontano per portare i bagagli dal parcheggio all'hotel, il che è stato scomodo. "Room was spacious but somewhat worn, with minor stained bedding, dingy shower floor and a very old water kettle. Location was excellent, very central in an older part of city, though a bit noisy with traffic. Hotel has washing machines but no dryer, which i was not told at check-in even though i asked specifically about them. Most of the staff seemed distant. Breakfast was quite good."

Il prezzo è stato anche un ottimo valore per i soldi.
Il mio treno da Lhasa è arrivato al 6.30am e ho preso un taxi a poca distanza dal parco Plaza senza alcuna emissione.
Ho controllato alle 7:00 e ho visto la mia stanza.
Era bella, molto spaziosa con una grande finestra,
e aveva anche un bagno libero.
Purtroppo, potrei profumare il fumo di sigarette, che non è raro negli hotel cinesi.
Ho chiesto una stanza diversa e sono stato immediatamente mostrato uno .
La stanza era identica, ma le coperte di letto erano disegni per bambini e c’erano giocattoli e teepee in un angolo.
Il letto era molto confortevole e la stanza era molto tranquilla.
Il buffet era eccellente e il chef e la sua piccola squadra erano molto amichevole e attenti.
E'chiaro che erano molto orgogliosi del loro favoloso buffet e presentazione ....as dovrebbero essere.È stato il mio migliore in Cina.
Ho trovato un bel cammino dietro l'hotel vicino al fiume, a 5 minuti.
In generale, la zona era bello andare in giro, molto diversa da quella che ero nel centro della città quando vengo in Tibet.
Quando tornerò a Xining, scelgo senza dubbio Park Plaza.

Sono arrivato al muro prima di controllare in tempo il primo giorno dopo un lungo viaggio di treno di notte.Tuttavia, la mia stanza era già disponibile. Come la maggior parte degli hotel in questa gamma di prezzi in Cina sarebbe bello se qualcuno alla reception potesse parlare inglese. Il colazione era ben preparato, la cucina era efficiente.Anche se la selezione di cibo era limitata. E nessun caffè o tè.

Tthe_wanderlust_jellyWas told I am given a free room upgrade, but honestly I can't tell the difference. Also the room in the listing image was larger and brighter but the actual room I received was extremely rather grim looking, not to mention it doesn't even look like half the room size in the listing image. I also can't seem to adjust the aircon temp as it will remain at room temperature no matter what I set, however xining is quite cooling in general so it's still acceptable. In the room I was give, the glass panel at the washroom side had a severely cracked side which seem like it will break if I had closed the glass door too hard. I took a video immediately before using the toilet in case it really does get shattered, but luckily it did not Very unsafe nevertheless. The shower was the worst, every night I had to gamble if it will be cold or scalding hot water. I set the shower value slightly towards the warm side, and the water became scalding hot within seocnds, and if I move it to the cold side, it became freezing cold within seconds. Even if I set it exactly in the middle, it will give me either one of the extreme temperature. Had to keep adjusting from hot to cold so that it stay at a comfortable and safe temp range. The toilet bowl flush in a very stupid manner too, by first flooding the bowl from bottom up, this means that if you took a dump and it's a slightly sticky one, it's gonna stick. The electric kettle was so noisy when turned on that it sound like a train passing right beside my room. And speaking of noise, the sound proofing of the room was one of the worst of every single hotel I stayed in before. You can literally hear new occupants dragging their luggage or family chattering non stop right after they exit the lift. FYI, my room was literally the furthest away. Every time your neighbors from 3 room away turn on their tap water, you can hear it, even if that's like 4am in the night. The hairdryer is a safety hazard too. Tried to use it once and after plugging in and turning it on, smoke immediately came oozing out of it, so I immediately switched it off and remove the plug. Never used it since. Oh yes one last thing I have to say is that as a hotel PLEASE NEVER USE MOVEMENT OR VOICE CONTROLLED LIGHTINGS. While I wash up every day, I had to keep waving my hands like an ***** every few minutes in order to prevent the lights from going out. The detection is sooooo off that unless there's a huge action at the correct spot, it will not turn the lights back. This was absolutely annoyance.
However the things I mentioned above are although not welcomed, but can be tolerated.
Personally, the only thing I really love about this was the free tea. And that is also a highly recommended must try. I believe that's ******* black tea which is also a local specialty. I regret not trying earlier because at the latter of my trip, I no longer pass by stores that sells ******* black tea. Recommendation to the hotel is include a way to buy some of this tea.
Overall, I will only recommend the hotel to someone who do not have any other choice or have a lower budget in mind.

UUtente ospiteL'ostello è in una posizione comoda, con tutto a portata di mano. La ragazza alla reception è molto gentile, ma non parla inglese. Purtroppo non offrono tour, il che rende gli spostamenti notevolmente più difficoltosi, dato che è difficile per i turisti stranieri spostarsi nella Cina settentrionale. C'era solo un bagno con WC e doccia al nostro piano.

AAergedadetiankongHo sentito online che Xinjiang ha un hotel, Xining ha appena avuto un buon hotel, il prezzo dell'autunno è molto buono, e c'è un'immagine di Xinjiang ovunque. I bambini sono molto felici, i pasti incompleti sono stati imballati a casa. La posizione è buona e le strutture sono leggermente vecchie, ma la stanza ha un nuovo portafoglio di carica USB intimamente caricato, che può caricare 7.8 apparecchiature allo stesso tempo, e raccomandato di rimanere.

KKarina_kkThe location is near the train station. If you drive a car, you can park it downstairs, but it’s really hard to find the parking entrance. We did not manage to find it. The hotel service was nice, and they took us to the parking lot later to show us where it is. Otherwise, it’s easy to locate the hotel from outside. The room was clean and spacious. The wifi was not working, and the person who could fix it was not there since it was late. Therefore, we connected to the other room’s WiFi but the connection was not good. The bed was a bit short for a tall person.

Bbebou around the worldWe found the hotel easily. The lobby seems to be shared with another hotel. Check-in was possible even late at night. The reception staff upgraded us into a room with a window which was nice. The room in itself is small but functional. The bed is small but comfy. The TV worked well. There's a laundry room that you can use for free but the dryer mode doesn't work. The amenities are outdated and cleanliness is really not what you would expect. Our toilet seat was broken, the sink was dirty (we removed some stains with just water and toilet paper) and it was leaking. The walls have some very nasty stains on it and there's dust and stains on many things inside the room (bedside tables, fan, wardrobe, bedside lights, etc). One very annoying thing is that when you don't close your door properly, there's a loud alarm that quickly starts ringing. Unfortunately, when it's breakfast time, many people don't care and will leave that to ring until they come back, and it's very annoying. Breakfast is Chinese food only and not that great. Plus it is served in a very small room where there's definitely not enough space for everybody so you might have to wait. On the second day, housekeeping took our bath mat and didn't replace it, so we had to use another towel. On the third day, despite putting the ”do not disturb sign” on the door, housekeeping knocked several times until told that we didn't need anything. I mean it's nice of them, but the point of having the sign is not to be disturbed. Depending on when you take your shower, the water can be a bit dodgy (fine at night, but in the morning, it goes from burning to barely hot to burning again which can be annoying). The layout of the bathroom is weird as well as the toilet protrudes in the middle of the bathroom making it complicated to move around, exit the shower or even use the sink (especially since ours was leaking all over). Shower glass doors also don't close properly so lots of water is coming out. Our laundry string was broken so we had to find another way to dry our laundry.
I think it's important to note as well that as foreigners, we have been followed to our door by some other guests, and were stared at by others until we entered our room and closed the door which didn't feel safe for my girlfriend.
All in all, if you don't care about cleanliness, then it's ok as it's well located.
