Due to a sudden trip to Beijing, I had the pleasure of enjoying a weekend staycation at the Four Seasons Tianjin once again. This time, I opted for a new package on Ctrip, which proved to be delightful. The room was immaculate, the facilities were well-organized, and the food was delicious. Moreover, the warm and gracious hospitality was consistent throughout my stay. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Selina from the Front Desk and Sunny & Coco from the Executive Club. Their professionalism ensured that my stay was comfortable and pleasant.

Situato sulle rive del fiume Haihe, il Pan Pacific Hotel gode di splendide viste su entrambe le sponde del fiume ed è a pochi passi dalla vivace Ancient Culture Street. Fate una passeggiata nei pressi dell'hotel, osservate i gabbiani che volano durante il giorno e ammirate le luci brillanti di notte. Vi sembrerà di essere sulle rive della Senna e di godervi una piacevole vacanza. Un elogio speciale alla splendida receptionist Xiao Li, che ci ha fatto il check-in con attenzione e premura. L'executive lounge dell'hotel non offre molti pasti leggeri, ma ci sono specialità di Tianjin come i twist di pasta fritta e le palline di sesamo. C'è un'ampia offerta di piatti caldi e bevande, e la colazione a buffet è molto ricca, in linea con gli standard di un hotel a stelle. È la prima volta che soggiorno in un hotel Pan Pacific. L'esperienza è stata perfetta. È la scelta migliore per l'alloggio durante il mio viaggio a Tianjin.

The hotel is conveniently located. Three minutes from the metro station (4 branches). Very friendly staff at the reception. We even checked in two hours ahead of the official check-in time. After learning that it was my birthday, the hotel staff brought us fruits to the room. The room itself is cozy and clean. One of the disadvantages is that it is very cold in the bathroom, which has windows facing the street. Well, the pool on the minus ground floor is tiny. As for breakfast, it's good and satisfying. Overall, it's good. But not exactly ”five stars”, in my usual sense.

Ho chiamato l'hotel prima del check-in per confermare i requisiti dei test Covid. L'addetto alla reception Linda è stato molto gentile e disponibile. La camera era pulita e il letto comodo. L'hotel è in una buona posizione con molti centri commerciali circostanti. La colazione non era eccezionale, faceva freddo e non c'erano molte opzioni. Nel complesso è stato un buon soggiorno.

Il nostro soggiorno in hotel è stato assolutamente fantastico! La reception ci ha aiutato con tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno, erano anche cordiali. È stato molto facile comunicare con loro. Le camere erano molto pulite e tutto era perfetto. La colazione era deliziosa, molto! Questo è stato sicuramente uno dei nostri viaggi preferiti.

I have been there twice so far both with family and myself. Absolutely a great place to stay. Amazing front desk staff friendly and helpful, give them a big thumb up👍. There’s a gym with enough equipment you need. In the building there are restaurants and a coffee shop. Location is fine. The first time our family 4 person were there in a three bedroom apartment on 18th floor. The cleaning service staff was very nice and did a great job. The second time I was by myself stayed in a one bedroom apartment on 4th floor with different cleaning staff. There job was just ok and definitely more room need to improve.

Molto buona posizione, forse la migliore posizione della città.Grande posizione generale, la stanza era pulita e temperata. Se si può migliorare una cosa c'è solo un po'di odore dal drenaggio, ma penso che sia molto normale

My experience was this hotel is excellent. I will definitely return to this hotel again if I go back to Tianjin. Also, I would like to stress the service and poiltness of the staffs in the hotel, especially for the lady that handled the lucky draw area. I cannot remember her name, but I met and communicate with this staff on 31 Dec 2024 (at 5.43pm), she was poilte, and proactively recommending few places to me that I could visit during the countdown night day. Hotel room was clean! Laundry facilities was high tech, and customer are allowed to write down note that you wish to get your dried clothes hang up or fold in a bag. This makes us feels so convenient as we could put our clothes to dryer, and then leave for our activity, after return, we just need to go back to the laundry room to collect our clothes. It was a complete plesant experience. Please continue to keep up the good work, hotel staffs! :-)

The front desk staff greeted me with a cheeriness that could rival a cup of strong English tea. The check-in was smooth. Very convenient location. My room was spotlessly clean. The loo was spick-and-span, boasting modern gizmos. Comfort in the room was top-notch, with ample amenities. In the hallways, not a speck of dust dared to settle – a testament to their cleaning wizardry. The staff’s eagerness to assist, in crisp English no less, was like having a butler. This hotel is the bee’s knees, blending spiffing cleanliness, nifty amenities, and very helpful staff. I tip my hat to this establishment and heartily recommend it to anyone looking for a jolly good time in Tianjin.
